I paid over $50 for a basic machine exterior wash and basic interior wash. They didn’t bother trying to clean the cupholders and center console area. The exterior was still dirty everywhere. Don’t think I’ll be back here. I give two stars instead of one because the staff was super friendly and the waiting area was nice.

75.00 and on Day 2 of not getting the interior of my truck cleaned. Saturday 12-1pm with a total of 9 cars including my truck and the pictures say it all. Just dropped it off on Sunday and was told they are very short handed so it was going to be a while. Would not waste your time or money here.

Nice folk but for $38, I expect more. Same dashboard situation happened to my wife too. For that money, I should not have to double check them, walk around the car or go back down to “see the manager”. That’s their job. It should be done right the first time and not rushed.

One star just because the exterior is halfway decent, but definitely not great. BUT zero for interior. I paid extra for the interior and it was *not* cleaned whatsoever. The dash is STILL covered in dust, the media area is still dusty, the cupholders weren't cleaned, and the windshield was definitely not wiped. It looks like they shook out the floor mats, but that is about it for the inside. Why would I pay extra for nothing?? Very disappointed in this place, as the young gentleman at the front counter convinced me that they "specialize" in interior cleaning. What a joke.

I love Prime Car Wash! Not only do they do a fantastic job, but they always are incredibly friendly and helpful!! They do a great job both inside and outside!! Cannot recommend them enough!! We cannot wait to hopefully try a full detail in the future!!

There was no point in paying for a $25 interior add-on with nothing in the interior got cleaned. These photos are after I asked them to go back a second time and clean the interior. These people need to be trained or need explain to customers that may be interior means a shotty vacuum job only. I know it's the only full service car wash around, but please don't waste your time or your money. That is the second and last time I will be there.

I opened a membership and washed my car twice, and my windshield was covered in hard water spots both times. This car wash is doing the same thing to my daughter’s car. I’ve already canceled the membership and I’m going back to Mister. I think if they installed a water softener, the membership would be worth it.

Had a great experience getting both the interior and exterior of my van cleaned and washed. Waiting area was very clean and welcoming while we waited for our car to be done. Super friendly staff - the manager even came out, greeted us, and was super kind to my kiddos. Was such a nice treat to have a super clean car - the team at Prime Car Wash of Hendersonville did a fantastic job. Definitely will be back again and recommend for anyone!

Took wife’s car to get a wash and buff to see if they could bring back the shine.Started out with a little issue but they figured it out and now my wife’s Mustang has its shine back. They do a great job on getting cars in and out of the interior cleaning bays they have three bays that will hold about three cars a piece and they have the people that know what to do and get it done. They had one employee that checked on people waiting she talked to me couple of times to see if I need anything , sorry I didn’t catch her name but I appreciated the extra touch. Thanks to all the people that made this a great experience !!

Building is nice service was ok. Not sure how long they have been open but hopefully they get everything dialed in soon. When I walked in it’s a bunch of 18yo kids on cell phone talking to his girlfriend when I looked at him he turned and walked away. Overall car is clean. I spent 45$ on inside/out service. Sone areas were neglected.( lots of missed spots on glass, visible dirt, completely missed sunroof.) My recommendation would be to have a team lead/ quality assurance person that reviews car before presenting to customer then once finished ask customer if they are satisfied. I’ll wait a few months and try again and see if they have improved.

Whatever you do, don’t ever sign up multiple cars for a monthly membership. We were overcharged for months and every time we went to fix it, they created a new problem. The General Manager Kyle said he’d look into the issues and call us same day, but never did. No one ever fixed any issue and only created more billing and account problems. We cancelled everything and will literally never ever return. Buyer beware.

I wish I could give them 5 stars because the customer service and facilities were wonderful. The man who greeted me was extremely friendly and kind and the inside is very clean and even has toys for the kiddos! But unfortunately when it came to my actual interior cleaning I was a bit disappointed. The inside of my car certainly looked better than when I brought it in but they seemed to miss some pretty obvious areas. I guess for a basic interior clean with a coupon you get what you get but I wasn’t impressed.

The interior still had dust on the dash and the screen wasn't wiped down. The exterior was subpar at best and the trunk wasn't even vacuumed. $50 for the Elite wash and interior and it doesn't even look clean. I was looking forward to having a full service car wash in Hendersonville, but this is not worth it. I'll just keep going to white bridge

We took our car to prime today to have it detailed. We paid over $75 for interior/exterior detail. Within five minutes of it being detailed they came in to let us know that they were already done. As we were driving down the road we noticed that not one of the windows had been cleaned so we went back and had them complete that part with no worries. Upon getting home we noticed that nothing beyond the drivers front seats had been wiped down. Very disappointed after paying what we paid.

I have been a 2 car account with the Hendersonville location since it opened and has been great until yesterday 2/1/26. I pulled up to the wash entrance with no activity in the wash and no attendant in site, I slowly pulled into the wash bay and a large red headed and bearded individual walked up from the back of the bay phone in hand very upset and began yelling at me with extremely anger. I opened my window in confusion only to hear never do that again you can do extreme damage to the machine and could flip your car. He continued back to his phone and sent me through with no pre washing. Maybe I should have sat outside until someone returned to their post he should have been at first but, no customer should be treated like this from any employee. I'm strongly considering canceling my accounts there are plenty so other car washes in the area that give service with a smile.

First off, I would like to state that the customer service at Prime Car Wash was great. Everyone was friendly when I walked in and assisted with my questions. However, the services I paid for were not as expected. I had high hopes for this place as the car wash I purchased was the Elite Wash with the additional ceramic coating. Well as you can see from the pictures below the car wash was no better than a $12 car wash from wash and roll. The interior which was a $25 up charge was not impressive to say the least. The door jams were not wiped (especially in the hatchback) which is one of their check-offs. You could tell they wiped the dash but missed spots throughout. Overall, I do not recommend and unfortunately will not be returning as I was hoping I would. Disappointed is how I left feeling..

This is a truly next level car wash. Even driving through the automatic wash you can tell it’s not your average car wash. The water/soap jets were extra strong, and the smell was nice and fresh. The added interior cleaning was next level too, at a great value for the price. Customer service was excellent. Definitely not the kind of car wash experience you can get just anywhere.
