When I exited the carwash to vacuum, I noticed that the entire bottom half of my car was still dirty. In fact, it wasn't even WET. I've attached a picture of the towel I used to "dry off" my car.

The rollers pulling me in were odd. I followed the hand motions of the sprayer but somehow got in too far; had to put it in reverse. The wash looked good, though.

Over priced for the job the machines do. I will find a different spot. I suggest the same for anyone else. 🤦🏼♂️ They should price the wash according the the cleaning capabilities not based on other washing close by.

Back when I lived close by..would use this wash regularly. But, years have passed and I have come back to it 2 or 3 times and been sadly disappointed. 9 dollar wash was woefully lacking in cleaning power ..can't say I will be back. Wondering if owner has changed. The wash sure has !

It was fine. My car was really dirty and I wanted to use the soft brush automatic wash but it was closed. Only the touch free automatic wash was open. Free vacuums if you buy an automatic wash.

This has to be the worst car wash I have ever been to. It is also the most expensive their cheapest wash cost 7 dollars. After you pay the outrageous price you car looks exactly how it did before you started. It doesn't even knock the dust off it!

Also got the $9 wash. Complete waste of money. Afterwards my car didn't even look like it had been cleaned. I might as well just waited for it to rain and it would have gotten just as clean. This used to be the best automatic wash in the area but now I won't be going back. Very disappointed.

Today I went to this car wash as I normally do and tried to use the credit card machine in 2 different bays. Neither of the bays credit card machine would recognize the credit card swipe so I went and spoke to a young man that work at the car wash. He was obviously on a very important call since when I asked him a question he would not remove the phone from his ear. I explained to him my problem and asked if any of the credit card machines are working and his reply with the phone still to his ear is you want to try it again. Never offered to assist. I even made the statement to him that it is okay since obviously your phone call is more important than assisting customer who are trying to do business with you. This is very sad and employee’s behavior is a direct reflection of management and mans management is a reflection of ownership. I hope this will be a 1 time thing and the problem is rectified. I will try again another day but to be pretty much blown off when I am trying to do business is not acceptable to me.

I went to take my SUV today and the whole back side was not even cleaned, it showed where brush barely went over back end. My mirrors were bent completely backwards and I paid for the 15.00 wash!! The guy who was out front smoking like a freight train wasn't watching what he was doing. I would like my money back!!!

Was good for months until yesterday when the car behind mine jumped the tracks and caused the machine to scratch my vehicle all over it. Then the owner denied the whole incident and refused to take an incident report just jotted down our vehicle info name and number. So we will be suing this establishment for damages. This guy who owns the wash tells me the car was bought used and that they put cheater wax on it to hide the scratches. Ive literally heard it all now.

My review is for the do-it-yourself part of this car wash. The self-service side has always worked great for me, I've never had to wait in line and the wash does its job. Only rating 4 stars as the change machine frequency refuses to accept my bills, even when crisp.

I just got out and looked at my car. Not only did it do a terrible job, it destroyed the paint on both sides of my car! The car wash stopped twice while I was going through the first set of spinning brushes. I'm not sure what happened. The attendant did something to the vehicle behind me. With a loud clunk, we were off and running again. You can see two distinct sets of scratches and dents down the side of my car! Through the paint; down to the primer! It also broke one of the clips that holds the rear bumper on the car! If you value your car, don't go here!
