Not professional. There is a one full service cleaning when first subscribing and the one serviced me didn’t tell me it ends in the same day subscription and I missed it because by that time the cleaning services was closed and it was after working hours and even he gave me 3 free cleaning services and he knows that I’ll not be able to use them. When I spoke with them they didn’t offer anything for this poor service and all what I got sorry.

I had excellent service at Russell Speeder's, I allowed a new employee to shine my tires and rims, he said he had only been working for three days. He did an excellent jobs, and the tip I gave him was well earned.👍

We bought a new vehicle and our cars were not working correctly. We needed to update my tag for my car, I stopped in and Terri, was so kind and quick to update my car tag. She personally took care of replacing it with a smile and get it done attention. Terri is awesome!

I love this place but omg, I am SO TIRED of having to go through 3-4 times to get the car wash that I'm paying membership for. This has been going on for over a year now, numerous external added scratches due to having to do this multiple times in a visit. It's so stressful. The staff are kind, the system is just broken. Nothing negative about the people. But omg please fix your system or give me some kind of service or something to make up for the wasted time, energy, money and all this unnecessary scratch mess I'm dealing with by having to go thru multiple times to get the correct 'Reflection' wash rather than 'Clean' or the random wash it wants to give when the queue never works 😭 Edit: 4 more rounds of it since my last posting this is getting crazy...

Freddy and all the crew at this location are awesome! They gave the kids a thriller experience tonight with the haunted car wash experience. The kids loved it, and we look forward to it every year. And, hands down, this car wash puts out the best wash! We have been member for 5 years now.

The employees were very friendly and welcoming. However, the vacuums at my particular station had so much debris in them that the feature was nearly pointless. I understand the employees can’t control how customers use the vacuums, but a periodic shutdown and wipe out of the vacuums every 2nd or 3rd time they replace the cloths may be helpful. The vacuums on both sides of my station had glass and larger pieces of trash in them that blocked the suction and fell into my car. How am I leaving a car wash with more debris than I came with?? Again, employees were great, products/services were lacking.

Received a text offer to re-start my membership at a discounted rate, saying “reply with Start to resubscribe”. After doing so, (a few days later) I went to get my vehicle washed, the attendant and manager told me it was not valid and the offer was misleading (their words not mine). Decided to go elsewhere and the manager had to have multiple vehicles back up to allow me to exit. May have been petty on my end but didn’t sit right with me

First of all, Dae, (the black one), SUCKS!! I came in to get my interior cleaned, and there was pizza in my back seat for my 2 sons for their after school snack… he either ate it or threw it away.. i’m leaning towards he ate it! Safe to say i won’t be “shining on”, or be back at all! I then asked for reimbursement and it was 2 bags of salty and burnt popcorn! My sons are now going to go hungry.. i can’t afford to buy another pizza or pay for this membership again next month! Thanks russel’s for nothing!🙄

We went through the haunted car wash tonight and it was so good! We have a membership so we went through twice. Even my middle school aged kids were terrified! The staff were all in character and even got into our car (after my permission). We look forward to this every year and they absolutely killed it this year!!

Waited in the cashiered line for 10+ minutes without it moving a single car. Meanwhile the member line is flowing rapidly (two lanes to the one cashiered lane). Once you get to the cashier you have to listen to the hard sell about a membership. $10 for the basic single car wash. I bought the $30 one, I get home and the back of my car is still dirty. Don’t bother if you’re not an unlimited pass customer, and even still not sure how quality the wash is.

Five stars! They do a great job at Russell Speeder's. Everyone's always friendly, and I really like the local feel, plus it's nice having plenty of other locations around the city. I also appreciate that I can get the full service wash and still get the member price on occasion.
