Read all the previous posts about how they will try and sell you everything they offer. Try calmly to just ask for a basic wash and no sales pitch. You will be ignored. They are also proud to have bought every other wash place in the area. Also read their replies in the 1 star reviews on Google. They make it seem like the customer is crazy and they are just here to help. If you've ever been to one of those timeshares you can expect the same patronizing treatment at Russell Speeders. Make sure you plan to spend an extra 10 minutes getting their upsell. They clearly don't understand or care that the customer matters. I will find another place or go back to washing my car myself.

Love it here! The team at Russell Speeder’s is always so welcoming, happy, and energetic. They really go the extra mile— even at the vacuum stations, they'll help hand dry your car and assist with vacuuming. One time, someone even saw me struggling and ran over to help remove a nasty scuff on the side of my car. I highly recommend signing up for the top-tier package. Totally worth it and the best value around!

Love this car wash! Christian and Arpey were awesome — they did such a great job explaining everything and they were super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all the options without any pressure. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about helping customers. Because of how well they presented everything, I’m seriously thinking about getting the unlimited pass now. Great experience all around — highly recommend checking them out!

Extremely unhappy with Russell Speeders. Went to the Scott Swamp Rd. location to get a car wash. I noticed when I got to work that it was still very dirty, so after work two hours later I drove by the other location on Route 4. The man told me that because I had first gone to the other location and it had been two hours prior, he couldn't do "ANYTHING" to help me and showed me the exit. I said to him aren't you the same company? He replied yes but because it was two hours later they couldn't do anything. Mind you it hadn't rained or anything during those "2" hours. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. I will NEVER return to any Russell Speeder's car washes and I have and will continue to tell everyone I know how poor their customer service was. Seriously, what would it have cost them to rewash my car and make me happy???? There is a new car wash up the road on Route 6 who will get all my business as well as anyone I talk to.

This is hands down my favorite car wash! Victor is always visible, friendly, and willing to help with anything I need. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the place always runs smoothly. I’m planning to join the unlimited plan soon, and I really appreciate that I’ve never been pressured to do it—they’ve been super understanding of my situation. Highly Recommend!! Josh, David and Frank answered all my questions I had and explained all the Unlimited packages in full detail... If I owned this business these are for sure the men I would want running it!! Also the self serve vacs and detail area is stocked... Towels, Fluids, air compressor for tires as well as a compressor for fine detail areas... Also a dedicated room to clean floor mats...very impressive!!

This has been one of the most surprising car washes I have ever been to. The customer service took me by surprise when an employee by the name Victor approached my vehicle and asked if he could help me with anything long story short I left there learning a new technique on how to shine my tires faster and better thanks to his knowledge on cars. This has become my regular car wash spot thanks to the great customer service they give us.

The first attendant took the time to clearly explain the different wash plans and membership options. He was professional, informative, and patient — I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. As I drove into the car wash, I was greeted by another attendant who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does — she was upbeat, smiling, and made the whole experience great! To top it all off, my experience ended with Victor, who was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very hardworking. He took pride in what he was doing and made sure everything was done right. That level of service really made an impression on me. I was so impressed overall that I decided to sign up for the monthly pass — and I’m genuinely happy I did. Excellent service, great team, and a smooth experience from beginning to end.
