Tell your employee not to scratch her "cleo braids" (her words not mine)while she is in the front standing over prepared food. And it does not matter that she attempted to use gloves after because she did not wash her hands so now grease and hair dirt are now on the gloves

I arrived to buy at this place with my little dog, he wasn't even on the floor he was in my arm, he's a service dog, and I hear the woman who works there saying that my dog was disgusting and nasty, how can they hire people who are criticizing the customers, and to be clear who she is, she's a white woman with blue hair with gold teeth, she thought that I didn't understand her but how is it possible that I disrespect someone who I wasn't even doing anything to, and she disrespects me like that and if the owner of the store wants to see if I was doing something that is not right, I invite him to look at the cameras and observe that I stayed away from the food, the date and time is November 22 around 9:30 pm

The staff tried to pick fights with me and a friend and he didn’t know very much English and they were being rude instead of doing their job they acted like they didn’t what to help but that’s the point of their job. Then they tried to start stuff by being petty and trying to id me when I wasn’t buying anything I was just telling them what he whated cause he didn’t know how to say it in English. Sad to see grown woman that insecure so they pick fights will try at least😂.Wish you guys the best💋

Early morning crew inattentive, multiple panhandlers in and out of the store made me not want to purchase any items. Employees made me feel like I was a burdan for purchasing from their store. Do not recommend.

New store. Was nice and clean. But I sincerely apologize to the workers at this location. I really didn't mean to disturb your nap or make you stand up or do anything. And you wonder why all the stores are going to self checkout. Should just hire a service monkey to get the behind the counter stuff and call it a day. If RF didn't have the only chocolate milk I like, id definitely be at the otherillions wawas and 711s around here. I'm done using anything but chocolate milk tho. A DAILY customer that averaged $25 a visit that will be going to wawa now for all but chocolate milk. Sending this from outside the store. What would've been $25+ ticket turned out to be $2.75. What a huge disappointment

Went through the car wash, got the $14 wash, and all it was was water. “spotless” but the car was still covered in spots. Absolute waste of money, go somewhere else.

Beautiful new store but the girl serving the chicken was rude and angry. She was upset that I ordered a large chicken purchase . That won't be ready for 20 minutes!! ok u didn't keep up with the product but don't get angry with me. just do your job. cook the darn chicken 🐔 gotta find another location. eastern Ave isn't cutting it!

Just want to share a very positive experience I had at this Royal Farms location and to highlight an employee who went above and beyond. I was up very early (4am) taking someone to the airport. I wasn't feeling well and needed to eat something with medication I was taking so I stopped by this Royal Farms. I was there so early the morning pre-prepared breakfast sandwiches had not been put out on display yet. I walked in the store, noticed there were no sandwiches available, and walked right back out without speaking to anyone. An employee who was sitting out front on her break (her name is Kiki...not sure if I spelled that correctly) asked me if there was anything she could help with. I told her I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich and she informed me they had already been prepared and were in the warmer in preparation for being placed on display later in the morning. Kiki asked me which sandwiches I wanted and offered to help. She cut her break off early, grabbed the sandwiches out of the warmer, and generated the labels so that I could ring them up. Kiki saved the day and I want to ensure she gets recognized for going above and beyond. She was professional and helpful, had great customer service and, most importantly, committed an random act of kindness. Thank you Kiki.

Royal Farms in general need to do a better hire for the employees. This new store in particular is really worth. All the staff need learn more about customer service...they don't have any idea what is that...rude, angry, yelling, no manners.... why they looks always so mad when the customers asking for something? It is a new store and we don't know where is all...or if you have a new technology system...smile guys, breath deep, be happy...is free!!!

Went in to get some food. Breanna prepared my order and it was refreshing to have the experience of such pleasant attitude. My order included wings and they were out. She offered a substitute and thanked me for accommodating the change. We need more people like her in the service industry.

Newly remodeled, offers self-checkouts & cashier checkouts although the cashier's are still slow & usually have only 1 cashier at a register ( despite having 2- 3 other employees wandering around & talking) plus only 1 self-serve checkout is open ( the other one is always out of order) Store stays busy with their food to go.. fried chicken & western fries usually requires a wait because they are constantly running out & not cooking enough despite the high volume of orders. Especially at nite... However, a cashier told me they are supposed to offer customers a complimentary medium fountain drink if they have to wait for food, but most employees fail by to tell people unless you bring it to their attention.. but their chicken is definitely worth the wait

Just want to give kudos to the staff at this Royal Farms. Stopped by for gas and stupidly locked my keys and cell phone in my car. One of the employees, DeDe (probably not spelling that right), was incredibly helpful. She loaned me her personal cell so I could call for help. Can't thank you enough for going above and beyond!

I love Royal Farm Every where I go, I'm always looking for this kind of stores,for gas o for drinks or for some delicious chicken sandwiches that they have here, I been getting almost the same kind of sandwich every where I go and there's always a good meal except today, usually I don't like to complain about nothing, (except today maybe because I'm so hungry) ,the Manu say we get 2 pieces of chicken 🍗🍗 and I don't think there's 2 pieces of chicken in my sandwich ,I don't understand what's going on but not every place is the same...

A 24/7 running business I was told the bathrooms don’t open till 6 am per the manager, by an employe. I asked to speak to the manager who is not there. I never had a problem before at this eastern Ave/ bayview area i need to just stop spending my money in these royal farms because either the bathrooms are closed or either the whole establishment is filthy with dirty floors lack of cups/ lids. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This might be open because it’s on a main strip but it’s such a health hazard and most royal farms are. I’m an advent customer but I won’t ever step foot in this one again. They have the bathroom blocked off and said it’s closed to everyone. When I asked what bathroom do the employees use they said the other fast food chains across the street. That sooo disgusting. I understand there may be wash stations behind the counter but I never see this place have soap either so cross contamination is just everywhere. Yuck
