Iv had my done there once. Today is my last. I needed my car wash and 2 rubber mats the guy working there was telling me I need all 4 when I only have 2 rubber mats up front. He was giving me a hard time. So I told him never mind I'll go somewhere else. Wow rude 😒

The wash is cheap and convenient but is not thorough. There are always dirty spots on various areas of my car when it’s done. However, this is one of the few washes that I’ve been to that has air pressure pistols to help dry and clean out my car which is my favorite feature. Also, I pay a monthly membership fee on a company card for my vehicle. They do not have email access (or did not offer it) to send me receipts every month which is very inconvenient. I once went in to change the wash that I had and it took over 30 minutes for them to have someone help me rectify the situation. I’ve called several times because I needed to cancel my account now that I no longer have the sticker on my windshield since I changed vehicles and no one ever answers the phone. I think that I’m pretty much done with them. It’s too much of a hassle for something that could be so simple.

Fast and convenient. Decent prices. But what really stands out is they will speed dry and wipe down your car as soon as it comes out of the washing tunnel. The guy dried our car and we gave him a tip. He didn’t ask for a tip. Would recommend this place !

Had an excellent car wash experience here 💯👍💯👍💯. David was really nice and proactively helped me wipe my tires without me even asking. Meanwhile, Leo assisted me with printing out my receipts after the machine failed. The customer service was A+++ highly recommend getting your car washed here! My first stunning car wash experience in SoCal.

I’ve been trying to cancel our monthly autopay with this business for over 8 months now. Despite going in multiple times in person and being told the account was canceled, I kept getting charged—so I eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They’ve even billed me after I changed my card number and tap #! Nothing has worked. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY.

I have been going to this car wash ever since the grand opening. I go every Sunday to wash my two cars. I’ve never had any issues until today. I noticed this new guy and he guided me into the wash car wash. I followed all the steps, including putting my car in neutral. the car started to move through the wash and all of a sudden I felt something stuck. I turned to look for the attendant, but he was already gone. About 30 seconds later the car started moving again but this time the brushes and water stopped. My car kept going through until I got to the middle and it just stopped. I signal to the guy at the end and I was waving and he was just looking at my car stuck in the center of the wash. I looked back and still no attendant. I quickly went into the website and called the telephone number and no answer. About a minute later my car started moving again, but still no brushes or water. When I got to the end, I told the attendant at the end that something happened in my car did not get washed. He called the other attendant and he came to me and he asked what happened and I told him the story. He did not believe me. He said why is their suds on your car? I told him the entire place is full of dripping water and dripping suds. He accused me of leaving my car in drive. I told him I did not leave it in drive. it was a neutral entire time. He told me the car look like it was washed because it has suds. We kept going back-and-forth finally he agreed to let me go back through and get my car get my car washed. What upsets me the most is that he talked to me in an unprofessional manner and made me feel like I was lying. He could’ve handled it better. This business lost a very loyal customer today. Anyone know of any other express car washes in the area?

Been using this for a couple of months now. Never had an issue until now.. my rear windshield wiper torn off and broken. To top it off scratches and scuffs all along side the my Honda Passport.

Broke my jeeps bar light and almost caused it to break my windshield. it wasn’t the first time getting it washed here. Manager said it wasn’t his responsibility. It could’ve been worse and they didn’t resolve anything

I got the supreme wash but it didnt feel like supreme customer service :( I get it we all have bad days but the attendant did not need to practically yell at me to put it in neutral and reach his arm into my vehicle to do so. I go here alot but today was the first time that had happened to me. Overall it's a good location just one bad attendant :/

I have the monthly package. $20 a month for unlimited car washes and quick lines. I don’t have a lot of time so this is very convenient for me. Downside is you might get your rims scratched (depends on your car) that’s a risk with every drive in wash though

Great for small cars. Not so great for SUVS. My Kia sorrento car received significant scratches on the window and window trim after routine car washes. . This is the only place I’ve washed my vehicles since they were purchased.

Caution ⚠️ if you have a black car or black painted wheels. I have a 2025 Honda CRV and I only have 3 weeks with it. I brought it twice to this car wash. The wheel brush snatched all or my rims and my paint has fine scratches on the clear coat.. Now I will have to spend over $400 to buff and detail the scratches. I spoke to the manager Hector. He said he has never heard of this. My brother also went there and it scratched his rims and paint on a 2023 black on black Chevy Tahoe. The don't seem to care. They posted sign doesn't mention anything about no liability if the paint is scratched. I will be filing a small claims case. Scratches on paint more visible in person.
