I only washed my car once at the self-service car wash, and the $20 charge was debited from my card twice. I waited a few days for the transactions to clear. Once they did, one of them was only $5, which is the correct amount, and the other was $20. Please contact me by email so I can receive my refund without having to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I love Rojo car wash. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that on a Platinum wash my rims still have dirt on them. I know most places have difficulty getting this off but here there is more left than other places. I have to spend a good amount of time after finishing the job. Otherwise they are great

Went to go wash my car the other day. Used tap to pay for the self serve bay and nothing happened. It took my money though. Figured that bay may be messed up and decided to try the other (this was my mistake) same thing happened. Ended up having to then spend 20 something dollars for the touch free wash.

Got the platinum wash. Overall just a lousy job. Doesn’t look like I just got a car wash and not sure I got all the services I paid for. If I didn’t have to be somewhere I’d have asked for my money back.

They should be embarrassed out of 17 vacuums 4 work. The brushes are so badly in need of replacement in the touch wash. I refuse to bring my car through it. The only touch I go through is in Wall 20 minutes out of my way Walpole . The Norwood touchless wash is an absolute waste of time going through it doesn’t even clean nor dry the car. A year ago the service was much better. I don’t know what’s happened. Time to search for another car wash company.

As someone stated previously, there does always seem to be an issue with the “touch less laser wash” there’s never an out of order sign, however, the past few times I came here I have to cancel and start over more than once just to get into the wash. Also, (imo) over priced for the service. Attached are pictures of my drivers side still being pretty wet compared to my passengers side being dry. Compared to prestige car washes, I will continue to go to prestige. At prestige they advertise “free vacuums with wash” but their vacuums are always on to come use regardless of purchase. At rojos the same is advertised but you HAVE to purchase a wash, and then you’re still limited to only a certain amount of minutes. Overall, drive the few mins to a prestige car wash if you can. eta; I also think their parking lot is a disorganized mess coming out of the wash

Car wash don’t clean car enough, using minimum soap and just spray water. 2% soap and 98% water. They give you issues and act rude when it’s time to cancel your subscription. The lady who answers the phone when you call to cancel your subscription is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never coming here again.

The self-service car wash is terrible. Several wash modes are out of order, but the charges continue. Even when the 12-stop mode is reached, the charges don’t stop. There are no service personnel on site.

Self serve Car wash bays are always inconsistent. Coming here for years. Always same issues. Lack of soap. Broken equipment. No one is ever around to address or fix the issues. Never enough time to wash a big truck, always pay twice. Some days they take cards for payments and when it doesn’t work cash only at bays.

Hi, I go to this location often. E, is extremely helpful and attentive with all the clients I see him interact with. I’ve even had a couple minor issues at the touchiness car wash that he jumps right in and is able to solved quickly. Very friendly and nice guy!

Don't even bother wasting your time and money. Got the wash with the triple foam, barley got any soap. Dryers shut off when they barely touched my hood. Don't bother offering me a free wash to come back. Did that before 2 yrs ago with your carwash down the street. I got the $20 wash and when I came back, they only gave me the cheapest wash. You're lucky you're on rt1 cuz you'd definitely run out of business if your locations werent convenient and trillions of drivers drive by it every day. Clowns.

I purchased the max priced car wash but I am not satisfied with the wash. While the wash was going, their equipments stopped for few seconds and i do not know if some part of the wash was skipped due to that. The tire shine was not on (the wash i purchased had that). Lastly, when I drove home (around 5 min drive), I found that the undercarriage is not cleaned. They charged me $33 and i probably got a $10 wash.

I came here to wash my car using the automatic car wash. Before entering the wash bay, a man started washing my car with a brush. I clearly heard him hitting the brush against the bumper. I honestly don’t understand how it’s acceptable to wash a dirty car with a brush — it scratches the paint. Secondly, the brushes in the automatic wash are very aggressive. They folded my side mirror, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the chemicals are very poor quality — they didn’t even remove the salt from the car. My car is more than just a means of transportation for me, it’s a member of our family. I take good care of it and expect the same from a car wash service. I do not recommend this car wash.

I just wanted to say that Rojos employees are focused on making sure customer service is their priority. This morning I went to get my vehicle washed using the touch less car wash. I was greeted by Rojos employee by the name of Matt, again this is at 8:00 am . Matt introduced himself and then explained the car wash might be not be operating properly and wanted to be sure that I was completely satisfied with results. I told him that he was an absolute beast of an individual who exudes great confidence and customer service. Thank you Matt for looking out for Rojos customers..

It’s about time I leave a review. I’ve hit this place up a lot over the years and I’m just finally at the point of leaving a review in hopes the owners read it and change things. The self washing bays are constantly down. Closed for one reason or another, broken equipment, broken credit card reader, and when they ARE open you just hope that they’re working in terms of actually stocked in the fluids you need. I’ve attempted to wash my car by hand (because I don’t like communal car wash tunnels where everyone’s dirt, rocks, and grime smacks your car’s paint after them) and sometimes barely any soap if at ALL comes out and yes I definitely give it a minute. No soap. Seriously? Especially where we’re paying by the second for using the service how are you not properly stocked up because now I need to stop this machine and go to the next bay when it opens up again and try that one to see if they have soap. It’s inconvenient. Then there’s the laser wash. Sucks. Doesn’t clean. I’ve heard bad things about laser washes and then I gave in, decided to splurge or try it out one time and imagine my surprise when parts of my car were completely dry and obviously still very much dirty. Fix this place. Please. I just want a convenient fun place to wash my car in Norwood because I keep having to travel farther to better locations. Competition is coming close by in Dedham with Prestige car wash so please just fix this up.

Worst car wash ever. The automatic lanes were closed in the middle of the day and the only available wash was the touchless…. So I waited in line for 30 mins just to get the worst car wash ever. I paid $27 just for my car to still be dirty after. Even the windshield still had salt on it. HOW!?! Total waste of money.
