I purchased a Rockstar gift certificate at a Topeka West high school auction last year. It's value is $50. I have tried so long trying to reach them but when I leave messages they never returned calls. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he apologized and made me an appointment for the following Monday at 1pm on my only day off. He stated "he would not miss it". He even kidded around and asked if I was single. Well I arrived early and there was an open sign on door but noone there. Other customers came by as well. By 1:30, it was hot out and I left. I have a friend who knows the owner so she texted him and he took my number and said he'd make it up to me. He never called. Over a week later I called and the line was busy so I know he was there and when I kept calling him till I got the answering machime, again I left my message. Again no call back so now I will go to the Better Business Bureau. They obviously do not care. And I will let the High School know that this was a horrible business to do business with. The Better Business Bureau has taken my case and I hope I get resolve. I got word back from the Better Business Bureau of Kansas and Rockstar Auto detailing would not respond to any communication either written or phone calls. They will not have a complaint filled on the BBB website for all to read. Very Shoddy business

I have a work truck that I use for my lawn care business that Rockstar has detailed a a number of times now. This truck get filthy dirty with grass, mud, and every other dirty thing you can imagine. I know how good of work they do but I am still shocked every time I get it back at how clean it is. They provide a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my 72 Electra over to get an estimate for detailing. I'm not going to lie, this car is FAR from show room, but it's not barn fresh either. It's just an old car that needed a little love. I wanted the cab done and the engine compartment done. This guy then proceeds to walk me around my car and point out every tiny detail that would make it hard for him to detail. "Yeah, so see, your seats have some tears in them, so I won't be able to use my upholstery machine on them." Then he told me my engine compartment was too dirty, and that he would end up taking a really long time to clean it. He didn't even want to give me a quote. He then proceeded to boast about his clientele, and that he was usually booked up for months in advance. I got the impression that this guy only takes on brand new cars and just wipes them down with a dust rag.

Had an appointment for 10am on 8/11. Called two weeks beforehand to schedule an appointment. Got there at 9:55 AM and nobody showed up. Waited there until about 10:30 AM and still nobody. Called the number about half a dozen times and there was no answer. Voicemail box was full and was unable to leave a message. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I brought in an extremely filthy SUV and brought home a super clean one. What struck me the most about the experience was the amount of pride the employees had in the work they were doing. I had three people walk out with me so that they could see if I was happy with their work. Will be using again!

I took my Toyota Sienna van in for a complete detail. It took me several phone calls but finally got through to set up appointment. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and picked it up at 5. My van looked amazing! The exterior sparkled, the interior looked almost brand new. The carpet and seats were clean and fresh. The interior windows-film free. Thank you ROCKSTAR

Recommended by friend. Had 14 y.o. car with relatively low miles that had some scrapes, needed a real detail job. These folks did it right! The car looks absolutely brand new, and the interior is fantastic. Great wax and polish! Leather treatment, the works. Certainly will go back again. (Note: previous grumpy reviewer must have had a car that was hopeless. They did him a favor by not taking his money).

These guys do an awesome job! I got the ceramic sealer on my wife’s car, and it is amazing. And perfectly applied too. If I would have tried it the plastic trim would have been a disaster! Trevon knows what he is doing!

I was really surprised after reading all the awesome reviews, that I would have a negative experience. I had a paint spill in my front seat and although they cleaned it really well, that was all they cleaned. I guess I expected to get the full detail package instaed of a spot clean. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I wasnt charged $120 cash only, when a regular car detail is $100. I have also noticed my dog's leash seatbelt clip is missing that was hooked up on the seat they removed to clean. Great customer service but sadly I was still disappointed.

Amazing attention to detail and absolutely stunning results. My child spewed and I could not get it out. Rockstar got it out and then some. I got a car back that looked like it just rolled off the dealership lot. It smells and looks amazing. Very happy customer.

Took my wife’s car in for a stage 2 detailing they take out all floor mats (which by the way they “forgot” to put back in) but left the back cargo mat in there but they supposedly shampooed the carpet. We lifted up the cargo mat and nothing was cleaned still had dog hair and dirt everywhere but you could tell they tried to make it seem like they cleaned the back also they didn’t even clean the floor mats which are weather tech floor mats also. They left scratches on the seats from dragging the vacuum hose across the car. We felt like we got lied to also because it says for trucks and small suv’s The price is 250 and for third row seating it is 275 which they were going to charge my wife and my wife’s car is a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee so it doesn’t even have a 3rd row and wasn’t that dirty. They lie and do very poor quality work if you decide to take your vehicle there beware they will try to screw your over. Pretty sure we could of done a hell of a lot better ourselves then what they do.

First, they overcharged us. We were charged their advertised rate for a vehicle with 3 rows of seats even though mine only has 2. Second, they only cleaned the front driver's area and trunk. When my husband took the car back the next day to give them the opportunity to finish the job, the manager said they were too busy and he would have to bring the car back a third time the following week.

The worst “detail” I could’ve ever imagined, but I’ll try to make this as short as possible. My husband & I planned to take two of our vehicles here to get the Stage 2 Detail. We were given little to no information about where we could leave our keys, when we could pick the vehicles up, etc. They didn’t start on our Jeep until early afternoon (mind you the Stage 2 states it takes 7-8 hours). That night I drove down to pick up the Jeep & leave our Silverado & automatically noticed that my WeatherTech floor mats were not in the vehicle nor in the cargo area. I didn’t walk around the Jeep or inspect anything, but noticed marks on my windows as well as a mark on my driver’s door that had not been cleaned. I made a quick stop before heading home & noticed grease-like spots & streaks on the exterior. On my way home I noticed many other things: the carpet still had hair & dirt, only half of the windshield had been cleaned, none of the doors were done, the backseats still had stuff in the cracks, the center area was dusty, the plastic area inside the door still had marks, none of the minor scratches on the exterior had been taken out, etc. Once home, we immediately decided to go down the next morning to get my floor mats, express our concerns, & pick up the Silverado without having it detailed. The next day we arrived before they opened & were met by a kind employee who stated that they must have forgotten to put the mats back in as you have to wait 48 hrs after cleaning the carpet. He stated he had no idea why the exterior would look like it did & that he’d call the owner to see about giving us a discount. The owner stated that he quoted us at $275 (the price their website stated for a third-row vehicle) & that he could take $55 off. I asked how it was $275 when online it stated $250 & was told that it “starts” at $250 - I was aware of this, but was annoyed as my vehicle was not overly dirty & definitely should not have had an up-charge. We then walked back outside to show the gentleman a few of the interior issues we noticed & he stated he’d decrease the price to $200. Pretty much I paid $200 just to come home & wipe down my own exterior, re-vacuum, & re-clean the interior. I would’ve had no problem paying $275 if the job was done well & as stated, but I undoubtedly got screwed as the “detail” that I received probably took less than a couple of hours & was not even worth $50. I’m assuming they speed through the vehicles that are not extremely dirty & hope that no one pays enough attention to the minor details. This was the first time I’ve ever detailed any of my vehicles & will now, without a doubt, be my last due to the extremely poor service & work I received.

I contacted Rock Star Auto Detailing to get my husband’s truck cleaned up for his birthday. They fit us in quickly and did a great job. The interior of his truck was in pretty rough shape. We have a 6 year old so there was everything from spilled juice and ketchup on the seats to even some crayon on the interior of the door. All that is gone now and the interior looks like new! Would strongly recommend using them - especially if your kiddo has done a number on your interior!! Certainly WAY better than we could have done on our own.

They did an outstanding job. We originally bought our SUV from a dealership in Missouri who did not detail the car - since we drove there with our old car to trade in, we took it. Rockstar took it the day after I called, cleaned it incredibly well that day, and for the quoted cost - which as lower than expected. They then chatted with us about the job and were appreciative of the business. Just and overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend them and will use them again soon.
