Automatic wash malfunctioned after applying soap to my car and wouldn't go through the rinse cycle. Wasted $12 here and had to go to another carwash to get the soap off.

Used my card to swipe it took $15 off , I only used $9 of it and it still hasn't returned the difference. I did finally get the difference back on my card, very thankfully for that. Raising from 1 star to 3 stars

This is a nice modern little car wash. It has 1 automatic carwash and several self serve. Each wash stall has a corresponding stall where you can dry, vacuum and toss trash. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I prefer the air dryers you drive thru over the air dryer where you remain stationary and the dryer moves over the top of you.

High pressure nozzles and a good soap. This place is the place you want to go to when your vehicle is needing both. They offer other add-ons to help polish up your ride, like the wheel cleaner and tire cleaning, wax on wax off. The vacuums suck. My ride was sparkling clean when I was done. Best looking minivan on the streets! :)

Poor maintenance abounds at this car wash. Paid for a car wash but the place apparently ran out of soap as all I got was water. The wand was also broken which means it couldn't build up the needed pressure to actually wash anything. Called the number to report the issue and never heard anything back. This was the second time I tried the place as I wanted to see if the first time was a fluke but it seems to be standard operating procedure to offer a rather disappointing experience.

Bay 2 took my money. I tried to call but it disconnected the call 3 times. Usually I don't leave bad reviews but that is ridiculous

Prewash didn't come out of the hose in my stall. Foaming Brush trickled "soap" out of the end of the brush. Having the tools work during the wash is most of the selling point of a car wash no? Anyway, 15 minutes and $9 later my car is objectively more clean but the process wasn't very smooth.

I went to the place and the first stall would not accept my card so i went to another stall and it did accept my card but there was a hole int the hose and it soaked me I didn't want an additional charge on my card so I went ahead and finished washing my car and continued to get soaked. Then when I went to vacuum the car it stopped after about a minute and a swarm of hornets came out of the hose. I will never go back to this carwash.

Two weeks ago I inserted my credit card to pay at the automated wash bay of this car wash, and a scrolling LED told me the bay was out of service, so I backed out and drove away. I see now that two charges were placed to my credit card for that visit, one for $8 and one for $7, even tho' I had zero car washes. I have called the number listed and left a message, but have not yet received a call back. Update as of 7/12/2017: I changed my previous rating of 1 star to a 4 star, as I did receive a call back from Andrew at Laser Auto Wash. He was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. He is sending me coupons to cover the charges. I appreciate this kind of responsiveness and problem solving on the part of a merchant.

Every time I go to this location its something different. Either the soap in the high pressure wash doesn't work or the wax or the vacuums. And DO NOT use the credit card function at the bays cause it tells you its charging your card one fee and when you check your account it charges you more. Also I've stopped using the credit card function on the automatic wash bay because my check card has been compromised 3 times and this location was the common denominator all three times. I will never take my car there to wash it again, even though its the closest place to where I live, cause its obvious that the management or owners don't care about the poor performance of there wash bays and credit card readers. I've contacted them at the number given at the location several times and never received a return call, apology, etc. And none of the problems I've reported were ever addressed. If you want a quality car wash DON'T COME HERE!!!!!

Put $12 in to wash my car only to find the hose to the pressure washer had ruptured. So had to pay another $12 to wash my car in a different stall. Called both numbers for assistance but have not received a call back as of yet.

$1 a minute? Are you kidding me? So i can spend $30 and 30 minutes sweating and scrubbing my truck, or I can drive around the corner and get a really good drive through wash for $20 while staying in my nice cool ac. What a joke.

This place does a pretty good job on the extreme wash. I like the dryer goes over your vehicle and not at the end you drive through like others. I only use laser washes and mainly go to this one. Never too crowded and does the job. Easy location to get in and out of too.

The drive through wash was not good. Paid for the $15 best wash, it didn't clean the car, left bugs and film/grime. The soap was out and barely covered the car. There were about 8 cycles listed and I counted about five. Only good part was the underbody spray. Hope the "sealant" cycle didn't adhere the dirt to my finish, because the car is just grimy now.

Good and reasonably priced. The only feedback (but doesn’t count in less stars) is setting up the mobile pay option. I did purchase a wash card, but didn’t realize it wasn’t digital until after buying. Looking forward to receiving it in the mail.

Your basic wash. It does the job. A bit more pricey than what I'm used to in Colorado though. Update: The self-service wash now charges you a minimum of $15 which is very pricey considering I'm used to self-service washes costing $6-$7. I noticed that the automatic wash had price ranges from $9 to $16 so I decided to cancel my self-service wash after I had already swiped the card and it said it would charge me $3 anyway. The automatic wash is not contoured to your car, but it does have an under car wash and seems to do the job well.

Works great and it has to my knowledge the tallest clearance in town. It's my go to for large vehicles

Wash lasted less than 1 minute and it was technically just a rinse. $10 for a rinse with NO soap is ridiculous! I still obviously had dirt and such all over my car. Called and left message about getting a refund, but never heard back from company. Pictures are after car "wash". Extremely disappointed. Update: received a call from company. The motor had an error that was fixed later that day. I was refunded. Very satisfied with their customer service!
