So after giving the car wash company a chance and using them for a month str8 & I'll admit that it's super convenient to have my Jeep freshly washed everyday however I still feel like I should have gotten at least a partial payment from them or a few months free from the damages I received the first time I used them and I had just bought my Jeep. Anyways after giving them another chance yes it's super convenient but I still have a bad first impression due to my first experience, but I do not think I'll keep the unlimited washes after this last month. But if you have the extra income then it's worth it for your vehicle and you.

Car wash is fine. This message is for the owner. You guys cant have two member lanes, its dumb your staff cant keep up with 1 pay lane. Switch the member lanes back so they are automated for people to choose their wash.

When they used to pre- spray your car and pay a bit of attention it was better. Frankly we pay for the Jupiter was on a monthly subscription and the back end of the car never gets clean. Starting to consider other options.

Great car wash! I appreciate it's a tommy tunnel which is unique due to the use of a tunnel with lots of windows and that it uses such technology (and energy savings) while not being franchised so the owners get 100 precent of the profits. I also appreciated how gentle the wash and conveyer was (not sure if this is due to tommy propietary equipment) compared to other dual belt conveyer car wash tunnels. The fact there are both flat and molded (weathertech and husky liners brand mats) mat washers and a vending machine with items for self detailing here were bonuses too. Do wish the vaccums were powerful enough to get the excess water off my cleaned mats but they did seem to dry quickly. Couldn't find any buttons for a human other than the one to start the vaccums. But the vaccums were still powerful enough to remove dust and debris from my carpets. Would come here again!

AVOID this place!!!!!! I decided to stop in on July 4th since it was on my way to the lake and I had extra time. Once I came out of the car wash and took towels out to dry my car I noticed a piece of my car was missing! I spoke to one of the workers and she told me she was going to walk through the car wash and see if she could find it. She came back 3 minutes later with the piece of my car, i asked to speak to a manager and report a claim. A manager came out to speak to me but right away said they will not assume responsibility and they were not responsible! The part that the car wash broke off costs $130 and Nissan charges me $400 to install!!! Yet they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Overcharged & Ignored – Very Disappointed I was charged $60.11 for a car wash membership I had clearly requested to cancel weeks ago when I purchased a new vehicle. The employee I spoke with told me their “AI system” would handle the cancellation, but obviously it didn’t—and now I’m being billed for a service I’m not using. My usual charge is around $21, so this wasn’t just a small oversight—it was a major overcharge. I called to resolve the issue, waited on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told to leave a voicemail. Then I was transferred—only to find the mailbox was full. No way to leave a message, no resolution, and no accountability. This was their error, not mine, and now I’m wasting time and energy just trying to get my money back. It should not be this hard to fix a simple mistake. Very disappointing.

The woman let my truck go halfway through the bubbles being sprayed on my truck. It then stops the wash , makes me back out due to a wheel and tire that weighs well over 75 pounds in the back . Tells me it has to come out . I would be mad to if I worked at a car wash .........

Purchased a gift card supposedly good for (5) basic washes early this year and used (4) during the winter. Don't wash during summer months, but returned to use the fifth yesterday due to bird poo. Was told at the window the card has only $1 left despite being told originally it was good for (5). To avoid wasting time disputing it, I just gave a CC and said put the rest on that. My own fault for not asking the cost, but when I seen a $9.48 charge on my CC today I almost fell off my chair!! That means they are charging $10.48 for a basic wash? OMG!! Should have washed the poo off myself for $0... I realize everything is expensive these days, but come on! Over $10 for a 1-2 minute spray of soap and water? Ridiculous... Especially after the misinformation. Oh, and it didn't even remove all the bird poo.

It was nice to have three areas to go to and out in code or pay for car wash. It made it faster than waiting for another person who may not know what they are doing in front of you. The attendant helped guide me into the wash. It took less than two min. There where plenty of vacuums and they worked well after we exited the wash.

DAMAGED VEHICLE, AVOID THIS PLACE. Visited on a busy day when weather was nice. Used middle lane and other cars obscured my vision to see they have a sign posted saying to completely remove your antenna (really?) and basically they aren't responsible for anything. Guess what? Antenna was bent & broken and front license plate bent. I also bought the most expensive wash that supposedly had a 3-stage wheel & tire cleaning but it didn't even touch the tire mounting gunk or basically any sidewall dirt on my new tires. Spoke with manager who said they aren't responsible, it's my fault, and they wouldn't even refund the cost of the wash that didn't clean properly. Manager started bending my antenna/plate back without asking my permission and damaged them further. 100% never visiting their locations again and will spread the word. Be prepared they will damage your car!

Best Automated Carwash Around. You have 3 choices from $8, $12 or $18 for a one time. There is a teller lane or you can use the automated self-paying lane which takes debit and credit cards. I recommend the monthly subscription for unlimited carwash that has its own lane for no waiting. Free manual vacuuming towards the exit. Automated gate at exit, so no one can sneak in. Well, lite lot. Attend helps guide vehicles on tracks of carwash. Located conveniently on corner. Stop lights help get in and out very easily. The vehicle comes out spotless in under 3 minutes.

ABSOLUTELY NOTT! My bf and I went to this carwash one day and he had tires in the back and this one guy max told him to get out his carwash with an attitude mind you we already went to this car wash with the tires in the back and no one told him anything the first time and then when we went the 2nd time max came out saying “get out my carwash I’m not letting u go in with those tires in there” and made everyone back up for us to get out. Will not recommend here.

Impala 2011 had picked up salt and frizen snow from roads leaving from Taylor County to Kenosha County. We took the $22. deal and not any more salt running down windshield & other windows being smeared again. Pictures were dark and videos of someone trying his best to not take control of Impala until the end. There were vacumn stalls at end. We did not use as we had cleaned the inside of car before trip.
