This was the only Car Wash in St. Bernard Parish after Hurricane Katrina for many years. Great service! I paid for top dollar wash and I didn't see enough tire shine on my tires. I talked to an employee who immediately took care of the issue. I will be back!

My favorite car wash in the Parish! The workers were awesome and I got a discount on my wash because it was Tuesday. Plenty of vacuums and they even had Windex and towels for detailing. I will be coming back!

I love this car wash but don’t recommend going early when they first open. I think because I was one of the first car that morning it left soap swipes all over and I should have called them but I went to work got busy and just didn’t worry about it. 🤗 I have gone back several times since.

favorite carwash in southern louisiana. i haven't been to many, however. i usually do the job myself. highly recommend the monthly unlimited plans, too. pay $18-30 once and then get one free wash each day for 30 days. great deal. great service. vacuuming is free, also. love this place

First, let me say that the car wash yourself is still the best in St.Bernard Parish. It is the ownership and the employees where I have the problem! Recently, I wash my truck at the location of Sumer after discovered some damage, I went back to the car wash spoke to the workers who assured me they would have the owners contact me after viewing their video to see if the damage was caused by them. I explained that I did not know if the damage was caused by them or some other cause and all I wanted to do is nArrow it down. Well, after three more trips, back in two weeks having passed, I’m still waiting to hear anything from any of the owners of this establishment. This leads me to believe that they have no feelings for the customers, especially ones who are regular, like myself, and now I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere! If the owners can’t have the decency to contact you then what is going to happen if there really is damage caused by their equipment?

This was my first time using Rock & Roll Car Wash. I needed a good car wash after driving from Tennessee to Louisiana there was so many dead bugs splattered all over my Nissan Rogue. The price's were very reasonable I got $10.00 wash they sprayed my Rogue with pressure washer to get all the bugs that was splattered all over. I was very satisfied with my Rogue when it was all finished. I would highly recommend Rock & Roll Car Wash it's the place to go with your automobile needs to be clean.

Very aggravated that when I returned the next day for my floor mat that I forgot, it wasn’t there. That means either the customers or the staff take things that don’t belong to them, and I can’t suffer a thief. Guess I’m going back to Pelican Pointe.

Prices are reasonable. Car wash gets the job done. Love that you can scrub the bugs off before you go through the car wash. The tape they put on your back windshield wiper broke off before the car wash ended. I was glad my wiper didn't break. I vacuumed my car in the handicap spot because of my disability. I had someone with me so it was easier. They offer free towels and glass cleaners to use. Suggestion would be that they have someone to offer assistance for people with handicaps. It would really go a long way in the customer service area.

This is the best car wash I have ever used. I saw an earlier review where the staff were described as standoffish; I didn’t have this experience at all, as they were very helpful and polite. What impressed me the most about Rock and Toll Car Wash was they provided a courtesy station of Windex and towels, as well as provided tokens to have your floor mats machine shampooed and cleaned for free. Many businesses in the greater New Orleans area cite the importance of being family owned; this is well-represented here. I highly recommend Rock and Roll Car Wash if you need to clean your vehicle.

Great place to get your car wash. I drive an expensive car and I don't mind taking it there because it doesn't have rollers that grind the paint off of your hood and on your top. It actually has the pads to just gently swipe the hood the top and the trunk. Highly recommended especially for the free vacuum. The monthly program is a good deal to especially and our environment here where we're always getting rained on and muddied up sometimes. If you want your car to look good this is the place to go for the price.

Used to love this car wash, guys did a great job. This last time I was told that they can’t “pressure wash” the running boards and lower portions of the vehicle that have built up mud, I’d have to go somewhere to wash that off before I come in. The whole point of using an automated car wash is for convenience so that I don’t have to do it myself. I drive into and out of a construction site daily for work, so I guess if I want a clean truck I’ll have to find a new car wash that doesn’t mind washing a vehicle. I mean how dare I want to use a car wash to wash my truck, imagine that………

I have been with them about 2 years and service was great until now. A metal rod stuck into my tire which couldn't be patched and wound up costing us $250 to replace the tire. I talked to employees and they said that they are not responsible for any damage that the car wash causes. If I were you I would definitely think about using there service. Think twice about using Rock & Roll Car Wash....

I’ve been coming to Rock & Roll Car Wash for a few months now and honestly for the value it’s hard to beat. I have the monthly membership on the third tier, which runs about $24.99 a month and gives me unlimited washes, one per day, plus free vacuums. They’re open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 8320 W Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette, and it’s one of those places that just makes life easier. One of my favorite parts is the free floor mat cleaner where you can just feed your mats in and they come out spotless. They also have a suds brush station before the tunnel for those bug-covered front bumpers. There are about sixteen vacuum bays, each with air guns that blow crumbs out of the tightest cup holder corners** oddly satisfying. They even have vending machines for towels, air fresheners, and window cleaner so you can finish off the job like a pro detailer. The staff is friendly, it’s easy to get in and out, and it’s conveniently right next to a daiquiri shop. So you can wash your car and your worries away at the same time…talk about a two-for-one clean.
