that car wash has been going down lately, within the last few months i’ve been seeing a baby in the lobby playing and running around ,i’m guessing her mom works there! but that’s unacceptable.not a good look for the business.and the other day they was shut down for a hour. it’s always something at that car wash

Don't pay for tire shine because the tire shine does not ever stay on long enough to make it home. I got the pass I paid for tire shine and had to go get my money. The pass just went up like everything else

I never write reviews, but the vaccuums are too powerful to be useful and loud (so high pitched you need ear plugs)… and the air freshener machine hardly took my money and then finally did, but didn’t dispense anything. Go to Rich’s Wash Dat instead

Don't waste your time. Car wash scratched my entire tailgate. Showed the attendant & he looked at it then walked off. Got tired of waiting 15 min so I left. He was hiding in the office.

All the extra items they give you are great. They have free cleaner and microfiber towels to do interior cleaning, air for your tires, blower to use on water and interior cleaning and 2 different style vacuums. The wash itself is just ok. Your experience will also depend on the attendant that's there. Some don't care much about the process understandably and others go above and beyond to make sure your car gets a good wash.

I stop by for a car wash and had some sticker residue on my car. A employee by the name of Dustin came out to help me when he noticed me trying to scrub it off. He came right up with a rag and solution and removed it for me! 10/10 employee he mad my day with good conversation and excellent awareness.

Pelican has become a part of my weekly routine! I respect how the facility is always clean, the interior spray bottles are always full and there is always plenty of microfiber cloths. The staff is always friendly, and my car usually comes out very clean, which I appreciate. However, I am extremely disappointed with one recurring issue. Every time I vacuum my car, I hit my head on the object above, and it has caused me bruises and even gashes. When I brought this concern to an assistant manager, I was met with little concern or empathy. His response was simply, “That happens to me all the time.” While I understand he may not have been trained to handle guest feedback appropriately, this type of response is dismissive and frustrating. A more suitable reply might have been, “I’m sorry you’ve experienced that, let me look into what we can do to improve your experience.” As it stands, I feel that my complaint fell on deaf ears. If this concern were shared with upper management, perhaps a solution could be implemented, such as removing or covering the bolts/nuts that continue to cause injury, or maybe a warning indicator. While I try to be mindful, accidents still happen, and it is both inconvenient and unsafe. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed so that all customers can enjoy a safer and more positive experience.
