Im at the pharmacy now and I ask the pharmacist a question about options on nicotine flavors and the both pharmacist laughed as I was there at the front desk it was so embarrassing that I had to ask why are you guys laughing no one answered that is so unprofessional for you to laugh because someone came in to pick up a prescription and you laugh because you ask a question.

Normally very goodservice at this store. On 5/6/22, I received excellent, excptional service from the pharmacy dept at this store with Covid testing and Medicare. They went out of their way to answer my questions and meet my needs.

The cashier, Joan and the blond manager with the accent, are both very rude and apparently deaf. Make sure if ur receiving money from a western union, to tell them if theres a test question for those who don't have ID... They were so bad in fact in switching to a new pharmacy even tho it's further away.

Most of the time I have a great experience with this store! I buy some food products, which they have a lot of choices, and holiday decorations. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful! There’s a closer store from where I live but I like this location the best!! 😄

I went to a different rite aid for a decade and never ONCE had an issue. This one messes up my order resulting in an additional 20-60 minute long wait time every single time I go. If you can go to any other rite aid, do it.

It's ridiculous when you go into a store to get your meds and they have signs for a public restroom but won't let you use it

Been using this pharmacy for a few yrs. All the employees are amazing but, I went today and the pharmacy tech was definitely drunk or on drugs... he did a little to much of whatever his habit is. He asked my birthday 8 times and had to leave work because "he wasn't feeling well" the pharmacy apologized to me. So if anyone got shorted on there pills I'd be blaming this guy

Terrible pharmacy (W.25th and Sass only). They either have to order common medications, mess up the order somehow, don't have your prescription ready after they notify you that it's ready for pickup, and there's usually a waiting line with one person working the counter (if you're lucky). One star is for their late hours.Poor rating as compared to State St. or West Erie Plaza locations.

I always have problems at this location. I just called 5 times in a row to get my meds filled. And not one employee knows how to answer a phone? When it's one of the only other job requirements for working as a pharmacist and in customer service. I've worked in customer service for 15 years. And have never been told to not answer the phone when a customer calls. That is so disrespectful. And so unprofessional.

Pharmacist refused to fulfill my doctors prescription. And this was a refill! She would not listen and did not care. Went to doctors office afterward and they were equally baffled why she would refuse to fill it. Last time I ever go there

I wanted to compliment the hiring practices of the Rite Aide store located on West 26th Street. The pharmacist "Mike" is a wonderful, professional, and patient employee when no one is looking. I have what cancer patients call "Chemo-Brain". I often lose my thoughts and become confused. I appreciate Mike's professional character despite my symptoms. Thank you, for employing someone with such impeccable professionalism. We need more people like Mike!

I only went to this pharmacy because CVS was out of Tamiflu. went to the drive-through was asked to come inside. One tech in particular has a terrible attitude. Customer service was terrible, rude, and acting like as if I was in the wrong for coming to this location! Will never be back and will tell others to do the same!

This pharmacist went above and beyond to assist me with my prescription today. The other pharmacy I use was out of the medication, but I called him and without hesitation, he helped me. Not a lot of questions, or putting me on hold, etc., it was matter of fact and promptly helped. I appreciated the help!

This Rite-Aid location does not keep the shelves stocked. So there is a high probability that they won’t have what you intended on purchasing. 6/15/24 UPDATE: Thanks for the message Rite-Aid. But I know how retail establishments work. The managers there have sales data that they apply to how much product they are keeping on hand in order to balance the labor equation. It’s not a supply issue. This location’s sales are mostly attributable to the pharmacy… I’m here on a Saturday and it’s obviously a ghost town. I am back again to see if they had the product I needed and again it’s been a waste of my time.

My prescriptions were transferred here when they closed my usual store, and honestly I am glad that they did. This is a great location, employees are great, pharmacists are fantastic and they always have what I need in the store. It's right by the hospital too so there's convenience as well. I do a lot of my shopping here as well when I can't make it to the grocery store - so convenient.

I had a horrible experience with the staff manning the register. I came in to break down a larger bill and was very rudely informed I needed to buy something in order to make that happen. I was in a rush so threw a greeting card on the table, placed a 20 on the table, and then requested how I wanted my change. The girl manning the register gave me the dirtiest look, and said, "you finna get, what I finna give you." This comment was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and antagonistic. Up to this point I was not angry, but I was now. I raised my voiced and demanded my change how I wanted it, to which the manager heard me and chastised me for speaking to her employee that way. Fair. Were I in her shoes and didnt have all the info I might have done the same thing. However, the manager did not attempt to discern the truth of the situation: being that the employee was the antagonistic party, and immediately took her employee's side. I tiredly explained the situation that I needed a bill broken down, was buying an item, and was requesting my change in a certain way, but the manager refused to listen. I demanded my money back, and then left the store without buying anything. Overall, that employee was one of the rudest individuals I've met in my life, and that extends past all of the retail workers I've met; which up to this point have all been at very most dismissive people, but mostly kind. I have never, and I mean never been treated in a ruder fashion anywhere else in my life. I would not recommend shopping here until that employee is fired. I didnt get a name as I was in a rush, but the employee in question works second shift, is an African American overweight woman with hair that was starting to turn white, and looked to be in her mid 40s. I cant speak to the quality of the pharmacy, but if you need general items find another store.

This is my newest home pharmacy it’s close to the house and it’s decent enough what did your typical pharmacy uppity snooty farm techs and actual pharmacistswho barely speak a word to anyone because standing in a climate controlled environment on a anti-fatigue removing things from bags and boxes to put back into bottles and boxes and so forth is extremely taxing on your body.
