Long wait at pharmacy. Older gentleman at drive up lazy and incompetent. Always has an excuse and never real does his job especially if he has to do something full of excuses. Go inside it will take you less time. Staff there is ready to assist.

Most of the time medication is called in hours in advance, once 6 hrs in advance and only a couple of times ready. Normally told " just working on it" but will be ready in about 20-30 mins. Not sure what they are working on, when some of it is pre-packaged and they are only putting a sticker on it. Some of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant while others are just miserable. Done with this place. Luckily there is a cvs across the street.

Amazing pharmacy. The staff have worked with me above and beyond their normal job role and have performed consistently over the years. I will be using this rite aid pharmacy for my prescription indefinitely!

Totally unprofessional. I tried to get a vaccine but I was told it was by appointment only despite no signs in front of store. I was also told it was a fact that you had to make an appoinment. They're right if you go online but inside the store, it was not a fact. I'm moving to a different pharmacy for there lies on on this issu.e

This will be my new pharmacy and store. Everyone here is helpful and nice. At my last pharmacy / store it was not like this at all, it was not a rite aid. I am transferring all my prescriptions .

Literally the worst pharmacy. Switching asap. Every single time I go to pick my prescriptions up they are not ready. Even after getting notifications that they are supposed to be ready, or requesting a specific pickup time, never ready! People are nice enough but idk why this keeps happening to me.

Today I had some questions regarding my health insurance and getting a flu shot and I spoke to the pharmacist named Kate. Well Kate went above and beyond what she had to do to help me get my questions answered. She was so polite, professional, and helpful that I can't say enough good about her. Being behind the pharmacy must be so stressful and busy and having to deal with the public especially if they are sick is a tough job. I am actually considering moving all my scripts to Rite Aid. She is an asset to Rite Aid.

The older man Tom who works the pharmacy drive up is incredibly rude and incompetent. Tonight when trying to pick up my prescription I let him know I was picking up for 2 people and he rolled his eyes at me and had an attitude. I go to this pharmacy every month and he ALWAYS has a bad attitude.

If you need to know what her coworkers are going to say about a problem she cannot fix, Alyssa is your person. Not sure if she is a psychic or a clairvoyant, but this job is apparently beneath her. But she already knows that. Jonathan was A+ and definitely knew what he was doing. Ask for Jonathan. Unless you want a frustrating and sarcastic response, then go with Miss Alyssa. 7/7/22 Went in to pick up a prescription and was told only one ready, if I’d like to come back in an hour the others will be ready as well. Left, was texted 10 minutes later alerting me they were all ready. Great efficiency, poor communication. I return, wait in my car to pick up my prescriptions. Gentleman remembers me, and gives me my latest ones to be filled. I get home only to realize he did not give me all of my prescriptions. Completely failed to give me the initial one that was ready. Previously, I have gone in and been given only 1/6th of the script. His reasoning was he didn’t see the other boxes below. This is repeated poor experiences from the same gentleman who always seems frustrated with actually being there. And having do do a job. Not even well. If these medications need to be taken together, I’m now missing a dose. Can this pharmacy be relied upon for accuracy? Hopefully, the actual pharmacists are better trained. They do always seem to be aware. I think I’ll need to look in to mailrooms was mentioned to me today as well. I was told set up is pretty easy. I’ll update soon. Just read the reviews, I guess I’m not the only one who has concern with an certain drive thru staff member who seems to dislike his job and seems rude. Go team! Go CS professionals! Ra-raah! I’m sorry one bad egg reflects poorly on that entire store and team.

Not bad. Pharmacy is always packed which is a pain in the buns and and the front often has a long line but once they add a second cashier it goes fast. They seem to usually have what I want as well so overall not to bad

I was legit just in this store and the cashier said "ma'am can you get on the line". I was on the other side to where they had lines for social distancing. Just a suggestion if you want customers on the blue lines maybe you should make it clear where the line starts and that there is only one line for 2 registers. Thankfully there is a CvS across the street. I'll be going there from now on. Don't look at me like I'm dumb Update I was at the pharmacy for about 15 minutes waiting. One customer needed a bit of attention from the pharmacist. It would be nice if you ask the next customer or politely tell them on wait a minute and someone will be with you. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

This was not bad service, it was no service. I called the pharmacy 7 times to check on my prescription. I was recycled 5 times and left on hold by the front clerk twice... without ever getting someone in the pharmacy. I implored the clerk to get a pharmacist, but she did not, When she put me on hold, I implored her to come back and not leave me hanging; she never did. It's degrading to beg for service and get none. Lesson learned: there are plenty of pharmacies out there.

We signed up for notifications but never hear when meds are ready. Then told us a refill was 2 weeks too early, call back and hear "no, it's here and ready". Working in a pharmacy is hard and I try to give a lot of grace, but it's been too many times of too much carelessness with meds we need to function.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and I like it. I am terrible with names but there is one woman who works here who is always super pleasant and upbeat. I’ve since moved and this is not close to my house but I still prefer to go here. They are always busy, I never see it slow down. I wish people would take that into consideration before complaining. Especially in this day and age where everybody is short staffed. If I have to wait it doesn’t take long and I don’t mind. Thank you to the staff who work here and take care of customers. It is appreciated.

I don't get my medications at this pharmacy but was hoping to switch so I made a call asking if they had my medication in stock. The person that answered the phone was incredibly rude.

Very Disappointed in the customer service I received in the pharmacy today. The pharmacist was abrupt on the phone when I was calling about my prescription and telling me to call the other pharmacy and LITTERLY TOLD ME to tell the other pharmacist to "PUT A FINGER ON IT"!! I ask what that means and she said it doesn't matter just tell them what I told you and they will understand!!!!! I'm sorry..... WHO DOES THIS VERY RUDE NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!

This was my first time using this Rite Aid pharmacy in Manchester. I called in to get my daughters prescription filled as no where else near by me had it. Andrea whom helped take my information, make sure they had it in stock , was extremely helpful. She was patient, kind and didn’t once make me feel like I was a rushed or an inconvenience. Pharmacy’s need more people like her! Thank you for bringing me relief with what had been a stressful situation. I appreciate you.

Most times if not all, are painful at the pharmacy. There’s a guy with white hair I think his name is Dan. Every single time I am there he has no idea what he is doing. It’s absolutely painful. He needs some serious training. There are a few good techs like Michael and the 2 younger gentlemen but most are just not friendly and have no idea what’s going on. I will be switching to a new pharmacy after this last experience. Also, I work retail, and swear like a trucker, but not when there’s customers standing directly in front of me. This place is really a joke and huge inconvenience.
