They only move with a purpose if you’re getting the plandemic vaccine or you’re a junkie getting a refill. The employees in the pharmacy are washed up and don’t know what they are doing.

Pharmacy is unreliable. Doesn’t open on time and doesn’t check orders incoming orders at regular intervals apparently.ER sent an order and 12 hours later they are “working on it” still

Great neighborhood drug store !!! It will be lovely when Rite Aid works out its reality and the store gets back to full inventory. Shelves have been half empty for several years now.

Donna remember my name as a first time customer and was very very professional while also being friendly and caring as well as funny. She interacted with customers better then I’ve ever seen before while also maintaining the line. Donna if you see this I hope you know the simple act of remembering my name from a few hours before really made my day. Very impressed with the quality of customer service I was provided by the pharmacist and assistants. They walked me through which meds I need for an upcoming procedure and even picked out all the specifics. Kudos to the pharmacist and staff - specifically Kathy, for such great service!! Nurse at riversedge phoned in a pain script at 7pm and by 7.50pm i got there for pu and wasn't ready and pharmacist closed down in my face at 8pm !! Their on line add said 9pm closing time... They couldn't have cared less !! I will not go back there after almost 40 yrs of patronage to that store !!

Manjula is the best pharmacist I've ever met in my life. Literally kept me from having an anxiety attack today, and got me the prescription I needed (that I've been out of for two days but need to take every day) in under 20 minutes after patiently explaining the options to me. She's always personable, patient, and caring and always seems to have time for people. It's clear she's passionate about helping people. I've also always had good interactions with Rose and another associate I see regularly who updated my rxs for me so I can pick them up at the same time instead of making two trips (I'm sorry for blanking on her name right now!) I changed my pharmacy to this location a while ago and I always leave the store feeling glad I made the switch!

Amazing customer service from Allie! This location isn’t even my normal store, but I called them when my store’s phone line was out of commission, and she was more than happy to go above and beyond to help me. It didn’t matter that the store was super busy, she still took the time to try to contact the other store using other methods. I didn’t think it was possible to top the customer service from my main Rite Aid location, but I would have to say she did an amazing job in doing just that.
