"Rite Aid’s mission is to improve the health and wellness of our communities" They refuse enforce mask usage by customers despite posting otherwise and the mandate from the city. I no longer will shop at Rite Aid. p.s. "The 'customer.service@riteaid.com' and 'inquiry@riteaid.com' email addresses are no longer active."

Terrible. Dont come here if you ever want to get your meds. I am on a lot of medications in which i have to take as ordered by concord state hospital if i donot i have to go for another stay there. I would call this pharmacy on multiple occasions for med pick up. They would always tell me that i didnt have any meds to be picked up. So of course i assume this is the error of my doctor. I call my doctor and they tell me that they were in fact called in. So i call rite aid back and they said oh what meds are u looking for? I said im on so many how am i supposed to call oit every one? Should have it on file right? So i told them a few of them and now all of a sudden they are there. I complained when i went to go pick them up and they tell me to sign up for text msg alerts for four months i recived one pickup notice. They are ridiculous. Im a sick person i dont have time or the memory to be chasing them around for my meds. I switched pharmacies yesterday.also they did the same thing to another customer in front of me who also switched that day. I dont know what these people think they are running here. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

Hands down, the best Rite Aid Store in the area. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and understanding of the customer. The management here is first class and in tune with customer needs!.

Perfect pharmacy, convenient location, minimal wait and allowed walk-in for vaccine with about 25 minutes total time... including filling out paperwork. Efficient, pleasant employees were an added bonus.

Staff is very nice but store is terrible. Shelves are bare and prescriptions are never ready and out of stock more often than not. I’m moving on.

First off, rite aid is the only store that I’m aware of that sells this item. I drove to several Rite Aid stores looking for this item with no luck. I even called several Rite Aid stores until I came across Zishan, the store manager at this location. His store did not have this item either but, he offered to check other stores for me. He called me back the same day to tell me he found it. The following day he called me to tell me he had the items at his store, and I could come in at any time to pick it up. Zishan was the only one to offer his help. He went above and beyond to help a customer he did not even know. He provided excellent customer service. In addition, he told me I could call him if I ever need this item in the future, and he’ll try and get it for me. This Rite Aid store is out of my way but, I will definitely shop at this location from now on! I can’t THANK Zishan enough for all his help! I would also like to add the other employees at this location were very courteous and friendly! My sincerest gratitude. 🙂

I have used this Rite Aid for many years for my families prescriptions. Even after we moved across town and have another Rite Aid around the corner. Manjula (forgive spelling) is amazing! Professional, smart, kind, friendly and in general a nice person who has always gone above and beyond. Thank you!

Always have what I need. The staff are friendly they don't follow you around like the Main street store. Less to none of the usual Main street Nashua headaches... in this store.(Thankfully this Amherst street store is to far from downtown for most people walking) Store is always clean even when someone drove through the building! Staff kept it nice during the remodeling.

It's a rite aid. Never seems to be crowded though.. I would advise if your getting any prescriptions filled there.. To COUNT your pills right there in front of them. My daughter has had problems more then once. Being short on pills..

While the location is convenient, the pharmacy is unreliable. They often don't have relatively common prescriptions in stock, including life sustaining medications like insulin. And worse still, they do not let you know when they receive a prescription they don't have stock to fill if it is received directly from the doctor. I won't be filling any future prescriptions here...

Used to be a great pharmacy/store the pharmacy closes even earlier than before now there's a lack of stock that is annoying workers noticiably less than motivated, constant staff turnover, manager spends quite a bit of time in her car in the parking lot. Doesn't have the same atmosphere anymore- just not my Rite-Aid anymore. I find myself going to other pharmacies now instead of dropping off my prescription and shopping from my perspective especially in this economy -You vote with your dollars!.

Great store, employees are friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy leaves some to be desired though. They are always busy which is expected but they seem to rush through customer interactions and you can feel it. Almost like asking for anything above or beyond the basic functions of their job is a burden. A medication was also not covered by my insurance and no-one contacted me to tell me there was an issue with it or that I would be charged when I got in there so, I basically wasted a whole trip there as it was not able to be picked up then due to lack of funds. Multiple other times I have also had my insurance not even applied to the drug and been asked to pay exorbitant amounts of money which always takes time for them to re run the insurance to have it corrected. The western union phone there also DOES NOT WORK and NO ONE there knows how to fix it or seemed to care that it didn't work. You will have to use your own phone to make the call so if you like the computer WU portal to send or receive I'd just go to Walgreens or another rite aid that has a working WU portal or phone.

The employees are awesome people. But in the pharmacy the technicians Christine and Kelly who came back from harbor homes are the absolute best at there job. They go above and beyond. Every pharmacy needs employees like them. They make the pharmacy amazing.

It was a little understaffed in the pharmacy department on more than one occasion. Otherwise, the staff there is very welcoming and eager to help. The pharmacy staff from the last few years has been dependable and kind, and caring. I experienced a significant other's hospice care and subsequent passing, and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to keep him comfortable during his illness. I won't forget that.

I will start by saying the staff are very nice and helpful, but my medications are never, ever ready on time. I will be told on the app, in person, or over the phone that prescriptions will be available for pickup at a certain time, but when I arrive they are not even close to ready and I'm told to come back several hours later. For example, I had to wait several days for a prescription to be filled even though I was told it would be ready later that day. This is extremely frustrating considering I have a chronic condition that requires on-time dosing.

WORST PHARMACY!! I need a refill on my medicine and I have been calling multiple times for the past two days and I either get hung up on, which happened multiple times, or they never answer my calls. In the past when I have finally gotten through to them to refill a script, they tell me my medicine will be ready in an hour or so, then I show up several hours later and they tell me it’s not ready yet. There is also a woman there with blondish brown hair who usually checks me out and no matter how friendly I am, she is always EXTREMELY short, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant with me. I dread speaking with her but there are not many others there who are friendly either. I wish I could switch pharmacies but this is the closest one to my house and the pharmacy that my insurance excepts. I appreciate ALL health care workers, but please DO BETTER!!!! I have been without my medication for two days now because you won’t take my calls. That is not acceptable and it didn’t used to be this bad, I even enjoyed seeing some of the people who used to work there. Now every time I go I leave in a bad mood and with half the prescriptions I came for. Update: finally got them on the phone to get my prescription, the told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 40 minutes later and they tell me that I never called tonight and there is no refill request. I ask if she could fill it because I have been waiting two days and she tells me it’s going to be another 30 minutes. So I leave and come back, and it’s still not ready. I am in pain and need these meds, the least they could do is try to act like they care instead of the attitude they have every time I go in.

Just moved to Nashua and this Rite Aid is great. Friendly staff n pharmacist more than willing to answer any questions. Good clean store with wide isles and of course great everyday sales. I recommend you join their rewards program for extra savings and cash back to use in the store. The pharmacist recently saved me over $60 on a rx by saying he was gonna put it thru Good Rx even though I had insurance. He did n it saved me over $ 60. I would have never known you could do this if it wasn't for him. Thank you Rite Aid for hiring caring people!!

There is one pharmacist who is great! However, it has been difficult to get my medication in a timely manner, and every time it's delayed, I am told different information about why it's been delayed. Most recently I was told that no rite aids in the area were getting my medication delivered so no other rite aids would have it. After a follow up call on which I asked for help finding another pharmacy to transfer to I was told to just call around. I called a different rite aid to transfer my prescription and was immediately able to confirm they had it in stock.
