When I drop off a prescription at your pharmacy, I'm literally putting my life in your hands. I trust the staff there to pay attention and give me the correct medications, dosage and quantity. In the past few months I've been shorted on monthly medications due to the staff not counting correctly. The worst thing by far is the higher dosage of potassium I was given recently. Had I not been aware of the dose I should be taking and actually looking at the bottle, your staff could have killed me! Too much potassium and too little can be fatal, as your staff should be full aware. My life may not mean much to you, but I'm not ready to die just yet. Makes me wonder how many other customers the pharmacy staff are doing this to. I think I'll change pharmacies, corporate office didn't seem to care when I called them about the miscounted prescriptions. I really hope this review doesn't get hidden, your customers need to be aware of the negligence and danger the pharmacy staff are posing to everyone who trust you with our medications.

Came in over an hour after the prescription was placed. Was told it would take 30 more min to fill, it hasn’t been busy but has taken over an hour to fill at this point. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you want to actually pick up a prescription in any reasonable amount of time.

The worst! This place never answers the phone. I try calling and calling and calling. They never answer. If i need to know why my prescription isnt ready I am forced to call the one on Sprague for answers. Here I am today calling over and over to know why i havent got a message about my prescription. Did my new doctor send it to the wrong place? No idea because the pharmacy doesnt answer calls.

Won't fill my prescription after being in line for ten minutes behind two customers while two other employees just shut the blinds. I finally get up front and they say they are officially closed. Store a manger says they should not have done that and was going to help me out but they closed their (two) registers and had pulled them so she could not anymore. Seems the pharmacist was in a huge hurry to leave. Sent be to a different pharmacy (I had to personally call to get the prescriptions transferred) and they didn't even have my meds they had to order them so I missed my window of when I was supposed to take my prescription. I won't ever be back

I've been coming to this pharmacy for well over 10 years. I've never had any problems. I think a lot of people are just impatient and rude so they like to write bad reviews.

My daughter is pregnant and has covid. I tried to called the store multiple times to make sure her prescriptions were ready before I drove across town to get them. No one answered any line there and I waited on hold with the pharmacy for 25 MINUTES and finally gave up and just drove there. The pharmacy tech had no idea how to listen to provider voice-mail to see if it had been called in. The pharmacist finally did it and said there was no.message from them. I had to call my daughters OB office and have them call again. Horrible customer service. I know for a fact her Dr had called it in earlier. I waited in the store for it to be filled and for much of that time. I was the only customer in the store!! No one bothers to answer the phone, they just let it ring!! The cashier said- oh. Phone line must be broken. Seriously????

The worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy....and the store manager could care less. I cant see how they even get a total score of even a three!!!!!! It should be in the negatives!!! Go to Walgreens if you want decent customer service.

They never have prescriptions ready on time. The last straw was after I forgot to pick up a prescription due to my mother being in the hospital for 2 weeks, they couldn't figure out a way to report that I never actually picked up the prescription and refill it again. They were rude when I talked to them, first said there was nothing they could do, then said they would call the insurance company for an override and never did. I transferred it to another store and they got it done no problem so I'm not sure what the issue is with this location.

I have had this pharmacy violate hipaa law twice regarding my patient information and medication. This pharmacy should be shut down or completely restaffed, they are lucky to not have had legal ramifications to the behavior I have seen the staff exhibit. Rite Aid as a company has serious liability issues keeping it open with current staff. If you would like to be treated like an addict, or have your name, medication, doctors name, discussed with anyone who has ears within the pharmacy area, I suggest you find a different pharmacy. This is if the pharmacist doesn’t just simply override your doctor and refuse to fill your prescriptions. Remember, It is not a pharmacists job to question whether you need the medication you have been prescribed, and no one should ever be made to feel guilty for simply picking up a prescribed medication.

This used to be a great pharmacy until the spring when there was a big staff turn over. I have had endless issues with filling prescription and being turned away for vaccines. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to the Millwood Safeway. I was recently able to get a vaccine there that the Rite Aid pharmacist didn't have the time to do. I am hoping for a better experience!

This is the rudest rite aid pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in! My Dr and insurance provider said that this pharmacy is lucky I went on bed rest because had I gone into labor over the weekend and something happened to myself or my baby this pharmacy location could have faced major legal ramifications. I had to get a prescription transferred to this store from my regular store because it was out of stock. And when I called to check on the transfer the snappy woman asked what the prescription was and I told her, well she apparently took it upon herself to only put in half of the RX dosage, not the correct amount that had been sent from my Dr and approved from insurance. So then there was a pre approval issue with my insurance. I was supposed to start this medication on Friday, incase I go into labor so that I don't bleed out, so it's literally a life and death prescription for my baby and I. This script was sent 10 days ago and I still don't have it because of this pharmacy's incompetence. Anyway, after they refused to rerun the script and were beyond rude, I said I needed advice on how to proceed. They told me to call my Dr. Office. So I did. The Dr. Office told me to call the pharmacy and tell them to call the Dr's. Office to sort out the approval issue. I did this and the same rude woman answered the phone and said they wouldn't call the Dr's office and it was against their policy. So here I am, transferring back to my original pharmacy and just waiting on the order, and hoping I don't go into labor before it is in, because this pharmacy is the most disgusting display of human decency. I hope this location is shut down, these people are going to get someone seriously injured or killed. They do not deserve these jobs.

They seem to be unable to fill a new prescription. My doc sent it three weeks ago and it has mysteriously disappeared. I have called weekly and get a different story everytime. The new pharmacist is rude. So looking forward to another week of phone tag between my PA office and this incompetent outfit.... And P.S to the people that are giving 5 star reviews and criticizing the 1 star reviews..this has been my personal experience that you have not been apart of. I do not simply like to" complain", I do expect to be treated with basic human respect. Perhaps you just like to criticize people that do not live in a fantasy.

If I could give negative stars i would. This is the second time I have had to transfer prescriptions to another rite aid. The pharmacy were rude. Had me on hold for 10 mins jist to tell me that they didnt fill my perscriptions yet. I Said I might MIGHT transfer prescriptions then. She said it would take her at least 30 mins to even upload the prescriptions so they could be transfered out. I asked her then if i keep them there if it would be done for sure afrer their lunch. (This was 11am they take lunch from 130-2). I called at 3 to make sure it was done before making the drive back over there and they still didnt fill the prescriptions! This was the second time they havent has peracriptions filled when thats what they are soposto be doing!! Unbelievable!!! Managment should really look into things.

My teenagers doctor sent a prescription to this rite aid for ADHD medication two months ago. I waited a week and received no communication from rite aid regarding this. I tried calling but no no one in the pharmacy ever picks up the phone. I went in and I was told the medication was out of stock. I followed up on this several times. Each time, I was told that they will fill prescriptions in the order received once the medication is back in stock. My son had to finish his freshman year without the medication he needs for school. I checked on it again today while I was picking up my own prescriptions. I was told they had just enough medication in stock to fill it, and it was filled while I waited. I was told they could not hold this prescription if I didn’t have time to wait. I find it unbelievable that they just happened to have the medication to fill it on the same day I checked on this, after almost two months of waiting. I feel that rite aid has been filling prescriptions that arrived after my son’s, before his was filled. They would have never filled it if I didn’t ask again. I don’t feel this store cares about their patients.

I would give negative stars if the option was there. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have constantly had issues. I tried to tell myself that it’s because they are severely understaffed and tried to be patient, but my life gets put on the line every time. I have to go almost a week sometimes without getting my seizure meds filled, which is life threatening for me. This recent time, I called the refill in three weeks ago, waited a week until I was officially out and called to see if it was ready… they hadn’t even put the order in for the medication yet. I get a three day supply and the “it will be here Monday” line. Monday rolls around and nothing.. it is now Friday, I’m off my medication again and have had multiple seizures because of this. I called to ask what was going on and again, they just treat me like I’m some inpatient junky and tell me they are working on it. My neurologist is not happy and the pharmacy I am currently getting my medications transferred to is also very upset to hear the problems. My life was literally in Rite Aid’s hands and I can’t do it anymore. I’m done with them. I would like to have my seizure meds and not be scared I’m not going to wake up one day.

Mother is going through cancer treatment and was forced by insurance to use this instead of Walgreens. Worst decision ever. Slow, they never have things ready. Rude. They all ignore you and play on the computer instead of helping customers. Store looks like it's almost out of business. Sections closed off, products missing... It's crazy. How they're still in business is beyond me.

The only reason they are getting a 1 Star is because I can't give a 0. I thought it was just me overthinking their customer service and behavior. After reading the recent reviews I know it's not just me. I have been coming to this store and pharmacy for 13 years. I have never had any issues until recently. Pharmacy manager is beyond rude and ignorant. Store manager scripts you better than a call center rep. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy back in August. It's now November and STILL NOT FILLED. Called and spoke to the pharmacist who took my phone not once but 4 times in the last couple months regarding this prescription. He was rude, ignorant and beyond inpatient. Because heaven forbid a customer not understand their laws, procedures or whatever. The fact this man spoke to me each time and just didn't fill my prescription is beyond annoying. When I asked him his name of course that was ignored. Anyway customer service has gone down hill at this location.

I came in to pick up my prescription which I've gotten a confirmation that it was ready. When I went up to the counter, a short, black haired lady dressed in all black was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me when I came up to the counter, rudely asked for my info, barely even took a second to look at the screen and told me that it wasn't ready. I explained to her that I had a confirmation that it was ready. She then said extremely rudely "We do not have it ready! We are backed up with 500 prescriptions, and short staffed. Your prescription is not ready!" She said it as if it was my fault. She didn't want to serve me or hand me my prescription that I put in a refill request over a week ago. Are you kidding me? Does everyone that come in to get their prescription get treated like this by her? Or is it just the younger people? I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. Don't have children working behind the prescription counter! Update: I went back to FINALLY pick up my order. The lady I previously mentioned in my review served me again. Her name is Tina. So if y'all get treated terribly or yelled at, by a short black haired lady in all black. That's Tina. Beware of Tina.

I step above what you would expect from a typical neighborhood drug store. Obviously, you are familiar with what you would get at your typical CVS or Walgreens. I found this to be a step above. Not only was the store, very clean, well stocked, but the employees went out of their way to make sure that I found everything that I needed. exceptional location the management team should be very proud of not only their store but their staff. They made a very good impression. Unfortunately I’m not from the state otherwise this would be my local neighborhood drug store.
