Absolutely awful experience. I’m officially never using rite aide services again. I had an early morning surgery. That was very very extensive. The surgeon sent the prescription at 7 am due to the fact I had a 3 hour drive home. We go to pick it up at 1. And they are unable to fulfill the prescription supposedly because of the doctor not sending a “code”. I then call my surgeons office and they have no idea what code the pharmacy is referring too but they immediately call to get it situated out because like I said we have a 3 hour drive home and I needed my pain meds. We end up waiting an additional hour, the rite aid hadn’t answered the doctors phone call, and saw that they had a voicemail. Which is my surgeon explaining my diagnosis. After which the rite aid is still unable to fulfill the prescription and we have wasted two extra two hours in Spokane instead of driving home. We eventually canceled the prescription and got it sent to a different pharmacy which had zero problems filling the prescription. The customer service was awful and they were incredibly rude and disorganized in my opinion. I am so offput from this experience I no longer want to use rite aid pharmacies ever again.

I'd give this pharmacy-5 stars if I could. 5 days before they even looked at my husband prescription for Blood pressure medication. They only looked at it when I went to pick it up. I figured it would be ready Friday since it was sent in on Monday, but NOOO.... Then she tells me it'll be ready by 8pm Friday evening. Went in Saturday with husband (truck driver, gone all week) and they proceeded to inform us they didn't have the medication and had to order it. That it would be in following Monday. Why they didn't know they didn't have the medication they said would be available by 8pm that Friday is infuriating. So 2 weeks after the doctor prescribed the medication my husband finally gets it. Literally the WORST pharmacy experience EVER and we will be transferring his prescriptions as this is absolutely NOT acceptable for a blood pressure medication. And the wait to pick it up. And the same ridiculous bs excuses don't make up for a person having blood pressure problems NEEDING their medication! I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS PHARMACY. Lord help anyone that has life sustaining prescriptions they need filled here. My opinion, I don't care if they are the least expensive, for a 2 week wait for a heart med is entirely unacceptable and they should stop accepting prescriptions if they can't fill in a timely manner. Rite Aid, YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!

If you require your medications to survive, consider another pharmacy. If you are looking to conveniently pick up a prescription, this pharmacy is not the solution. The store attached to the pharmacy has barren shelves and dirty floors and you actually will have a hard time finding a pharmacist here in general. If you call to get information, expect to be on hold over an hour and expect urgent meds next day. At times, they even conveniently fail to file meds with your insurance appropriately so you’ll get your routine prescriptions denied. There’s a Walgreens across the street that’s just as bad, so they don’t even try to compete. Patient care is a concept that everyone who works at this location seems to have skipped in orientation. A disgrace to the Rite-Aid brand.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had & I'm in my 70's! My daughter saw her physician one week ago & the prescription STILL hasn't been filled. She has tried to call the pharmacy NUMEROUS times during the past week & has been placed in an infinite hold pattern! I personally have been on hold over 2 hours & am STILL only #4 in the queue. My daughter is IN CRISIS & this is the kind of service we get??? I will be contacting the Washington State Secretary of State's office with a complaint. I don't blame the personell at the pharmacy. I blame the CORPORATE GREED of the Rite aid corporation for their absolute indifference to their patients' needs. People will be harmed OR WORSE!

I LOVE this Rite Aid! The employees remember your name, once given, they always greet me by name with a smile & inquire if I'm in need of assistance finding what I'm shopping for. I've yet to have a bad experience with this Rite Aid, shopping or pharmacy.

Been using this place for almost 2 years. Recently I keep getting prior authorization.. when I called my doctor and finally got approved, they never notified me and I've waited 3 months on meds a really need. When I called to ask about this, the pharmacist hung up on me!! Wow!! What uncaring people!! They should be fired.. Finally they filled my script really quick. Updated sun. September 29. Thank you!

Trish wrote on my prescription "rite aid denied" in the signature box on the back and now pharmacists are telling me the prescription isnt valid. She had a very rude attitude and when I asked why she wrote on my prescription she told me to talk to her boss and was very rude I can tell her boss was going to have the same energy so I left.

I always have issues at this pharmacy with prescriptions not being ready on time or taking too long. It seems that they are always understaffed. I also went there about a week ago to pick up two prescriptions and it was nighttime. I just had a baby and was in a lot of pain. The pharmacist that was working that night seemed very upset and seemed to be taking her frustration about being the only one on shift out on everyone else. Which being understaffed sucks, I've been there myself, so I get it. I used to work as a pharmacy tech myself. Their management obviously needs major improvement as it's not safe at all to have only one person running the pharmacy, that raises the risk for medication errors. You add a person who's upset and overworked and that's just a recipe for disaster. I ended up going to Walgreens because they are always a lot nicer and way more professional.

This is the worst pharmacy in the state of Washington! I have given multiple opportunities for this pharmacy to be a decent place to do business with. They have absolutely fell short horribly every time! Fresh out of surgery meds called in by provider at noon, no meds ready until middle of the night! In excruciating pain after knee reconstruction. Not one care given by these people! Calling in refills giving days and days to fill before pick up, not ready! Customer service is horrible, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not do business with Rite Aid or ANY affiliated place of business ever again!

Absolutely worthless store location. They refuse to answer the phone. I was on hold for 87 minutes before I drove to the store for my daughter's medicine while still on hold. Once I got there, you could hear the phone ringing constantly while being ignored. I then showed them how I was still on hold with them and that I was 8th in line for over 1 hour 30 minutes at that point and they told me, "Sorry, we are understaffed and will eventually get to me." They used to be a 24/7 pharmacy, but due to obvious poor management, they are now only open for half that while the drive thru is only open for a couple of hours a day. Whatever you do, DO NOT go here gir your medicine here. Pick somewhere else. Worthless service.

This pharmacy is extremely under staffed because Rite-Aid refuses to pay their employees reasonable wages, and therefore no one wants to work there. Rite-Aid is choosing to cut their pharmacy hours rather than pay better wages. The pharmacist is extremely nice, quick and hard working and deserves a better team. Amanda who is at the pharmacy desk and tasked with speaking to patients and retrieving their prescriptions is extremely rude, and gets mad & snippy with patients if you set an item on the wrong side or set your ID on the counter instead of handing it to her. She should never be customer facing. I dare to say she shouldn't be human facing. My worst experiences at this pharmacy have been solely due to her. Honestly, I fear retaliation for posting this, but someone needs to say something.

I've had to take a few days after my experience before I wrote it because I'd sound like a raving lunatic. So here it goes, Wednesday Oct. 30@ 11:00 AM my husband was released from Valley Hospital after total knee replacement. We went to Safeway Pines & 32 to get his 3 prescriptions on our way home in Rockford. They didn't have them. Ok we'll go back to Rite aid on Pines and Sprague. Waited in line until 12:30.Pharm.tech.said a 4 hour wait. Took him home and he called with some info. Couldn't get through. A 3.5 hour wait after finally getting a human voice... got disconnected. I drove back down and waited again. I took a picture to show my husband who's 2.5 hours overdue on his meds. How long the line was AGAIN😡I finally got them at almost 6:00 pm. My gripe is that so many of us were going through a negative experience there has to be an INTERNAL PROBLEM. One guy waited 2 weeks! One elderly woman couldn't even get her inhaler🥺After waiting in line for who knows how long. If your store can't provide better service to its patrons... CLOSE YOUR DOORS WHEN REMODELING AND WORKING WITH A "SKELETON" CREW!! Yes I'm furious at the how the customers had been waiting literally several hours. You're store shelves are so empty it was scary. Empty shelves almost everywhere! Go to Walgreens across the street or Fred Meyers down the road.I felt sorry for the workers, all 3 of them. One at the front of the store and 2 in pharmacy... they're not payed enough to put up with this kind of environment... people were angry🤷🤦

Another in a long line to say this is the single worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Meds are constantly out of stock, lines are long, they don’t answer the phones, just terrible in every way. So bad that a several months ago I called another pharmacy to have all my sons Rx transferred out. The pharmacist at the new location said he hates dealing with this place, they never answer the phones and are always a problem. It’s pretty sad when pharmacists at other pharmacies are complaining about you. I was just glad to never have to deal them again. Well, today my son had an appt and they sent Rx to old pharmacy. No problem, Dr. will resend to the correct pharmacy. Called this Rite Aid to cancel so ins will process at other pharmacy, says I’m number 8 in the queue. I got notified Dr. resent Rx and they’re ready to go at other pharmacy but ins can’t process them until they’re canceled at Rite Aid. I’m still on hold four hours later and I’m now number 4 in the queue. They always say they’re short staffed because of Covid but that is an excuse thats whose time has come and gone. The other two pharmacies that I use for mine and my son’s medication are doing just fine. And, it’s not just a problem one time, it’s every single time I’ve had to deal with this place. Just the most horribly incompetent people and absolutely non-existent service. **Update: After 4 hours 59 minutes on hold, they disconnected my call so I loaded up the kids and drove to pharmacy. Jay or Jeff, whatever the guys name is, was so rude and told me he wrote the info down and they’d get the prescriptions canceled in a bit. I refused to leave until they canceled them. This probably warrants a complaint to some agency, trying to figure that out, but I did file a complaint with our insurance company. This place should not be handling medication.Their ongoing negligence and incompetence is preventing patients from getting care and medicine they need.

Went there after my doctor's appointment. 7 hours after make sure they had the prescription and it still was not felt. And I was told to come back tomorrow because they didn't have time to fill it, even though they had 9 hours prior to fill it and a full staff and they were not busy. I was told I cannot do my prescription, because they don't have time to fill it anymore. That is completely unprofessional. And this is one of the first times this has happened. This is absolutely ridiculous. Hire people that know what they're doing, especially in this kind of line of work. Horrible you guys are gonna kill someone.

Find a better pharmacy. Can't be hard with the service they DON'T provide. Hour and a half on hold and then they closed. Couldn't get my prescription urgent care sent in. Went in the next day and they told me I should have called first and that they canceled my order. Not to mention how rude the counter lady was before I even had a chance to be rude to her.

Almost EVERY TIME I refill my prescriptions via my chart, they never get filled so I have to come back the next day or however many hours later to get my stuff. The lines are way too long and their drive through hours are bogus. They should probably hire more people at the pharmacy and have a better dynamic when helping customers.

2 hours on hold before their lunch and going on another 3 hours on hold just to see why it is taking more than 48 hours to refill my prescription! Ridiculous! Ridiculous! I understand they are incredibly short staffed, but the taking days to refill my prescription has been an ongoing issue. The customer service is horrible. I was in about 2 weeks ago and the cashier was snapping his fingers to get his customers attention to come up to the register AND texting on his phone while rushing and ringing me up. Do not appreciate that! The only reason I can’t leave rite aid is because they are one of like 2 pharmacies that are open after I’m off work. This is ridiculous guys! Do better! 🤬

I requested a prescription transfer at 6:30 pm because they could not figure out how to properly bill my insurance or use good rx on what is supposed to be a very inexpensive commonly used antibiotic for my child. It was never transferred. I also overheard an employee tell another employee they never transferred it on my second request to have it transferred. I get mistakes happen - but I have never had so much confusion with so much staff at any other pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy every…DO NOT USE! Update…still horrible, and still the worst…I was just put on hold for almost an hour to speak with someone in the pharmacy. This is after they failed to fill a prescription sent by my doctor 6 days ago. This was your last chance, this is absolutely ridiculous for a public facing business in 2024 to have such horrendous service. Clearly you have huge problems with your business culture because you can’t seem to get anyone to work for you. Again I urge you to avoid this pharmacy at all cost unless you want continuous headaches and stress. I’ll be changing pharmacies tomorrow.

This is the worse customer service possible! They never answer their phone! Take lunch breaks in the middle of the day and completely close the pharmacy that advertise open 24/7? They always use the excuse short staffed for the last 2 years. Well, you should have figured it out by now how to higher and retain good staff.. not rocket science for good leadership.. Maybe that is the issue, they need new leadership! Corp need to engage in this store and get it actually operational the excuse in the reply are always we are working to resolve well it doesn't take months or years to resolve! Quit giving excuses! The staff they do have are polite but again hardly any staff!
