If I could give negative stars I would. On multiple occasions intact almost EVERY TIME when my doctor or my kids doctor calls in needed prescriptions hours later the pharmacy hasn’t even started them!! There is even times it takes days to get them. This is not a one time thing this is literally every time . They don’t even bother to call or anything to tell you there is a delay. Moving our business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE

I am sick and tired of this pharmacy. They lack customer service ! The staff are inconsistent in their messaging and support and are not focused on patients in anyway. I’m tired of every month having to negotiate getting my medications filled which is done the same time of the month, every month. I should not have to negotiate getting my medications filled, reminding them to fill my medications and using the right insurance abs discount card. I would strongly recommend that no one use this pharmacy. As a healthcare leader I have never seen this level of poor customer patient centric support. Stay away from this pharmacy.

I had the absolute worst service from “Anna” called to fill a prescription and she was rude, condescending and after it was all said and done she never actually placed my refill request. The manager here is the only reason I will be returning and trying them again going forward.

The most incompetent people I have ever seen working in this RiteAid. I had Covid test scheduled for my family with all the confirmation numbers but Kathryn and Carrie both very so unprofessional, rude and incompetent that they couldn't pull up all the information. We waited in our car in drive-thru for an hour and repeatedly gave them all the information. They can't even hear, read or understand anything and after an hour of arguing we had our test for just 2 of our family members. This site needs to immediately replace these old people with some young energetic ones who can be quick and respond to the customers. I would totally NOT RECOMMEND this RiteAid to anyone. Just a waste of time and energy. UPDATE: Even the result for the test never came back. Means they didn't even did it properly.

Drive through consistently has extremely long waits. Recently after waiting 20 minutes the tech tells me my prescription is out of stock. I asked if another rite aid had it in stock or if there was another brand available. He said he couldn't check because the line was too long. Very poor customer service and long waits. No longer using this pharmacy.

I have been going here for almost five years. The pharmacy is efficient and friendly. I have received all my vaccines here. Rewards program is great, many coupons for money off whole purchase. All employees are friendly! Fun seasonal products.

If I could give a negative number I would! I got to the drive through over five minutes before they close and I was refused service because they were about to close. NOT CLOSED but ABOUT TO CLOSE in five minutes and they sent me to a different Rite Aid. I am not a mean person - the prescription had been called in at least half an hour prior from my doctor. It is one simple pre packaged pill to fight a bladder infection NO EXCUSE for such poor service - I will never be back!!!!!!

If I could give this Rite Aid negative stars, I would. I have been trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy for 6 1/2 hours. 99% Of the time they don’t Pick up the phone, and the other one percent of the time that they do answer the phone, they put you on hold knowing FULL WELL That they aren’t going to pick that phone back up. One of the times I called I let the hold go on for an hour and a half just to see how long it would go. Even then they never picked the phone back up, so I hung up. It’s absolutely appalling the lack of customer service. If you’re short-staffed and know you won’t take my call, SAY SO!! The fact that they will put customers on hold knowing full well that they are not going to Take the phone back up is absolutely infuriating. Figure it out you guys. Unbelievable.

Although the clerks are personable, I don't understand the need to wait for the busy clerk. I recently shopped here and when I walked up to the register there are two clerks,one at each register. One clerk is serving someone so I go to the second clerk and get told no - I have to go stand in line behind the person who's being served and wait for that clerk. All the while the clerk that is not busy is standing and chatting with her co-worker and the customer that's being served. My turn comes and she continues the conversation with her co-worker and now me. Why did I have to wait, is there some reason I could not have been served as well?

This is the closest pharmacy to my home, however I would consider it inconvenient to fill my perscriptions here. First, the staff is extremely rude. They answer the phone and just say "please hold" and immediately place you on hold, without letting you say a word, then leave you on hold for 10 minutes or more. They seem extremely unhappy there and make comments like "well I guess I will look through this big pile of paperwork for you". Their tone is rude and unfriendly. The drive thru wait time is unruly. I do empathize with the employees, since they seem to be overwhelmed. I have been in the service industry for 20 years and I would never treat people in the manner they do, even under immense stress. I am transferring to Fred Meyer pharmacy, due to the lack of professionalism and rude attitude of the staff at this location. As a previous reviewer stated, an apology to someone's review is not going to fix the issue. Addressing the service and conduct issue directly is a good start.

Terrible service. There are always like 5 people in the pharmacy and they leave you waiting for like 20 minutes. They also have a bad temper and always look for a thousand excuses not to help you.

This rite aid pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I totally get that they are understaffed. That’s a corporate issue. But when the staff bark at customers as if it somehow their problem I take issue. This particular pharmacy is close to home but my wife and I have stopped using it and have decided to go anywhere but there. It makes me mad and sad. The store itself is great but it has to be suffering from lost revenue that folks picking up prescriptions would have provided. As nice as the response to my review, and frankly all of the reviews are. it is totally repetitive and useless if nothing is ACTUALLY being done to address the terrible customer service at this location. Smokey Point’s pharmacy doesn’t have these issues and they appear to be just as busy.

Understaffed. Long lines every time. Long wait times. Drive thru not open multiple visits (not talking about during lunch break). Staff is not willing to help, every other pharmacy is happy to search for best pricing. Rite Aid never goes above and beyond with customer service. Worst pharmacy I’ve been to.

For the second month in a row there was an issue with my prescription. But that wasn't the beginning of the problem for months I had attempted to change my prescription from one rite aid to another but they seemed incapable of doing it. Finally they were able to do it they've sent two of my prescriptions to one rite aid and one prescription to another rite aid. Then this month I put in a refill using the rite aid app. And it wasn't filled when I called two days later I was told there had been a power outage at the store. Apparently for 2 days which would have been big news in the area but nobody heard about that. But magically my prescription was completed when I called them 35 minutes after I called them two days after I put it in.

Someone have tried to use my card payment fraudulently with this business yesterday for the lovely amount of $373.69. And we are in Australia. So obviously a money laundering place for scammers as there is no way a card issue in Australia could have been used to purchased anything there. Been told by the bank that it was an online purchase trying to go through but interestingly I don’t t have access to the website as it is not available in Australia! So there should be steps taken to avoid this happening!

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They must seek out the most incompetent uncaring people around to work there! Prescriptions are NEVER ready in a timely order. You wait FOREVER in the drive thru because instead if being smart enough to tell the person at the window their meds aren't quite ready so please pull around the drive thru again. No they just leave the person sitting there for 20 minutes while they fill it when the line is growing and growing! Went to pick up my meds over 24 hours after they were sent them and was told sorry we are 2 days behind. What??? On what planet is that ok?? Pure stupidity!!!!

This a very tough business to get through to. I was just trying to call get my prescription verified. After several attempts, somebody in pharmacy picked up only to say. Please hold and then put me on hold. I waited for 10 minutes. No one ever picked the line up. I tried back again. No one ever picked up at all after several attempts.

A few years ago, I switched from Smokey Point to this pharmacy because the pharmacists at this location are great! I've had zero negative experiences! My orders are always ready in a timely manner and the pharmacists are helpful and friendly!

There not much I can say that prior reviews haven’t already stated. The bottom line is people are coming in for their prescriptions because they need help. Unfortunately, the people at this pharmacy are not interested in helping you. If only there was an option for zero stars, because one star is misleading. And, to the “Rite Aid (Owner)” - save you empty apology and canned response for Rite Aid Customer Care. I have already extended more effort in this review than your business deserves. If you can’t manage your employees after the multiple scathing reviews posted, my efforts are better spent directing others to stay clear, than doing your job to corporate. My family will never step foot in a Rite Aid again.

The staff at this store took the time and effort to make my shopping experience so much more comfortable. The attendant I interacted with was so helpful. She walked me to the restrooms (very clean and well lit) , answered my questions on the product offers, signed me up for the rewards, and made sure I got the discount and bonus. Tremendous customer service.
