Had my car detailed here yesterday (Feb 28, 2022) inside and out. They did an AMAZING job!! 🤩 It looks brand new -- even smells new! Every crack and crevice was carefully tended to -- even under the seats and inside the trunk. The windows are sparkling with absolutely no streaks.✨ They even filled in and smoothed out a few small scratches that were on the bumper and passenger side door. Worth every dime! These guys are absolute artists when it comes to car detailing. 👏

This place has gone downhill. I was a huge advocate of Richboro Car wash. Last week I watched my car go through with the driver window down. I didn't even get a sorry from this manager. He went over to the car, laughed with his worker and then came and told me that it wasn't that bad. When I got into the car there was still water in it. It's a shame because this place used to do a great job. I own a business and when we screw up we don't tell people "it's not that bad" we make it right. I think that the manager needs some management training. I won't be going back

When I got home is when I noticed the sticky patch remained on my leather seat. Granted it was there before, hence me taking it to a cleaning service. But I paid extra and it wasn’t cleaned. Trash was on my back seat, the rugs were barely vacuumed. The exterior was cleaned nicely.

Good car wash with many options. I am anal about the cleanliness of my vehicles. The downside is I find myself pointing out road tar still on vehicle before I drive away. There used to be a quality control guy checking out the vehicles before they were released to customer Best (only) car wash in Richboro

After having a 2004 Pontiac for 10 years , I finally purchased a 2019 hyundai. I've had it barely 2 months. I had a free car wash flyer , so I decided to go. As soon as my car exited the car wash I noticed two large areas of paint missing. I was referred to the manager who told me that I can't prove it was thier fault, and that it's impossible for that to happen in the car wash. Impossible ? I guess thier car wash works at 100% .The areas are very large and i would have noticed, we all know the condition of our cars. The free service ended me with a couple hundred dollars worth of repairs. The free service was valued at $38. I would have been very annoyed if I paid out of pocket , bc they spent about 5 minutes on my car. I have never written anything like this Before , and I'm hoping it gets the attention of someone that can do something about this.

I have been going to this car wash for over three years and I go everyday! (No exaggeration). I have the Monthly Membership and I am able to get my car washed once a day which I take full advantage of and I am always treated with kindness and courtesy. If there is ever a problem the staff is more than willing to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction! They even do a full detail to my cars and this year they did an outstanding job on an exterior detail of my boat! They can take ANYTHING and make it look brand new factory fresh. If you're looking for a carwash this is the one to go to!

Terrible car wash! Don’t go there! My car was dusty before and stayed dusty! Smears on windows. No one even bothered wiping my front windshield. It doesn’t even look like my rims were washed. So called tire shine was half way dried up by the time I got back home, and I live 2.5 miles away. People that work there, are very nice though. I do not recommend this car wash.

Horrible. $35 for a half ass rushed job. Titanium service is supposed to include cleaning of all windows. They didn’t use any glass cleaner, instead just used the drying towels to wipe the glass. I’ve complained to the manager before, but now I’m done. The convenience of an in town car wash isn’t worth the money.

Waste of time & money. Went yesterday, got home & realized car was extremely dirty. Would have went back but they close at 4. There was actually still dirt & leaves on the car, look at the pictures. The front of the car didn't even look washed at all. I don't care about them drying it i just wanted a clean car but if that's what you're into they don't really do that either.

Disappointed to downgrade from 5 stars to 1. What was once a shining service has lost its sparkle. My car came out barely cleaner than it went in—dust lingering, spots untouched, and a half-hearted vacuum job that screamed ‘rushed and careless.’ If attention to detail is what you seek, this isn’t the place anymore.

Decent exterior wash, but I paid to upgrade to the armor All tire finish and it was a guy at the end very lightly sprang armor All on very quickly, and barely none of it adhered, and it's immediately off after driving. They should have at least ensure that it was on thick and somewhat even before I drove away.

I got my car detailed for the first time with them recently, and my car looks brand new. I cannot believe how insanely clean they managed to make the inside of my car. They were also really flexible about me dropping it off a day later because I completely forgot I had an appointment.
