This was my second time using a Rich’s Car wash and I’ve noticed scratches on my car. This last time there was a very noticeable deep scratch on my drivers side door. When I showed the attendant so that they would be aware in case there was debris or something in the brushes he responded with an attitude. I will not be visiting this location again.

My car never gets clean. I just got the basic wash this time, the stuff that is put on the wheels slings all over my car and stains it and the wheels are still dirty. I wipe that wheel stuff off but it still slings everywhere. Vacuums work good though. I got rains with my basic wash and my car was left with pink stuff all over it.

EDIT: Google did not send a notification saying there was a response to my review. I did notice that even though they asked for a response for me and I did not get up with them, they did refund my money. So I am very appreciative of it. BTW, never stopped using them for a regular car wash/vacuum. BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY PLAN!!! During the pandemic I stopped driving as much, therefore didn't need my car wash as often. I cancelled both vehicles that I was paying for. Despite being very specific and being assured both vehicles were cancelled, it took over 3 months and multiple visits to get the both plans cancelled. It cost me over $90 that it shouldn't have and I have not been able to get my money back. I have also been unable to get someone in charge to call me back. I have called and left messages and been there in person and spoke with someone and left my information.

It would have gotten a 5 star rating from me had they sprayed and brush the front of my car at least a little bit. The whole front of my car looked as if it hadn't been wet much less washed. Other than that it's a nice place.

Purchased a membership for the 2nd to highest carwash option. First wash left a lot of suds on the car and a noticed a scratch on my hood. Couldn't confirm 100% the scratch was from the wash so I went back the next day to get it washed again to get the soap suds spots off. Got home and realized the buffer wheel again scratched my hood and left swirl marks. Car was 3 weeks old and this auto wash already messed up the paint. Cancelled my membership and requested a refund which they did not do.

We'll, this was a new experience in car washing for me. I was given directions by a friendly cashier who offered to help if I got into trouble. The wash was great, and the car was throughly cleaned on the outside. The prices were reasonable since in NY, I pay over 30$ for a half clean car wash.

Last month my husband went and washed my car and my windshield ened up cracked.....talk to the manager " you had a a small rock chip and it spreaded." I didn't have a chip at all in my windshield. How in the hell did a rock hit right in the black tint area where the rearview mirror is. And on top of all that wouldn't even refund our money for the membership i canceled. Will Never go nor recommend hear going there!

Broke the brake light off my car (it was found broken INSIDE the car wash) and made me fill out an incident report just to never get back to me. Tried calling tons, nobody ever answers the phone. Finally drove 1.5 hours back down there, since we don't live in Mobile, our newborn son was fighting for his life in the hospital. Was FINALLY called back by the manager a week later just to be told they won't do anything about it.

I like the environment at richie car wash. There was a young man that I didn't know, he came and wiped my car down. That's amazing 👏. The equipment is good and does a good job cleaning 👏 👌 👍

This car wash is close to my house, which is a bonus. The only problem I had was that the wheels were not cleaned well, and the tire shine was uneven, like the spray wasn't sufficient. Also, the vacuum cleaners are weak. It seems like they need an overall update on their equipment. This is all in comparison to the newer car washes in town. Overall, this car wash is around the same price as others, but the quality is underwhelming.

I went through the car wash at the end of last year. My front end bumper guard was torn off. I told the attendant and he gave me the number to some guy in another location. They refused to fix my bumper guard, said it was like that when I came in and I ask about camera footage. He said they have cameras, ext basically I got the run around. This was the 2nd time a car was damaged using this car wash and they refused repairs for scratches. I won't EVER use them again!!
