The wash itself is lacking. Tech going through the motion to spray one side of the vehicle I didn't get. The entire back of the truck was still dirty. The vacuuming stations are top notch. However, they do not makeup for the overall experience.

Nice car wash! Cleans mats exceptionally good. However, I don’t like that the vacuum only has slim attachments. They also don’t have any towels or cleaning products

I'd give a negative if possible! Was told if I purchased the 20 dollar wash that it would prevent pollen and debris off my vehicle. Obviously, that didn't happen . I spoke with Johnathan at 6:14pm and he was acting Oblivious about the situation and basically there's nothing he can do! The wash didn't get my whole truck cleaned. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy!

Yeah I like paying $20 for a car wash and when you get out the other end and ready to start vacuuming out the car you notice all the tires have been halfway or mostly missed by the tire shine.. So go and ask if they have some I can put on the guy comes to the door and say no we out and walked back in without even saying you want to try running it through again and see if it helps?? No just don’t have any and closed the door in my face? Yeah that’s top notch customer service right there! We already have to clean the bugs off the front of the car, clean the brake dust and stuff that the car wash misses a lot of and now I have to put on my own tire shine at the house after paying for a shotty unprofessional car wash. I really hate to be like this but this is the second time I have been less than impressed at the job done was just hoping someone would step up and fix the issues. Just smh in disappointment..

Had high hope for this new carwash. Very nice looking, organized facility. I love the fact that they provide supplies in order to pre-wash for yourself. The wash itself was less than I expected. The dry nozzles rub against your vehicle so that it leaves so much water on it that you still have to hand dry the whole vehicle. Maybe they can adjust them a little farther away so that they actually blow the water OFF of the vehicle. I will give them another try later to see if this gets changed. Love the vacuum and air hoses. If things are better in my next trip, I'll update then.

Joined the membership buy will cancel. No pre wash and rub your dirt into the paint. Fender wells are always untouched and back tailgate is always missed. The wash is decent but you better pressure wash your car before going. If you dont drive much it may be OK. Will be canceling ASAP. I detailed cars in my younger days and worked at a 1000 plus cars per day and wheel wells and pre wash are pretty important. Joey's is better and marc one is decent. The one good thing is they have air blowers at vacuums to blow door handles and mirrors out. If they had a pressure washer at the beginning of the car wash to blow off bird poop and other stuff it would be decent. If you have bugs they have dirty scrub buckets to DIY for bug removal.
