I am utterly disappointed with Rich's car wash. Despite canceling my membership back in March 2023 due to a relocation, they continued billing me for months afterward. When I contacted them about the ongoing charges, they admitted their mistake, claiming that a previous representative had not fully canceled my subscription. The situation worsened when I requested a refund in July/August. Their promises of resolving the issue remained unfulfilled, with each call leading to empty assurances. Every time I reached out, I was given excuses, from the representative, from manager, passing it to corporate to waiting for a callback that never came. Their staff's incompetence and inability to handle a straightforward cancellation are unfathomable. The lack of responsibility and accountability within their customer service team is appalling. I'm deeply dissatisfied with the service and the sheer negligence displayed by Rich's car wash, Auburn. Their failure to rectify a mistake on their end and the prolonged delay in resolving the issue demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. I would strongly advise against using Rich's car wash to anyone I know. There are numerous other car washes available that are not only more efficient but also prioritize customer satisfaction over incompetence and empty promises. Rich's car wash has proven to be an unreliable and untrustworthy establishment ever.
