I was hit along my whole rear fender when a guy ran a stop sign and clobbered me.The guys at Redeemed auto body really saved the day. Walt was extremely helpful explaining everything and keeping me updated. He argued with the insurance company to insure I recieved new oem parts as the insurance company wanted to use salvaged parts including a rear axle. He told me who to call, how to set up a rental and explained the whole repair process to me. When all I could do was get automated system when calling insurance company. His prices were very fair(much cheaper than I had expected.) They do everything by the manufacturers book/specs. They take pride in everything they do which is extremely rare these days. My truck was filthy when I dropped it off and when I picked it up they had cleaned everything (including inside of truck). I added some photos that really doesn't do them justice as the pics really don't show how bad the damage was nor do I have pics of the tailgate that was extremely dented in that now looks brand new. I highly recommend Redeemed auto body for anything. The mechanics on his team also are phenomenal and don't cut any corners to insure you get your vehicle back like it came off the showroom floor. Yes there are (bigger name) companies around here that spend alot on advertising but I insure you that you will not recieve the care and pride that Redeemed offers. I took a chance judging thier work off of word of mouth and Facebook posts showing the pride of every job they do. And I'm so happy I did. Otherwise I'd have a used axle, shoddy work, and no help in this whole process.

I give 100 for customer service you just want find better. Fixed my car back to perfection worked with my insurance company Gieco they recommended them 100 out a 100. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now. Don’t hesitate calling them at all.

Redeemed Auto Body is the place to go if you want professional results. Everyone at Redeemed was very nice and respectable and handled issues with my insurance and were quick to get the job done and maintained open communication with me about the repairs that needed to be done on my truck. I give them 5 stars and they have my business for life. They made my truck look like brand new. Like it was never even involved in an accident. I highly recommend Redeemed Auto.

Seth at Redeemed is so amazing! I could give a 100 reasons why this body shop is the absolute best, but I’ll just give you a few. The customer service is unmatched (trust me—I’d give some of the others negative stars). Kind of along the customer service line, text and calls to update on process (and it wasn’t just one text or call-it was through the process). They took care of the insurance companies (yes, companies). I really could write a book on just how great they are. Oh, and the repairs look like it just came off a production line!

Redeemed: to make something that is bad, better or more acceptable, to rescue from bondage. At approximately 5:40 AM in the darkness before dawn, over $5,000 worth of damage was done to our dependable darling because two deer decided to dart in front of my dear husband driving to work on Downing Pines. Unfortunately the deer duo were not wearing their bright orange reflective gear during the hit and run offense. They providentialy escaped without a trace. Walt at Redeemed Auto provided a tow truck, worked with our insurance adjuster, sent pictures of the redemption process daily and rescued our car from being totalled. Actually, it looks brand new, better than ever, quite like my life after someone with the initials J C graciously chose to redeem me. If you are looking for someone professional, trustworthy, dependable, kind, and who will deliver a totally restored automobile, Walt at Redeemed Auto is who to call.

I would give Redeemed 10 stars if I could! The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. My car looks better than it did before the accident, and I got my it back sooner than promised. Walt Silmon (Owner) was professional and friendly in all communications. My car's Soul Red Metallic was difficult causing Redeemed Auto Body to expend unanticipated time, effort, and expense to get it right, but I was not charged beyond their original quote. The repair work was excellent and the finished product looks great. Their commitment to quality really shows in the final result. If you want a shop that stands behind their work and doesn’t cut corners, even if it takes longer than expected, this is a place I would recommend.

Dealing with an auto accident and the insurance company. Redeemed went above and beyond to handle the insurance claim and kept us informed.
