I visit often to keep my car clean. No drive through is perfection. This one comes as close as you can get. Whether it is a full wash and wax or stopping in for the touch up and vacuum, it does the trick. The management and staff are very customer centered and very personable. I like seeing how easy my car is to clean with water and dirt rolling off a great ceramic wax.

Awesome car wash, Mrs Stephanie asked if I needed rags or anything else she is a very sweet lady she answered all my questions. Definitely need to keep her she is very helpful. My ride went in dirty because I'm lazy and just don't wash and clean like I should but it came out spotless.

Shout out to the two awesome guys at the pay station! I’ve had my subscription to this car wash for almost a year and I can say nothing but great things! My husband has one too and I think he loves it more than me. I travel across the us pretty frequently and have two kids both under two so after our endeavors the car wash is the first place we come when we get home to get a good wash and vacuum!

We stopped here twice in a week and Daniel came up to the car both times with amazing energy and the most contagious positive attitude! He had my husband and I both smiling and laughing. We need more Daniel’s in this world! The car wash was also easy, quick and good quality. Free vacuums and complimentary glass cleaner and towels, too. Recently, my car locked with my key fob inside (low battery). Kloie let me use her phone to make calls and allowed me to sit in the office area while I waited for pop-a-lock. She went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. Thank you!

Charges $20 a month. Then every time I go to use the car wash they tell me I’ve already used the wash for the day or it’s expired. It’s a waste of money and the employees or a rude and a joke Customer service was just as useless as the manager and employees at the store

On june 1 i tried to take advantage of an online offer that they had for ‘buy ultimate unlimited wash for one car get the second for $5 off’ it did not give it to me and charged second at full price. On june 2 i was in the carwash and tried to get it fixed, they said they didnt know anything about that offer. I asked them to cancel online on june 1, i asked them to cancel charge on june 2 at the carwash. They did neither, so i guess i got 1 car washed once for $80. 😡😡😡I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Edit: Yeah, as far as your response…..Yeah, you ignored all my other messages!!

So every one knows this is no longer free vacuuming!! You have to get a car wash, so even if you’ve had one recently there and just wanna drop by to vacuum during the week, free vacuuming is no longer available.. I was told in a polite manner, by a gentleman, to leave unless I went to car wash first. So I didn’t need a car wash, already got my weekly wash, just needed to vacuum front area of my car since I am in and out and had some grass. I explained, and unfortunately I was told unless I got my car washed I am not able to use the vacuum, I asked if I needed to leave, unfortunately he said yes! Unless I get another car wash. So I guess I left. All because one person ripped off their vacuum in one stall. I understand their frustration, but why did they offer free vacuuming if they’re going to tell people to leave, change your sign immediately do not have free vacuuming up on your sign, climb up there and tape that off! While you’re at it, change that live sign that gives info, to no longer free vacuuming! Let us who always used the vacuuming know not to come unless we are ready to use the car wash again. Having this sign is officially FALSE ADVERTISING.. insurance or not, I suggest you get some white duct tape and tape over every Free vacuuming part in your car wash!

Loved the car wash untill I tried to cancel my membership. First I attempted to do it online thought it was canceled. Oh but I was wrong because it’s still drafted out every month. So I went in person to cancel the membership. It’s still drafting out every month. Tell me why….. it has been a on going process to get it cancelled. Ridiculous I want a refund my membership was supposed to be canceled 😡

This review is for Amerishine Carwash. This address is the former location of Dream Carwash West. I have experience working at an express car wash (not this location). My wife and I were both monthly members with Dream. However, they lacked the tools and amenities we desired for a full interior and exterior self care outcome. We cancelled. When we saw Amerishine replace this business, I came back one day to give the new folks a try. Here’s what I found: Removed: -prep area amenities (brush and block sponge for removing bugs and tar before your wash). -Buff and Dry at the end of the tunnel (it never worked anyway; I dont miss it). Kept: -Window cleaner -Vacuums (2 different heads) -compressed air -Various Levels of washes -good customer service -chemicals and amenities in the tunnel. -pre-wash brushing on your car (you can ask them to not is you desire). Added: -Towels (number 1 requested amenity at the wash I worked at years ago.) -Fragrance spray -Interior cleaner spray -Interior carpet cleaner (not recommended. One dry, one wet, and 2 dry cycles still left the matts dripping wet. Go to auto-zone or something and but a bottle of matt shampoo and do it yourself while here. -Ability to retract vertical wraps, tire shine, or any other undesired tunnel functions. (Second most request feature at the wash I worked at). After testing them out and seeing the added amenities, my wife and I became monthly members again. They cut the monthly prices for the top wash by about 30% (down from $40 per car to $28.99 per car). We are happy. NOTE: The attached images are a result of the top wash on my 2019 Honda Accord with a full body wrap retract followed by 2 hours in the lot using ONLY their towels, window cleaner, interior cleaner, compressed air, and matt wash. The tunnel is only the first half of the battle. Their products will make your car look good, but you have to be willing to put in the work. They’re only an express carwash so your car will only look as good, inside AND out, as you make it. I’m willing to put in the work myself using complementary amenities and spend $29/month over a full service wash giving me the same results at $55/visit.

This place has gone through a lot of employees it seems lately. The previous manager Stephanie was horrible we’re so glad they didn’t keep her around. She cussed my wife out and told her she hopes she went to hell all because my wife was not aware you could only go through once a day. Normally when you purchase an unlimited wash plan we assumed it would be unlimited, but anyway I mainly posted today because the people they have there now are very friendly, and helpful and we’ll give a shout out to Devin. He Has a great attitude and enjoys his job. When you have people like that it helps your wash experience for sure.

I went used the car wash on Saturday. I noticed the damages it did to my vehicle so I went got the manager on duty. He took pictures and felt the damage. The general manager Chris told me he couldn’t see the anything on video or pictures so he asked me to bring it up there. I did bring the vehicle and his supervisor was there he going to said he never said any like this. Chris told me it’s the tire shine and he has to go check his machine. So I went up there tonight and Chris told their mod the his supervisor and him saw the damaged on the vehicle now. So I asked to see if they refused to let me see it. I know they lying. Now they going said Brain will call me in the morning which they haven’t been communicating with me. Poor service. Now on Friday I call up there at the car wash. Chris going to tell me to paid for it out of my own pocket. After he said it’s was their fault. Then Chris going to hanging up the phone in my face. The supervisor still haven’t call. This company don’t know how to lie..

Never really had a problem with this place before until today. Staff was looking at the track beforehand, which should have been my first red flag. When I was given the go-ahead. The track took a second for it to get my tires. During the whole car wash, it felt like I was on a roller coaster. Bouncing left and right the whole time. Then the track rollers went under my car in both the middle and near the end (not the very end) of the wash. When I got to the vacuums one of them didn't have any suction and there were no towels.

This place is amazing. I started using this car wash a couple of months ago and I love it. The membership is worth every penny, and this location is always fully stocked with towels and supplies. Plus the vacuums work! It doesn't get any better than this!
