Used to have 5 dollar Express Wash found out the hard way when I put in $5 and pushed Express Wash button like usual it said $5 wash unavailable. Since there is no option for a refund. I had two choices forfeit the $5 I put in or add another $2 for the $7 wash. Then a couple weeks later I went to get my $5 wash and to my surprise they no longer do Express $5 washes there the lowest wash is $7. So this time I decided to be a big spender and go for the work the $11 deal supposably was that at all well unfortunately that wasn't my experience I put the money in selected the $11 works (wash, tripple wax, .....) . What could possibly go wrong? I got the wash, wax, spotfree rinse.......what I didn't get was a dry car.... When your car has been washed and rinsed and you have been given the A-OK 2 exit slowly as the clock counts down in front of you letting you know when the dryer will be shutting off.well my dryer never turned on nor did the clock start ticking in fact it may be my car did not even finish getting rinsed correctly what a waste of $11. Enclosing my day I also mention the contact number for the car wash that is provided rings and rings and rings when called no one ever picks up and there is no answering machine how convenient. I am shocked Temecula allows someone like this to run a busines s in town that rips everybody off

Very good pressure at this carwash, it hasn't been full or busy whenever I've been there. Usually before noon. They also updated their system and it's even better now.🙂

fast & actually cleans Spend the $9, get a great value. Unlike most Gas station washes..this drive thru wash removes a great deal of the dirt. I'll have to try the manual option next time.

Doing it yourself is fine but the auto washes really need some love, paid 12$ for a car wash and I'm pretty sure the car was only slightly cleaner than it was when I went it .. also the expensive wash says under carriage and wax I'm sure I don't get either one

They can never keep their drive-thru washes working and half the time their self-wash stations don't seem to be stocked on cleaning agents such as the foam gun. Take your business elsewhere.

Great price for a great wash. Love how there are so many self served washes where you dont feel rushed to get the car washed. You can take your time washing it and using the c Vacuum as well. Proces for the free touch was also not bad. For 9$ you get the works. Overall great place

Best self serve carwash I've been too. Easy to clean up the dirt bike and truck after riding. Even had an air dry option so you didn't have to bring towels. Takes credit card. Will be back.

I wash my car here every 2 weeks. $6 for 20 minutes. Great value. Vacuum is $1 for 3 minutes. I could wash it at home, but the products, mess, etc....this is so much easier.

I love this car wash. I've been coming here for many years, and stay loyal to my redhawk car wash. I'm here right now, and the machine just ate $10.00 of mine, and then the screen now reads "closed". I tried calling, and couldn't get an answer. Also there isn't anyone here to assist me, so I'm hoping that you guys will see this post, and make things right... All I'd like is the car wash that I paid for. I know you guys are more than likely going to take care of your loyal customer's! Thank you!!!

My favorite do it yourself car wash. $6 for 24 minutes, the pressures are perfect, lots of soap from the brush, and no weird water spots when I'm done. Plenty of time to wash my cars and truck including time to really clean the wheels. They keep the facility super nice and clean all the time too.

The car wash facility provides a good overall experience. I prefer coming here over others in the area for washing my cars. However, there are a couple of issues that need addressing. Firstly, the advertised $7 for 20 minutes on the card reader is misleading as it only provides 12.5 minutes of wash time, necessitating a $14 expenditure each visit. Additionally, the triple foam sprayer operates slowly and often runs out of material, significantly prolonging the washing process and reducing the time available for cleaning the vehicle. Despite these issues, the wash itself is consistently thorough, and the facility tends to be busy, indicating its popularity. It would greatly improve customer satisfaction if the management could either adjust the advertised time accurately or update the signage accordingly. It's disappointing to anticipate 20 minutes of cleaning time and not receive it.

The drive through car wash system is NOT working. Display price is $7 but it's really a $10 charge on your card. As you are going through the setting none of them were working appropriately and were barely providing any sort of agent/rinse. I ended up having to hand dry my vehicle which still had some sort of wax mixed with soap agent because the purely rinse water was not working. It only provided a few minutes at that to shift from one setting to another and I ended up paying $13-$14 total as I continued to attempt to remove this agent from my vehicle! There is absolutely no care or maintenance for the system.

It can get pretty busy on the weekends. But a reasonable cost, and equipment is usually in good working order.

Red Hawk Parkway Self-Serve is my go-to for a quick and easy car wash. The bays are always clean and well-maintained, and the pressure on the sprayers is solid—gets all the dirt off with no problem. The soap and wax options work great, and there’s plenty of space to dry off your car afterward. Highly recommend for anyone who takes pride in keeping their car clean!

Settings did not work correctly, so it would not switch to the rinse setting. It ended up costing me $19.00 for a ten minute wash with soap still all over my car. Great way to steal/scam money from people!
