Double Charged! I noticed the attendant double ran my credit card and I asked Did you just charge my card twice? Guy said "no, I didn't charge your card twice" Only to immediately check and find he did charge me twice. Never go here, these people have no morals...

This location used to be good but lately it has decreased it's quality. The last couple of times a lot of soap was left on my truck after the wash, but this last time, I got the most expensive wash and it did not dispense the hot wax and there was no tire shine as well. Not the first time it happens too. I would go to another location.

I paid for the most expensive wash, first time customer. My SUV went through the wash pretty quickly, and the guy working there sent another truck right behind me which was almost on my bumper (and it wasn’t even busy). Because of that, I was not able to use the dryer like it was intended to be used. My SUV is covered in soap stains and doesn’t look like it was just washed, for the price it’s not worth it. The free vacuum is what gave this place one star.

The car wash is broke i almost got into an accident when the car infront of me stopped moving I Own A 2021 elantra... The guy comes up knocks on my window like no big deal i skipped all of my car wash and got nothing for 11 dollars

Been going to this car wash for a few years now. And have been satisfied until recently. It seems that there is always something broken. One of the heat blowers has been broken for awhile now that is at the end before you pull out. Yesterday the heavy sprayer that goes back and forth across your vehicle was only going straight down the middle of my truck. Or awhile back it was throwing grease on the side of my truck. Also I pay for VIP pass. And lately the lane is closed. Why do I have VIP pass and can't use the VIP lane. And when it's packed only with 2 lanes it's a nightmare. Really think that they need to have someone go thru and get everything working back to tip top shape. If things keep going down hill I will have to look elsewhere to get my carwash package. But if they can get it together I will revisit this review and congratulate there work.

I was at the vacuum station and the vacuum was flimsy and was not secured which got me hit on the head when it fell. Horrible experience.

Worst car wash ever, stay away from these scammers. Their machines caused me a flat tire. When I confronted the manager, he gave me a confused look and trying to convince me it’s my fault to avoid accountability. I spent $280 on the tow and a new tire at the shop over a stupid $8 car wash.

Went to this car wash for the first time today and purchased the $10 wash. After I left I noticed streaks all over my car that were not coming off. I don't know if it's wax or tire shine that dried up and it's all over my car. Tried contacting them but no one answers me. Awful first experience!

I have been a member since 2021, this year they have been closed 50% of the times I have tried to get a wash. The last 2 times they damaged my rims and I have not heard from them. It was a really good carwash when it opened.

HIGHLY do not recommend this location ! It ended up damaging my husband’s van. We NEVER heard from they're owner but they're manager in which was no help whatsoever. The manager claimed that the owner said the damage was “due to the van having rust and being a 18 year old vehicle. it does not qualify to being covered under them”PLEASE consider another car wash as this one does not take accountability to its customers damages .

Rainstorms stealing from their Customers!!!! As a business owner in town, I use local products and services when I can. For 11 years I’ve been going to this car wash. Rainstorm I think purchased this location 2 years ago. Since then, there’s been nothing but issues. Normally it’s the vacuums having no suction, or the dryer not drying the car forcing you to towel dry your own car. No real big deal. But now it’s “PAYING” for a service that’s not delivered. Because I deliver brides their dresses to their home locations, my car always needs to be clean or look clean. I use Rainstorm twice a week totaling eight times a month, spending $12.00 a wash, which totals $96.00. When you take that total and multiply it by 12 months in a year the yearly total, I spend with that location, is $1,152.00. Now I’ve been going to this location for 11 years, that total, is $12,672.00! For the past few months, I’ve noticed I’ve paid for “Tire Shine”, but I don’t always get “Tire Shine”, which is why I have to pay $12.00, instead of $8.00. Last week I checked to see if I got everything I paid for and once again the “Tire Shine”, said I was getting the service, but no shine. In fact, the tires didn’t even look that clean. I went up to the guys working the “Gate”, and said for the past month I’m paying for a service that’s not being delivered… why? The looks I got from the 3 were frightful. All 3 told me it’s “out of their control”, and blamed the Maintenance Department. They told me that maintenance had to handle that... and just stood there. As if they were done with me. I got back in my car and left… but then I thought if I treaded a bride like that my days in business would be over and I turned around to inquire who the General Manager or even Manager was. The guy inside which was one of the guys from outside said “Look I told you it’s a maintenance issue”. I responded, “I heard you the first 4 times but you never said what was the follow-up process or what you were truly going to do about Customers paying for a service that for at least a month has not been delivered? And this isn't the first month I've noticed this. The other times I just brushed it off. Dead silence. Not, I’M SORRY THIS HAS HAPPENED!, and we’re sorry for people paying for something they ARN’T getting! Here’s what's happening friends… Companies like RainStorm are hiring “bodies” to fill space. Whether it be space on a schedule or physically being in a space... and I get that… But when you're paying for something you're not getting who do you talk to? At Rainstorm it’s 3 guys at the gate. I'm taking all of my business to Fuller's Car Wash at 2285 Randall Rd, Carpentersville, IL. It's out of my way but it's the principle. NO ONE WANTS TO SPEND MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY WON'T GET!

Beware and stay away! I have been coming here for years with all my cars but when I took my 2025 brand new Honda Accord their track scratched my rims. I went home to finish the touch up only to find scratches. I have tried calling and emailing but apparently Rainstorm does not care if they damage customers vehicles. Once their machine damages your car they will not be in contact with you

If you're in the Chicagoland area and your truck looks like it just finished filming Mad Max: Midwest Edition, this is the place to go. Highly recommend for anyone who commutes, hauls, or simply wants to see their reflection in the paint again. 10/10, would get filthy just to come back.

This place sucks dont come here. They raised the price to $10 for the basic wash and my car was still covered in soap when it came out. They are so cheap with the amount of water they use even though the price is so high.

I am giving them no stars. I wanted a car wash not an accident! First time I ever came here. That was the least of the problems. Entering in to the wash getting on the rollers that propell you forward. Getting towars the rinse the car before is stopped and ours propelled into her. The car behind me hit my bumper and caused damage to the paint and the bumper. Meaning this locations wash causes a car accident. The manager didnt even met us. He didnt seem to care at all that there was a problem let alone acknowledge anything had occured. We hit the car in front of us 3x. Never was offered a refund, when asked i was ignored. The women the machine caused us to hit was trying to cancel her membership even that seemed like a problem. The worst. Not recommended. Based on the reviews with the fendor below I am little faith they will even follow up. What is worse is the gentlemen acknowledged that this has happ3ned before and had not been corrected and claimed there was little to know safety mechanism in the operation of the wash unless someone honked.
