I don’t know the gentleman’s name that got me setup yesterday at 12pm, but this is the type of customer service the world needs right now. He made sure I didn’t need any extra cleaner for my truck. Handing out extra towels while it was screaming hot and he had a great attitude while doing it. Took trash to a trash can for another customer. I WILL for sure be bringing my truck back and I don’t like to bringing my vehicles to an auto car wash. Raindrop you have my business! Keep up the good work!

The center point parkway (in front of food giant) is always My go to for all my car wash needs weekly...today.. excellent service today from ALL of the guys (ervice attendants) Cam and Jo were exceptional.. Cam was very detailed during the pre wash..he made sure to scrub from top to bottom. Jo took great care in cleaning my tires adding that extra shine!! ... Both were very professional and friendly!! Great job fellas!!!

When i arrived at the Centerpoint location Marcus was there to greet me.. He was very friendly, profession and willing to help me. The Centerpoint location has maintained its level of professionalism and it’s always a wonderful experience when i take my cars there. Keep up the great work and continued profession service. Look at the rims baby.. they take their time and get all the gunk.!

Raindrop is the best car wash spot all over the central Birmingham area we have multiple locations all their employees are super nice and very helpful they ensure that you get great quality service at a very good price Kelton which is at the centerpoint location is simply outstanding and insures 100% satisfaction every time!!! 5 stars, Doctor waste your hard earned $ anywhere else.
