This car wash is very disappointing compared to other take5 it never fully washes my car, brushes barely touch one side of my car wheels are never cleaned and vacuums barely suck most of the time. I’ve expressed these problem to the attendants but I have the same issues when I return. Hopefully with new owners maybe thinking’s will improve

I absolutely love this car wash so much. I got a membership always does a good job on my car always well stocked . The employees are very helpful and very friendly and most of all the vacuum cleaners work very well. Kudos to you for doing such a great job.

I like the fact that they always have someone available to help at this location. The carwash works properly and the vacuums work properly. That is the biggest take away for me, I want everything to Work Properly...

So far it's a good service center but the brushes inside are halftime do not work fully and there's soap always usually left on your vehicle it doesn't clean your vehicle entirely overall I'll give it a three stars because the customer service is fantastic they're very polite professional employees. Just the car wash itself doesn't clean your vehicle properly.

It's a good car wash. I love the free vacuums and the little details stuff that they'll let you use. I will suggest if you got some places that's hard to get to give them a quick little clean before you go. I've got a Dodge Caravan it's kind of got like a little spoiler on it

Vacuums were raggedy. My tires didn’t look like it was washed at all and my vehicle wasn’t the cleanest either. The towels I used on the racks were dirty had leaves in them. The staff was nice. I think for first time customers you should have a promotion to give one free wash to determine if they like it before selling passes.

This was the worst car wash I have ever had. I always get the $10 wash. Today I was told the soap wasn't working correctly for this wash, so I opted for the $16 wash. There was plenty soap dispensed but the brushes didn't seem to be working correctly especially on the driver's side or the rear. I didn't take time to dry my vehicle as I was pressed for time. The rear and sides looked like they were barely touched with the brushes. Looked worse than it did before I went through the car wash. I am very disappointed and I wasted $16 for this supposed wash. I'll find somewhere else to get a wash. Wish I had taken photos.

I'm giving this place a 4 star. I would honestly give it five star if everyone was as nice as the guy that works inside the car wash! I want to give high appraises to that man. Who's extremely pleasant and kind. Always has a smile on his face and you can't help but feel joy after talking to him ! But all in all, this is a wonderful car. Wash place easy in and out process ! And twenty seven dollars for a monthly membership.Is not that bad!

I am very pleased with the membership. I can clean my car inside and out at any time. It is a one time deduction and well worth it. The staff are very nice and I loved the last time I went...the vacuums were cleaned out and really cleaned well. I am glad I live in Hueytown as this is affordable and fantastic to be able to keep a clean car with such ease. Thankyou Staff for your kindness and good work keeping Everything up and running.

I tried contacting after I left my first review several times. My experience wasn’t good. I had to go through 3 times to get it clean and the vacuums didn’t suction well. And I got a lot of scratches from the wash.

The brushes on the right side are not working and have been in disrepair for weeks. The personnel don’t even tell you that you are not getting a complete wash. When I asked about it as I have purchased the monthly plan the response I received was I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t know when they will be out to fix it.

For the price of one car wash I recieved the monthly subscription. They always have the best personnel with great attitudes and go the extra mile making sure my vehicles are looking good and spic and span from top to bottom. Definately a great experience, you will not be disappointed!

If not a member pay attention to what wash you paying for because $16.00 wash is a $10.00 wash no tire shine and wash cycle is different same guy with the same story I'm been washing all day to quick to send you back thru for another $10.00 wash because he know he charge 16.00 and keyed in 10.00 was when paying in cash!!!!

I joined the Take 5 car wash. It was super easy to join. I've been wanting to do this for a long time. It was well worth $22.00 a month. You can go as many times a month as you want to. Free vacuum, free cloths, free window cleaner, & interior cleaner. Super great easy.

GooGoo #654 in Hueytown damaged my passenger side rear view mirror cover. The Manager was very nonchalant and not that much help. She also said that she was going to call me back after they close, so that she could check under the car wash mats more throughly, but she did not!!! She gave me a bogus phone number that no one answers!!! I googled corporate. When I called and emailed corporate as well as the headquarters, they did not answer the phone. They have also disabled their comment sections on Facebook and Instagram so that you cannot warn the public about their unprofessional practices aa far as their machines damaging your vehicle. I would like GooGoo/Take 5 to buy another cover kit and pay for it's services to have it put back on .Thank you. If not, then I will escalate the matter and purse legal services against you all. Pretty disappointed 😞 my pickup has running boards and they NEVER have the attendants run the brush over them before I enter and I come out and they look terrible along with the front and back end. So frustrating to pay $20 for a wash and you actually need to go through a 2nd time because it's not clean. I work in the country, my truck gets muddy, dusty, dirty and I do have an expectation that they will at least try to make an attempt to help get my vehicle clean...but sadly that is not the case here. If they were really busy and backed up I could probably understand not putting out any extra effort but when they aren't busy, let me put my truck in park and have them take a few minutes to brush around the truck would have been some pretty amazing customer service, but not here, unfortunately they take no pride in the service being provided 🙁
