This car wash was very nice when it opened. Now I have to buy wheel cleaner, bug remover, and Purple Stuff for the tires, just to get a half-way descent wash. The pre-wash station has the same nasty dirty oily water in it all day, making my car more dirty with its use. The auto rug brush doesn't wash with soap (only with water). The Rug brush requires three passes and it's still poorly done. Some of the newer staff do nothing. Good for them for getting a job, but all they have to do is point right or left to keep the tires/rims from scraping on the rails. They don't stop chatting, don't greet, spray pre-wash stuff for 2 seconds...they need re-training. Mark my words...if this was station does not improve, it will be like other waste-of-money washes. The price is normal compared to $40 for 4 washes at the 7-11, but at Radiant, I may as well wash my car at home myself. I'm doing half the cleaning by taking it there anyway. They are very friendly though. Managers are amazing! Unfortunately, Im canceling. If more people would honestly highlight the diminishing value, I think wash quality would improve.

Radiant in Apollo Beach is the very best car wash in all of Tampa! Manager Alysa has the very best customer service, treats me like royalty and makes me feel at home every time I come here, she is amazing!! The car wash and all the amenities make this place the only place to clean your car. The monthly pass is a great value too!

Every time I visit, the experience is fantastic. They provide wipes for customers to use inside their cars and even glass cleaner for the windows. The service is thorough, convenient, and always leaves my car spotless. Highly recommended!

I was going to give you all 2 stars but decided to do 1 star for a few things.The biggest issue to me is a safety issues. I have mentioned this two times, one time to the managers pacifically the man with the beard 4 months ago and then again a little over a month ago to a regular employee who stands by the check in area. I told both of them you all really need to install a convex mirrors also known as traffic safety mirrors. I drive a normal sized car, not a Truck, S.U.V or a Van. When I am pulling out of your parking lot after the vacuum area, it is hard for smaller cars to see around these larger cars that are presscrubbing their car before the car wash. The man told me that he would talk to his manager about this issue and see what he thinks. It looks to me that my answer was too bad so sad, considering they never did get installed. I requested that over 4 months ago expressed the danger of not having it. There not even super expensive to get. They can be ordered on Amazon for $30 that it or up to 200 dollars at other places. I would be truly upset if I'm pulling out of your parking lot and end up in an accident because I could not see the uncoming cars behind the other cars as their prescribing their vehicles. I honestly saw a crash almost happened the other day there because of that issue. Luckily the guy scrubbing his truck waved me on when it was safe for me to go through. My second issue is with one of my other cars I have an issues of the machine not being able to scan my car license plate and then I have to wait for one of you all to buzz me through or push the buttons to allow me to go through. It is very time consuming and very irritating ((especially when there's no one out there.)) We've tried multiple things to allow the scanner to read the license plate better but unfortunately we've not been successful. My next issue is other car washes that I have been to when I am exiting the car wash my mirrors are usually pushed forward and I'm able to push them back in to please. At your guy's place the car wash pushes the mirrors all the way back where I can't reach them to push them back forward. I have also noticed that other car washes have some type of clear coat waxing thang that keeps raindrops and residue off my car longer. Where I notice your guy's Radiant Wash doesn't really help with rain resistance and grime at all. I have been a member with you guys since you first opened/launched about a year ago with 2 cars on your "Radiant Ceramic Monthly Membership". I have decided today to cancel that membership. Mainly because of the safety I cannot stress that enough how big of an issue that is to me. As I was canceling the man with the beard was the one closing my account and didn't bother to ask why or really care that I was cancelling. All he had to say was "oh no , you're not supposed to leave you're one of my favorites".

We fit!!!! This Ram has been lifted 7in, Their car wash machine is always operating and they have towels to wipe down your car. The vacuums are the best and I love the blower to detail the inside.

Was looking for an express car wash to clean my truck up when in a pinch. Went through once before and decided to join the monthly plan. Unfortunately, shortly after the second wash I noticed a deep scratch on the side panel. Not sure if one of the machines had something loose to cause this, sucks to have this happen to my brand new truck.

Be careful going to this carwash if you have a rambox or don’t want any damages done to your vehicle. Just went through the carwash and had a panel ripped off the truck during the wash and now have to go get another piece and have it color meatched. I asked for a refund for the membership I had gotten today and they said I would have to go through corporate.

I have been coming here since they opened this location. They always have someone at kiosk if there are problems. Offering the first three months at a discounted rate if you sign up for the reoccurring charge is pretty good as well. They offer four or five different kinds of washes for everybody’s budget. They have a prewash area to take care of those love bugs, high-quality microfiber towels in abundance as well as window cleaner, two different styles of vacuums, one for crevices and one for large areas. They also have a station for washing your floor mats that includes an automatic machine that will either just sweep the mats or it will go and scrub the mats with shampoo and that’s all included. Also, I want to give a special shout out to Jake who always asks if everything is ok and always greets you with smile to everybody that he comes in contact with. If there is one thing that might be a negative is that in the pre-wash area they don’t have designated brushes or buckets for cleaning wheels. It also specifically says do not clean wheels but yet I see that there’s always somebody using the brushes on their wheels. I think this could be resolved if you actually just offered wheel cleaning brushes.

Have monthly membership. Great employees here, service is great, and always well stocked. Drive a large SUV and no damage or scratches running through the car wash. Great car mat washing areas and the air blower tool at all stations always comes in handy. Now if only the license plate reader could read my plate correctly...LOL

Customer service has little to be desired...as a previous monthly paying customer who cancelled and the restarted, or so I thought. I went through and was told I paid the prior week for a 1 time wash...I explained that was an error on their part it was supposed to be monthly and there was no way for me to know. The manager wouldn't make it right, basically said too bad and offered to charge me again on a monthly basis...really??? No thanks ..lots of other car washes around...oh, she told me I should have known that was on the 22nd .I came back on the 27th to was my car again...sorry I don't wash my car every day and was out of town ..she said she does...I guess I'm supposed to as well

I love this car wash. We’ve been monthly pass holders for almost 3 years. But, the one this that I ask you to change is the MUSIC. I Associate cleaning your car while listening to some super upbeat music. Not weird, classical music and whatever else other stations you guys have had it on the last few times that we’ve been there. That’s the only reason why I gave you four stars

I wanted to give this car wash another chance before leaving a review. Unfortunately, after getting my car washed on Sunday, I noticed bird droppings still on the hood when I got home. I returned two days later for another wash and experienced the same issue. After spending $40 on two washes, I am disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend it.
