Paying customer since opening day. The wash itself is great aside from that it pushes my mirrors back on both sides while being washed which candamage them long term. My only real complaint is the hours. I get off work at 5:30/6 and its hard to make it there in traffic unless I go straight there. Also on Sunday, the busiest day for car washes, they close early. Would appreciate an 7:30/8 closing time Mon-Sat and 7pm on Sunday.

This is a fantastic car wash. The automatic washer is modern and thorough, the staff is friendly and attentive, and there are plenty of stalls with unlimited vaccum/compressed air so you can detail your interior to your heart's content after the wash. They also have a floor mat wash area, and it should be noted that the vacuums are super power. The place is kept in mint condition, you won't be disappointed

Did not clean my truck, I purchased their best car wash with the x coating. I spent more time just trying to clean up all the areas where my vehicle wasn't touched. I completely understand it won't be perfect but my whole bumper and grill was still very dirty. First and last time using a radiant car wash.

My wife and I were there today and her car battery died, not a fun thing to deal with at a car wash. The staff was so helpful and kind in response to this. One in particular named Alyssa ( hope I spelled it correctly) came over to help and she was extremely kind and thoughtful. Radiant is lucky to have such a fantastic employee working there! Also the car wash was amazing too, overall highly recommend!

I love this place : super friendly and couteous staff, clean, everything is always well stocked, the carwash tunnel is great BUT today something happened which makes this RADIANT location even more amazing. For a reason I ignore, my truck doors locked WITH MY KEYS inside!😱 My phone, my wallet were inside (fortunately my dog was with me outside) . I asked a staff if I could use a phone to call my spouse so that he could order me a ride to go home and get the spare key . Instead, she called the manager Johnny who was able to unlock the doors with one of his tricks It took him 2 min. JOHNNY WAS AWESOME ! SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! HE BASICALLY SAVED MY DAY!!!! I wish every business had a manager like Johnny! He went beyond my expectations! THANK YOU! This place IS DOPE and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RADIANT for your car wash !

PLEASE READ!!!!!! I WANT TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS RADIANT EXPRESS CAR WASH LOCATION. EACH TIME I’VE GONE THROUGH, I HEAR A LOUD METAL-TO-METAL SCRATCHING SOUND, AND MY CAR HAS COME OUT WITH SCRATCHES. I BROUGHT THIS UP TO NAZIR, THE MANAGER, BUT HE TOLD ME HE COULDN’T HEAR WHAT I WAS HEARING FROM OUTSIDE THE CAR AND ALSO SAID HE COULDN’T SIT INSIDE THE CAR TO HEAR IT HIMSELF. NOTHING WAS INVESTIGATED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, WHICH IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I’M NOT ASKING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR A NEW PAINT JOB — I JUST WANT TO MAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS AWARE SO THIS DOESN’T KEEP HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR’S PAINT AND FINISH, I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY ADDRESS THE ISSUE.

Yesterday I took my wife’s car which had an obscene amount of bird droppings on it (stands out on a black car). I went through the car wash, and it did a really great job and while I was vacuuming, one of the attendants noticed that there was still bird droppings remnants and suggested I go to another station where I could use the complementary brushes and sponges, and I could even run the car through one more time. I did just that and it looks fantastic. This is a really good car wash and friendly service. I highly recommend their service.

Hands down the best car wash. Everything is quality at Radiant. I used to have the monthly membership, I no longer do, but I still find myself coming to this car wash at least 3x/month! Not to mention, the vacuums are super strong, always a good experience.

I do not recommend going to this car wash if you’re car is older than 5 years old!!! I just got my car washed and a piece of side trim got ripped off by the machine and the manager told me they do not insure cars more than 5 years old. All they can do is give me 2 month free car wash. This is a joke.

This car wash is tidy and reliable. I have a monthly membership and love the convenience of it. Each time I visit, it is just as well-maintained as when it first opened. I've never struggled with low pressure vacuums as I have at other car washes. My car looks clean when I leave- not much more I could ask for. :)

This place has exceeded my expectations. Car washes can be a mixed bag, but this one is new, modern, well kept, staff is friendly and helpful, and has many amenities that are useful for washing and cleaning your vehicle. I paid for the introductory offer of $30 for two months and we have absolutely gotten our monies worth. The value of being able to clean the car in less than half the normal time is worth the introductory cost. However, I’m not sure if I will continue once the normal pricing structure kicks in.

Let’s just start off by saying I’m not a person that likes to clean my own car so somewhere that makes it easy accessible , well Maintained and cheap. It’s for me and this is that place. Now let’s get into the people. The manager here is amazing always with a smile always welcoming and always come by if I need anything. There’s a new beautiful young lady called Lily. That can brighten up a room even with her beautiful smile, very welcoming, very appropriate very punctual. And smiled through it all working in a Car Wash is not easy but they make it look like it’s a breeze. Not only those two but everybody else here are so welcoming and so beautiful. I come here at least 3 to 5 times a month now before I never went to a car wash. Well by myself being single and having nobody to help me this is the perfect place. I can get everything in one place for a very low rate. And on top of that, the customer service is amazing. This is my forever Car Wash. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ also I’m going to add the light show when you go in through the car wash is also a vibe lol 😂
