I live in NJ and visit my 107-year-old Aunt in Ocala, FL. On 31st of July, after her car was washed, I noticed bugs were still on the vehicle from a trip which we recently made to Miami. I returned to Austin, who asked me politely to see the Manger in the Office. Josh, Assistant Mgr, was very polite, considerate and professional. He showed me the area where I can manually prep the car, which I did, and allowed me to return through the car wash at no additional cost. That 's customer service! In fact, he upgraded me to an Ultimate car wash. That's ultimate customer service!! I must say I have been using this car wash over the years and I'm happy with this establishment's overall customer service and car wash equipment operation. The employees are also trained well. As a result, I would recommend this car wash to anyone, who is looking for ultimate satisfaction.

I’m still in love with this car wash. My car comes out of the machine super clean and almost dry at all. The area for self vaccum has clean high quality rags, windshield spray and pressure air free to use, wow! I selected the basic wash. Amazing place. I live like 20 mins away and also have free courtesy car wash from my manufacturer but whenever I want to do it myself I drive here. Thanks.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Speed Car Wash located at 3065 SE 24th Street, Ocala, FL. On March 15, 2025, I brought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro in for a wash, but what I received was far from acceptable. After the service, I discovered deep scratches on the driver's door that were not present before my visit. Despite reaching out to the manager, Austin, and providing photographic evidence of the damage, Speed Car Wash has denied full responsibility for the situation. Their lack of accountability is astonishing, especially when I have clear proof of the damage sustained while in their care. To make matters worse, no one from their team has even bothered to reach out to me to discuss a resolution or inspect the damage in person. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it has cost them a loyal customer. If they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue, I would have remained a satisfied patron. I strongly advise anyone considering Speed Car Wash to think twice. The service may not only fall short of expectations but could potentially result in damage to your vehicle. Choose wisely!

Been putting off making this review for awhile now, hoping for a change I suppose. But since the business practices have not improved here we go. This location has become nearly unbearable to patron, the pushy sales tactics, the attitudes, it’s awful. I’m not sure when it started, but the employees in yellow shirts who approach you while picking out a car wash, what are we doing? They shove that iPad in your face as a sales tactic to have you sign up for a monthly membership, and when you say no, what do you know the real action is done on the kiosk and not the iPad. Such sleazy sales practices guy, do better. Today I experienced one better, however. After telling the “wolf of racewash” no to his monthly services, I again told him no to leaving a tip. Listen, tip culture is out of control as it is but that’s a conversation for another time. As I pull off and roll my window up, I hear him say “{my car description here} didn’t leave a tip” on the radio. What’s that mean? Do I somehow get less wash prep because I didn’t tip? The whole operation here is off the rails. It’s pushy, it’s toxic, it’s attitude infested. All I want is a car wash fellas, it’s not that serious.

I recently visited this car wash and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention they gave to my vehicle. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. My car was spotless by the time they were done, windows were streak free, the tires looked brand new, and even the notoriously tricky spots under the side mirrors were perfectly clean. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the result. My car hasn’t looked this good since the day I drove it off the lot. It was worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be returning regularly. And the parking lot was even better! They had a radio station playing, loud enough that it could be heard but not too loud, and Free towels to dry my car with free vacuums to get all the dirt and stuff out of my rugs and seats, it was great. My only complaint was that the employees seemed to know my name without me having to tell them, and I could have sworn there was someone standing in the dark spot in the car washing tunnel, just staring at me as I went through? Otherwise 10/10!

Went to go get my car wash and she ask if I wanted a membership and I agree to it, she said get your car wash and went you get done come to the front and I’ll have everything done and she delivered. After years of going to the RaceWash Car Wash on Maricamp several times a year I decided to do the 19.99 a month unlimited. I don’t know why I waited so long! I tend to be going weekly and while I’m happy with the outside of my car I’m finding the most enjoyment with having a clean inside! It’s not just the vacuum, it’s the air compressor to blow off the dust from all the cracks.

A dump truck in front of us on I-75 carrying some WET white cargo sprayed my car with lots of spots of this white "stuff". When I got back to town they were dry, I took my car in to RaceWash at Marycamp, Ocala, and put it through the $16 wash. ALL of the spots were still there. I called an attendant who called on JOSH. Josh and I spent quite a while trying to rub off the spots, then he put my car through a second wash. A lot of spots were still there, Josh and I finally MANUALLY rubbed them off. I would like to recognize Josh as doing over and beyond his job and making sure all of the spots disappeared and not leaving me until I was fully satisfied. Good job, Josh! Good job RaceWash! Thank you!

This car wash does a phenomenal job job it even gets the under body tire shine lasts for a couple weeks the ultimate is the best package the coating is durable and it lasts until the next weeks wash they are very thorough and always have staff attending to the towels and cleaning spray stations. The vacuums are always in good order and suction great ! The assistant manager, Owen was helpful making sure to ask about my wash experience. This location is a 4/5 stars!
