It does not wash the car well, it does not rinse, all the foam stays as it is, one of the employees there is very rude and does not behave well.

Way better than the one that was here before. The most expensive wash is affordable yet competitively priced yet comes with a dashboard wipe, air freshner, and dry cloth at no additional charge and vacuums work pretty well. Definitely my new go to!

I went to get my car wash here yesterday and paid for the 8 dollars service !! Cause I needed a quick wash but that’s all I could have afford at the time ! All I got was an air freshener the wipe cloth n some guy at the entrance of the wash who was spraying my vehicle with some type of soap or what so ever ! Not 1 drop of water ever touch my vehicle! It came out of the car wash looking more dirty due to the fact that the guy had sprayed the soap residue in the vehicle ! I could go back n inform them as the line was already long when I got there and after I went through the “washed” there was an even bigger line ! I’m going back the morning to see what can be done n will give an update !

I had signed up for a monthly membership and it worked good for a few months but I moved to a different area so I asked them to cancel the membership. They still kept charging me. I have gone back 3 times to the facility to ask them to cancel it and they say they will do it but they are still charging me. I have texted and called the manager multiple times and nothing. What a scam!

Bought a monthly membership just to find out you can only go through the wash one time.. which doesn’t make sense. Kind of makes me want to get my money back because when I wash I go through multiple times because one wash doesn’t full clean the whole car in a drive thru wash. Going to look into the policy today and if it’s a one a day I’m going to cancel. If you are the same I would avoid this place. Also my driver side mirror came off in the wash so if you have weak exterior parts, secure them before going through wash.

The employees were pretty rude. I was at the end of the car wash process, waiting for my car to be rinsed because there was still soap on it. Then the light turned green and said “go,” so I wait a bit and still nothing. I thought maybe I needed to move forward since the belt wasn’t moving. I put the car in drive, but it was obviously difficult to move over the belt. That’s when the employees started yelling at me to relax. I stopped immediately, but then they yelled at me even more. I had only moved forward about 2 feet. After that, the belt moved a little bit, and I waited for my car to be rinsed, but it never happened. Then they yelled at me again to just leave. I ended up with soap still on my car. I’ve been to plenty of express car washes, and this is the only one where I’ve had an issue like this. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should be made to feel confused or disrespected during a simple car wash experience.

I couldn’t tell what was worse: the attendant unprofessionally screaming at drivers as they attempted to navigate the narrow turn into the wash, or the fact my car came out covered in soap. What a waste of time and money. Avoid!

I love bringing my car here. I purchased the ULTIMATE monthly pass and get my car washed several times during the month. It's so worth it. Especially with all the ash that was happening daily when the fires were burning our cities. EVERYONE is very pleasant and helpful. ANA is the Best. The entire staff is GREAT. I've never had a bad experience here. Make sure you get the ULTIMATE WASH to get the rolling dry towel wheel at the end.

The machine broke my back windshield wiper. When I talked to the worker he said that they are not responsible for any broken parts. There's a sign outside warning customers they aren't responsible for any broken parts. He didn't tape down my wiper either, so I feel ripped off. I have to now spend more money, replace my part, and the car wash isn't going to do a damn thing. Horrible experience. 6/8 - they never responded to my email. Still nothing done.

I'm trying to like this car wash. The guys that work there are jerks. Just take the payment, line you up and push start, but they're rude. Also, I used to pay for the wash with the air freshener and dash wipes but they were always out (no discount, just sorry) and they even charged my card twice one time. I wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't so convenient for me and a good price...Find option B if you can...

Have been coming here for years, almost weekly, washing our two cars. The staff have always been friendly and helpful…. But after the exchange I just had with one of the them (after something was wrong with the equipment in my wash), I’ll never be back.

Quickly Clean is a great car wash option over in the Crenshaw area. Their prices are amazing and service is great. The dryers aren’t the best, so be sure to take rags to dry off your vehicle. But other than that I can’t complain.

I went through this car wash today and selected the most expensive Ultimate package. Immediately after coming out of the car wash I saw that the hood of my car had very large scratches on it. I went to the attendant who said someone would come over in 5 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting and going back up to ask again, I had to leave as I couldn't wait around all day. I called and left a message but so far no call back. Extremely frustrated by the giant scratch that I now need to get fixed because it's huge and on the hood of my car.
