They let all the machines in the car wash do all the work. The only person that does anything to your car is at the very beginning they have someone spray soap on your windshield for one second (not an exaggeration). The car wash doesn't really get anything off your car and doesn't get all the soap off your car

Can't really recommend this car wash, sadly. My front license plate was bent and my rear wiper blade too. Dirt was left on the driver's side of my of car and the dryers left drops on the right side of my hood. This was my first, and sadly last time coming here.

I had one last week. My car wasn't particularly dirty. The results of the wash were surprisingly mediocre with several areas where it hadn't been rinsed clean and residue dried in "interesting" patterns from the waving flaps. No thanks to an additional free wash. No thanks to a $300/yr membership.

My van was damaged. Drivers side running board. Reached out multiple times to management and still no response. I’ll be ending my membership for sure. I will not recommend this car wash

Excellent wash. Quick and did a good job. It's not perfect but I don't expect an automatic wash to be spotless. Free vacuum is awesome! Vacuum had very high suction so be careful what you leave under your seat, it will take it!

I did a quick wash and rinse today. the cheapest option was sufficient for me and my vehicle. They have membership options if you wash your vehicle more frequently and want to ssave a couple bucks. I'll most likely try a level or two up next time since the basic wash didn't wash off dried on raindrops. The basic wash was good enough for me today, though. There were a couple friendly, young man assisting the customers. Give them a try. I'll return in the future.

Very cold day when I went here. The young man that greeted me and helped me pay for the car wash was very helpful and friendly. The only other employee we saw was cleaning the front and rear of car again very cold and looked like he was doing his best. I would recommend this car wash just because the 2 employees where working hard on a Saturday when it was single digit temperature. The wash was very good on our vehicle. And it's cheaper then the competition

I joined the unlimited ceramic wash club when the Car Wash first opened. I do not regret it one bit. I have been a member at other car washes but this one by far does the best job overall. Very courteous employees, clean, and overall a great experience. The only issues, and they are minor. It was hard at first to navigate sharp turn into wash bay with my full size pickup, but I have it figured out now. And it wasn’t getting back of tailgate clean on truck, I talked to a manager one day and he thanked me for voicing my concern and they would look into it. Love my Ceramic Car Wash, I use probably 2-3 times a week.

I had a rear windshield wiper completely ripped off my vehicle (2020 Honda Passport) on Saturday. I have 2 vehicles with unlimited wash but I have noticed the brush rollers seem very aggressive. Often pushing my side mirror in and lifting my rear wiper off the car but Saturday was the first time it ripped it off. The attendant tried to help fix it but I had to replace it. I keep thinking the rollers will be adjusted but that may be wishful thinking. Edit: Happened again. Canceled subscription.
