DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. THEIR EQUIPMENT WILL SCRATCH UP YOUR CAR OR EVEN WORSE, JUST TAKE A LOOK AT MY PICTURE BELOW! ALSO THEY WILL DENY ITS FROM THEIR CAR WASH. I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS FIRST! I ALSO KNOW ANOTHER PERSON WHO TOLD ME THEIR CAR WAS SUPER SCRATCHED UP AFTER LEAVING THIS CAR WASH. OTHER PEOPLE ARE SAYINY IT AS WELL IN THE REVIEWS! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, & CAR!

I think it's pretty good that I have weekly specials. I just happened to be there on a Monday and it was Monday for men's day they also have women's day and other days during the week for special events which I really think is great... They also have access to free vacuums when you get your car washed which I think is really great....

I've passed by this car wash so many times over the years and never stopped (my poor car). I've been there twice now and both times had a great experience. They're fairly priced and do an amazing job. As an added bonus, they run specials on certain days of the week. It was a great surprise to go on a Wednesday to find it was 40% off for the ladies.

Great car wash, but every time i bring it there something breaks on the car... first time front wiper blade broke. I really liked the car wash so i bought it back a second time, this time back wiper broke off. Gave it 2 trys no more, but great wash... enter at own risk

Frank’s car wash at Street Road and Knights Road did A good thorough wash! The attendant doing the pre wash and the hand dryers did an excellent job! It’s nice that they offer free vacuuming but it would be even nicer if the vacuum units were properly maintained! I went to two different vacuum units and on both, the end nozzles were broken off! I tried pushing them back on but they would not go!

Be very careful going here. THEIR CAR WASH DAMAGES CARS!!!! See photos. Also, while there getting my car washed a guy who was getting his new hummer washed had his driver side mirror ripped off. An attendant had to go fish it out of the car wash and they do not cover repairs because they blanket any damage with a sign that says they are not responsible for damage to vehicle, mirrors, antennas blah blah blah. Pictures inserted show the damage the rollers did to my car. I will never go back there and WARN anyone who uses them your car may get danged. Also on a previous visit had a long gouge around a wheelwell on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Each picture posted is an individual scratch or gouge down the passenger side from pretty much front to back of car. This happened January 20, 2018

Looks like they've seen better days, a lot of the Jets that spray soap onto your car didn't all seem to be working all that good either. Wasn't like this in the past.

With the membership, 8 dollar washes get one free, and free vacuums are way worth it! They also have specified gender day discounts.Which I gotta Crack a joke on that one? What if you are transgender one day, you're a guy another day, you're a girl🤔Don't forget to tip the guys who dry your car at the end!

Very convenient location, although getting in or out can be a tad of a pain especially with rush hour traffic. It is worth it though, so just be ready to be a bit patient and you'll be okay. Car wash is great, make sure to have cash on hand to tip the guys at the end for drying your car. It's obviously not mandatory but you definitely should. Best part of this is the FREE vacuums! There's more than enough and ample room too. There is a 10 minute time limit and you can't stay in that spot to detail your car or listen to loud music. Definitely recommend stopping by!!

I decided to stop here for a quick wash, and I was genuinely surprised. The prices are reasonable. The service was amazing. There is self vacuuming, and those vacuums are very powerful. Im hesitant to bring my car to quick car washes bc the vacuum is always useless, but this one even got the dog hair out. I'd definately stop here again if im in the area.

Be aware (see pictures attached) I’m normally a weekend “do it yourself” detailer, I pay close attention to detail, as well as any old or new existing chips, dents or scratches that may be on my car. With the snow and salt on the road, along with the cold temperatures, it was impossible to wash my own car in this frigid cold, and I couldn’t stand the salt on my Black car so I decided to take a chance and take my car through Franks express wash just to get the salt off, and boy did I wish I did not make that decision. I regret taking my car here. I made the mistake of using this express wash to rinse the salt off my car from a snowstorm. First of all, the spinners that supposedly “wash” and “scrub” my car were too harsh on my Black paint. It also ripped apart my rear passenger rain guard that I’ve had on my car for years, it’s never fell off once until today, and I’ve washed my car hundreds of times before with the rain guards attached. I’ve never had an issue with them falling off for years until now. Hard to believe the rain guard would just randomly fall off. Aside from that, the triple foam “wax” they use just leaves blotches on my car paint at the end once the people out front are finished drying off your car with the towel. I had to get out of the car at the end and buff the wax in myself so the blotches wouldn’t be too noticeable. …And I didn’t even get to the worst part yet. The worst part is that when my car went through the drying tunnel at the very end, there must’ve been snow sitting either on top of the blower or on the side of the blower or something in the blower that was “hard” because as soon as the blower activated towards the end, I felt something shoot out of the blower and i felt something hit the rear passenger side of my car so hard to the point where it left 2 deep chips on the rear passenger side of my door. I have no idea what it was but I’m extremely pissed about that, now I’m gonna have to go to a Maaco Paint Shop and have the chips repaired, as well as a new rain guard replaced. The whole point of going to Franks express car wash was to simply get the salt off my car, and now I got to pay more money out-of-pocket to repair my car. Lesson learned. If you are serious about your car paint, do not go here or any other automatic wash for that matter. Just use an indoor self car wash if possible or detail your own car at home if weather permitting. What a terrible experience.
