The water pressure could have been better but not sure if that's the pet wash' fault or the water pressure in the area was not good. My hotel didn't have good water pressure either. The self serve pet wash wash clean & had good options as far as rinse, soap, conditioner, flea/tick wash etc. About $10 for 10 min worth of use. Would not recommend the self service for thick haired pets because of the water pressure. I'm not sure you could rinse very well in the time given. They do take credit cards for the first 10 min ($8-$10 limit) but you will need cash for extra time.

I used the pet wash yesterday. The water pressure is only useful for hairless dogs that are15 lbs and under. I didn't use their shampoo, I brought my own. It took me over 20 mins to rinse my dog off. She's 50ish lbs, German Shepherd. When I finally did get her rinsed, I turned the dryer own. Might as well have used my own breath to dry her off. My hair dryer at home did a better job. The self dog wash is utterly useless. Go to wash wag in the valley. They're cheaper and have better equipment.

I went through the touchless wash. It seems that it doesn't usually get all the dirt off the back. This seems typical since the back of my vehicle is somewhat flat. They are quick to try to resolve this by offering another wash, but what will that do if it doesn't get the area I need it to wash? There really is no happy medium here, but they are always pleasant and have a short response time.

I used the self service dog wash this evening….$8 for 10 minutes! The water trickled out and the blow drier is barely comparable to the lowest setting of a human hair dryer. You might be able to get your dog washed and rinsed in 8 minutes, if it weighs 8-10 lbs. It would’ve taken me 3 hrs to blow dry my dog with that blower. Worthless for a bigger dog with hair…. Golden retriever! I felt very ripped off. The dog shampoo was so minimal, I wasn’t really sure it was putting anything out. I actually tried to insert more money but my hands were wet and the machine wouldn’t take my money! Arghhhhhh.

Best car wash ever! Price is reasonable for service provided. Owner keeps place clean and visually appealing; I don't think I've ever seen trash flying around in the parking lot, thank you for that! It is open 24/7, one touchless, one soft touch, and two self-washing bays. It also has a pet wash attached to it. I've been going here for years and my dad always gets us a gift card for here on Christmas, great for getting all that salt off during the winter months :)

This place was perfect for what we needed! My dogs hate baths & then place they we’re basically fine & chill. But 4 stars because the blow dryer barley lets out any air so we payed 8 dollars for it & couldn’t use it. & the water pressure is pretty slow so for my short haired dogs it was fine, but if you have a golden or anything longer it probably won’t work.

The tubs were dirty the shower head was broken and no shampoo or dog shampoo came out of the shower head. The dryer barely worked.

this used to be my go to car wash place, but the last several times I have been there, their car wash was malfunctioning. I just went there today and paid $14 for a premium car wash just for it to give an error. I tried to call the number on their sign, and it went straight to voicemail. I have easily wasted $75 at this place hoping I would get a car wash just for the system to malfunction. you are better off going someplace else.

Used to Love this place! So glad its close by and 24 hours! Only complaint is water takes looong time to warm up and a few times I got no soaps from the hose. Thankfully I had my own with me. So to update how I feel about the pet wash part of this business:.due to my last 3 visits. There has been no soap of ANY kind. I paid $10 each time for water!! I'm Not happy!

I normally don’t leave too many reviews. But this car wash has me really upset. I’ve been going here for years. It was the best car wash around.Don’t know why owners always gotta change something that isn’t broke. Charge more and shorten the wash. Unfortunately I will not be returning unless it goes back how it was a year ago. Your losing a great customer. I used to go about once a week. Not anymore. No more bragging about it being the best car wash anyway. Good things never last.

the owners of this business are honestly the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Their kindness alone brings me back… but also bc the soft touch wash always does a wonderful job, & the prices are good. If there’s a line you usually get to see dogs coming in/out of the pet wash so an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this car wash because the owners are genuine & just good people.

Amazing owner! I finally had a chance to clean out my mom van and he saw me struggling trying to find change so he came over and gave me enough coins to get it cleaned out and to clean it again another time. Very friendly nice and outgoing. They have a very convenient Pet Wash along with the car wash and vacuum and also a groomer and you can also get your dog licenses from right there. I definitely recommend visiting for any of your pet cleaning or car cleaning needs

I have a 2023 Bronco Sport. The drive-thru wash didn't even get the rear of my Bronco wet. Yes, I was stopped where I was supposed to be for the wash. It was still dry, covered in ice and road salt, completely untouched.

Got locked inside the 24/7 auto wash bay because the garage doors didn't open. Called the emergency number listed but went to vm. Lucky for me the door eventually opened and I was able to back out. Texted the number got a response that I would be reimbursed but have yet to see it! I would not recommend this car wash, customer service it terrible!

Used the dog wash. Absolutely terrible. Soap is so watered down can’t lather the dog then the dryer has no power at all. It wouldn’t even start it wasted half of our time given. Go to pet supplies plus or tractor supply you’ll have better luck.

Place is awesome. Drive thru garages (2) spray bays 2 and 3 dog wash station set ups. Sweepers before the wash, I want to say 6 if I remember correctly. Pet ramp to enter tub room, oh yeah the pet was station is inside. It's not forget that part so you can even go in the winter to save you a lot some money. However, the whole setup is pretty cramped and I mean that was everything cuz right behind it. There's apartment complexes and it also shows the plaza of the pizza shop, a head shop and a Verizon store. I will say when you go there late at night. It's very peaceful. Very nice. It's cheaper than the other places around and personally I think it does a better job and the soap smells good and that's for your car!

I love this place and it saves me from a ton of back pain. The dryer could be better and I just recommend bringing a few towels and your own shampoo. All in all I don't end up with a ton of mess and I can wash all 4 dogs at once by linking their leashes through the one chain provided!
