This is a complete scam, unfortunately. I was charged $200 for a wash and barely an interior wipe down that I could’ve gotten at Mister Car Wash for $30. I should have inspected on site, but I had a child with me so we were trying to leave. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw they didn’t even vacuum my trunk, left chocolate residue on the interior of a door, numerous bugs still stuck to my grill, dirt and dust everywhere inside. My husband was furious that I got taken advantage of and said for that price, my vehicle should’ve been show room ready! This operation is using its fancy name to charge exorbitant prices for subpar work. Do not recommend and will not be using them again.

Best car wash in the bay! These guys REALLY KNOW cars, paint jobs, wheels and detailing! They're courteous, professional and they'll work with your schedule to suit your needs. I was very happy! They even gifted me some of the service when I wasn't happy with 1 spot, which deserves commendation because they own up to their work outstandingly!

I got my Honda Accord washed around the Christmas holidays of 2018, and even though this business was packed at the time they still did an amazing job. Wow! Just wow. I just moved down here from upstate New York and my car was absolutely disgusting with salt and sand from two New York winters, spilled coffee, food and more. I’m turning in my lease this weekend, so I brought it to Pronto for a full detail to try to get it better. The reviews recently were sort of a mixed bag, so I wasn’t sure what I’d get, but ProntoWash exceeded my wildest expectations. The car was REALLY dirty and now it looks like the day I brought it home from the dealership. I’m so impressed. The next time I need my new car detailed, I’ll definitely be coming back. I wish I’d taken before and after photos!

I made an appt here for interior/exterior clean (pronto and shine) and there was only one person working. He had another car going so said it would be an hour to hour and a half and would call when ready. An hour and 45 minutes later and no I call I return and ask if the car is ready. I get the keys and was disappointed with the interior clean. It looked like it had just been vacuumed. The dash hadn’t even been touched, still dusty. For over $100 I expected a little better job. Not sure if it was short-staffed or what, but was not a good experience.

These guys are awesome! I have two kids under two and two large dogs. To say the least, it's a handful to keep my car clean. Tonight (Sunday) I removed both car seats and headed out to get my car washed. Unfortunately I showed up at my usual go-to a couple minutes before closing and was turned away. Spare time is precious these days and I was pretty bummed. Luckily, I happened upon ProntoWash at Westshore Mall. They were open until 6, were super friendly and did a great job on my car. Today was one of those days where it really meant a lot. I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

Never go here. They overcharged me an extra 59 dollars, yelled at me on the phone, texted me from a personal number, and didn’t even clean half my car. I was actually astonished by how poorly this place treated me and cleaned the car. I should’ve just paid a child 10 bucks to do it. It would’ve been better and they would’ve been nicer. Just don’t do it.

Just got my car fully detailed and I have never been more impressed in my life!! Q, Kyle, and Virgil all did an amazing job! Amazing job. I took my 2008 Ford Escape to be deep cleaned and disinfected because it had prior mildew damage and it was a completely new car when they returned it. They were prompt, honest, and worked hard to get my car back into shape. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I went to the Westshore location because it had the best ratings but they turned out to be the worst. My car was the only one there that day and I was greeted by an associate on the phone with his friend and wouldn't even look at me in the eye. I was told I would receive a call or text when my car was complete and I never did. So I went back 4 hours later to find that my car was ready and clean with 3 associates sitting down, with no other cars to work, on their phone doing nothing, but I couldn't receive a call or a notification? It got worse when I noticed that they removed my Honda Cup holders and one was now missing. They didn't even try to look and they still charged me full price and wrote down my number so that the owner named Dante would call me and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this location, and if corporate is reading this, check your cameras and you will see all this is true. very disappointed.

Left my car under a tree for a week and it was covered In sap that would not come off, even when I hand washed. Edwin, Reggie and Peaches took 2 1/2 hours to take off as many individual pieces of sap as they could. Car came back looking better than I could've hoped for. This place is great & take the time to take care of your car as if it were their own

I had a FILTHY car. 2 kids, a dog, and a long time with no wash. Chris went above and beyond to scrub my car by hand inside and out and did a stellar job - it’s good as new. Will definitely be back (often)!
