Absolutely love this place. Reggie and his team are fantastic they actually take the time to completely clean your car. This does mean you will have to be prepared to wait for awhile but it's attached to the mall so it's easy to the pass the time. Alot of places now days relay on the machines to do all the work and I always feel like I'm wasting my money and could do it better myself however here they do it better than I can and the price is that much more than going elsewhere.

I bough the 150 dollar out side wash and full interior with carpets and seat cleaning and it was still dirty when I picked it up hours later my cars fairly new so it wasn't extremely dirty . Theres were Spots on the outside of car which I could easily wipe off with my hand after it was done. Definitely do not recommend anyone coming here ! Go anywhere but here.

Pretty disappointing service. Got the basic package for $60 and was called to ask to upgrade to the $100 option in order to tackle the tough spots inside. I agreed, but when i got back there was lots of debris still on the outside that could easily come off just using your nail and several areas inside that still had marks and even sand. I was told that the package i got was not meant for the inside that it was just a light vacuum and i needed to pay $170 to get it properly cleaned. This was my second time coming here and it was in stark contrast with the fantastic service i had received the first time. Don't plan on using their service any time in the future.

I called to schedule an appointment with Kelly who was a pleasure to speak with. I am so grateful for the hard work and effort Brendan put into detailing my mother in-law's car. Her car needed so much TLC and I'm happy to say that Brendan did a wonderful job making that happen! Special thanks to Juan for helping him finish the job. Super easy to make an appointment online. I wanted a really good interior detail (my car was in desperate need of it) and I also had my 3 year old to entertain for the day - so I made it a date day and hung out at the mall while they worked on my car. Lots of fun and shopping instead of waiting around at a car wash - is freaking awesome. Not only did they finish right in the amount of time they told me they would, but they did a fantastic job. My car looks fantastic! Super friendly service, plus the prices are fantastic compared to other detail shops. 5+ stars. I will be back!

I have waited 8 days since having my vehicled "cleaned" her to leave a review. I have even used their website to contact the business and to no avail. Therefore, this review is deemed necessary. I had scheduled an appointment online the night before and arrived before the staff did. My original plan was just too get the $40 wash and interior package but after talking to the gentlemen who showed up, we discussed the $125 package including orbital buffing to the exterior of the vehicle. I was told that it would be about 2.5 hours, which I understand to be the normal with ProntoWash and their services. However, I was shocked to receive a text from their automated system only 96 minutes after completing paperwork. I know why it only took 96 minutes to complete my overpriced service... They didn't clean everything. The rims were still dirty, the inside of my windshield and touch screen had their cleaning solution stuck on it, they only cleaned the front seats not the back seats of cargo area. The seats were still wet that it actually stained my shirt when I sat down to drive. The citrus scent was gone from my vehicle very quickly which I know fades, but it has never faded that fast. It's more than obvious that since Yaniel left this company, they no longer take pride in the work they do and assume that doing a faster and shorter job will bring them more business. The only issue with that is the fact the low road has no exits. Well boys, enjoy your time at this job but I assure you that my vehicles will not be serviced here ever again.

FOUR AND A HALF HOURS!! Not only is the amount of time rediculous but they didn’t even touch the inside!! They were very nice and sympathetic to how long it was taking after all I did not make a appointment however if you’re going to tell me two hour then take four and a half then only do a quarter of the job don’t charge me!! The exterior would have been good if they cleaned my windshield.. my windshield... how do you forget a windshield? I do NOT recommend!!

Update 9/6: Spoke to Peyton and he was very courteous and offered to resolve any issues I had. I’ll definitely give the mobile detailing another try in the future as I know I can’t judge them based on this one experience. I’ve used Pronto Wash at the mall many times in the past. They’ve always done a decent job. I tried mobile detailing this time and was a bit disappointed. Perhaps most frustrating is that after paying $300 with tip, I noticed he didn’t even wash/wax the top of the car (I gave him a step stool earlier too). Then he seemed to be in a hurry to get to another job. I felt bad because it was so hot, but I did my best to accommodate by pulling the car in the garage and giving the guy water. I just felt like I paid way too much for what I got.

My car looks better than when I bought it! The staff and manager are very professional and friendly. It's obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. They offer extra services, but aren't pushy about it, though I did opt for the leather conditioning for an extra $25. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and don't forget to tip!

What a great job! Unfortunately, I forget the man's name who did the detailing, that's my bad. Hopefully it will come back to me, but he was great! I've seen some not great reviews, and I get it. Sometimes you have experiences different from other, but take a minute and read below, please: I called the number to schedule an appointment to have my wife's Mazda CX-5 cleaned. They said they could get me in at 4:00pm (they close at 6:00pm, mind you). I went in a few minutes after 4:00pm. The young man said he was finishing another car, and was the only one scheduled working that day, but that it should be ready around 5:30-6:00pm. Well, I came back around 6:00pm, and it still was not ready. Well, I know this seems like a knock, but it's not. He took the time to make sure the car was done, and stayed until after 7:30pm to make sure it was done right. You can tell he was trying to make sure it was done right, even after having been there doing all the cars since 9:00am. This is a great example of working until a job is finished. I really appreciate the great work he did, and putting the time into it....especially considering this car had seen better days on the interior! There were spills in there, not mention it needed a really good shampoo and vacuum, he came in and cleaned and buffed it all out. It looked fantastic. Now, will it look better than if you bought a car new? No. There is wear and tear that will always be there unless you physically start replacing the interior. But, I can say he got it into as of a good condition as you can without replacing anything. Bravo! Will be back again with our other vehicle for a regular "maintenance" cleaning. A++

I've been looking for a car detailing company for about 2 weeks now. Everyone wants to put you on a monthly package and bill you each month and I don't wanna do that! I was recommended to use Pronto Wash. I called and spoke with Kelly who was so very nice. I just wondered my car washed and vacuumed but ended up getting the $149 package. The Tech came out on Saturday (yesterday) morning and spent about 3 hours on my car. When he got there he said my car was not even that dirty. Once he was done in left I looked over my car and was extremely unhappy with the service I received. The vents were still dusty and dirty. There were dirt drips on the exterior of the car, the interior door frame was dirty. There were places that weren't vacuumed and dust/dirt still on the outside of the car. I called the corporate office after the tech left and spoke to a girl name Ari. She was so very sweet and apologetic. She told me that she was having their district manager, Dante come out and correct my car for me today (Sunday). Can I tell you that my car looks brand new!!! I have a 2016 and take pretty good care of it but he made it look like it just came off the show room floor!!!! For $149, you expect to get as close to perfection as possible. He did just that! He was incredibly nice and professional! Customer service is everything to me in a business! I will absolutely recommend anyone to use Pronto Wash!

I am absolutely blown away be the level of customer service I received from ProntoWash. My 2005 Toyota Corolla looks brand new! They went above and beyond and made my car look spotless. Having two dogs, it’s practically impossible for me to get every dog hair and scrub off their nose art on the windows but ProntoWash made it look like I never had a dog in my car EVER! My windows look almost invisible, they are so clean! It’s also extremely convenient that they are located in the mall parking garage so while my car was getting cleaned, I could get so shopping done! The customer service the manager, Orlando, displayed is top notch. He was very informative with the different packages and made me excited to use their services. Wendell was the associate that worked on my car and he did AMAZING! Thank you Wendell & Orlando for making my experience one to remember. I will definitely be returning and recommend anyone who reads this to do the same!

Worst car wash experience ever! Not only did they NOT clean my car, for $37.00 with tip, exterior only, they cracked my windshield in the process! With no offering to reimburse my money, even for the car wash itself. I was given a # to call, still waiting on a call back, to discuss a resolution. Will never be back! I'll stick to hand washing my own car. Cheaper and safer.

Went to this detail place back in May. These guys mixed the product wrong and streaked up the entire interior of our vehicle. We contacted the owner who was very nice and said he would refund our money because we had to pay someone else to fix this mess. Well, it is now July and we never did receive any refund. I contacted the owner twice and twice he said he would refund us. Not holding my breath and would never take any vehicle back to this place. If you want something done right...do it yourself. In response to your response: Mr. Rodetsky (Regional operations manager) has all of my information and has not sent refund as promised.

I’m pretty disappointed in the glass cleaning and timeliness of my visit. I was a walk-in (they have a sign that says walk-ins welcome). The glass is so streaky (photos) and for the price of $179 for interior detailing, I expected one of the more important parts of the car to be cleaned better. I appreciate the seats being shampoo’s but I didn’t even get a warning that they’d be wet upon retrieval. I’m not mad about it, but at least let me know they’d be wet for at least 24 hrs after. Provide a plastic sheet to sit on to take it home so my bum isn’t wet maybe? Idk. I don’t think this place is worth their price point.

Perfect service and cleaned soap stains off my car. I just left a self-service Baywash where my car had gotten stained from highly chemical pink soap. A foaming scrub brush did my car dirtier than cleaner. I wasn't sure what to do so I called and came to Pronto Wash and they tested a panel and voila! They buffed the entire front end free of the pink stains and completely took away all my stress and anxiety! Worth every penny for the buffer and clay bar detail! Come see Pronto Wash @ Citrus Park Mall. This crew of guys will not let you down.

I’ll give it two stars since the staff was personable. I chose the interior/exterior option. I would’ve been better off going to a drive-thru wash. My windows were still dirty. I scratched off dirt on my vehicle. My side view mirrors could not have been touched. I had to request for someone to wipe down my windshield because it still had dirt and marks on it. The top of my car still has dirt. I have not parked under any trees since leaving the location (all of an hour and a half ago) and there’s still leaves and sticks still on my car. And specks you see, I photographed them because I attempted to scratch them to see if they could be removed (they can be and should’ve been completed there especially if it takes an hour to do). I am thoroughly upset because I spent $35 for “service” that should’ve received $15. Update: I should‘be got my money back.
