UNPROFESSIONAL! I contacted Professional Touch because I I had family coming in town and we were going to New Orleans so I wanted a nice, clean car for everyone to ride in. I called professional touch and spoke with the gentleman who washes the cars (never got his name). He was extremely short on the phone but had so many positive reviews that I didn't really think much of it and didn't care if he did a good job with my car. I told him I wanted the Express Detail...he showed up when he said he was going to, which was great. Once he arrived I told him that I had two dogs (short haired) so that there was some dog hair in the car....before even looking in the car he said he didn't do dog hair and proceeded to tell me that dog hair didn't come up with a regular vacuum. I understood this because I too have tried to get dog hair out and it is difficult. I asked if he had the tools to get it out and after protesting several times, he reluctantly told me he could do it but it would be at least $150. Since I planned on paying $50, it was not something I wanted to do at that time. I asked if he could just do his normal cleaning and I didn't care if there was still hair in the car when he was done because I mainly wanted it wiped down since I was going out of town. He rudely told me, "no, I don't do half jobs." I again asked if there was anything he could do because I was going out of town TODAY (had it scheduled for the day before but he canceled due to rain....never rained) and he again just said no. This experience was the farthest thing from a "Professional Touch." BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....if he would have tried to help me out or told me what he could do instead of all the things he couldn't do, he could have secured at a minimum 6 recurring customers because I had several co-workers who also wanted washes and want washes on a regular basis. Clearly run by someone who isn't interested in growing his business.

I NEVER leave reviews whether good or bad service (just not my thing), but I promised I would take a minute to leave one for this guy. This morning I had my 2010 Nissan Altima mini-detailed, and I swear it’s like a have a brand new car!!!! He not only came to me, but was on-time, polite, took his time to work diligently, and detailed both the interior and exterior of my vehicle to perfection AND for a reasonable cost. Everything is shiny and I’m STILL trying to figure out how he got stains out of my car that have been there since college! 5 stars truly aren’t even enough. I’m highly pleased and recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Nice and friendly! And when I say my car was spotless I meeeean spotless! He cleaned my car I would clean it only better. It was a total mess to after being stolen and recovered. I never seen a cleaning service do so well. Even better is the fact that he comes to you! Definitely give him a call!!

Best and only trusted guy for a professional detail in Jackson MS. Had my dads Toyota Highlander detailed. I picked the mini detail package and Martinez spent 3.5 hours on the car. Looks better than the first day we bought it. He has all the latest and high tech equipment that real professionals use. Just watching him detail the car and you will be sold on how skilled he is. If your looking for someone you can trust on your $50,000 and above car then this is your guy. If you have an expensive car or just want that showroom ready look then Martinez is your guy. I literally crawled out of bed to hand him the keys. Did it all in the connivence of my driveway. Why waste time taking it somewhere else when you can sit back and relax at home sipping coffee while Martinez is working is majic outside your private home or work. I did the all the research and he is the best price in our area. But you also get the most skilled detailer in our area. The google reviews do not lie. My dad is now pimping in his Toyota highlander.

Got my wife's care detailed for Mother's Day. The whole car looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Very courteous and professional. The seats were stained and a mess, now they look like new, as do the carpets. The interior looks great, including the cracks and crevices. I highly recommend Professional Touch Mobile Detailing.

He did an awesome job! My car seats were badly stained and while I knew all traces of the stains wouldn't be able to come out-he got most of them and the exterior cleaning was amazing too! And the price was reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Mr. White was very professional and courteous. Gave approximate estimate over phone and directed me to his website. Scheduled an appointment. He called and verified before coming. He arrived promptly and went over car to note any areas of concern and probable results after detailing. He was very thorough. Very happy with his work. Scheduling detail of another vehicle next week. Prices are reasonable for the work done. Also will be using him for pressure washing house and driveway. Finally great customer service for a change in this area.

Martinez is awesome! Decided to sell my daughter's 2014 Altama and wanted the car professionally detailed. Outside and inside as I knew the inside was in need of some much needed attention. Martinez arrived as promised and we looked at the car. Martinez explained to me In great detail the hard work it would take to get the car to look its best. Martinez took the time to show me certain spots that where just neglected so long and he wanted me to understand our expectations could only go so far due to the neglect of the car. I called Martinez because while reading his reviews I came across people that wrote how Martinez was very upfront with them and told them that he couldn't fix their problem until other issues where addressed. My Nissan Altima with black interior was so pitiful! Vinyl looked dingy, cloth was just dirty and not fresh. Professional Touch BLEW ME AWAY! My seats, console, floor matts, and rims literally look more clean than when I bought the car. Now everyone in my family wants a detail job from Martinis! Truly amazed and SO worth every penny. I got the mini detail and felt a little reluctant to spend $145 on my car. After I saw how hard he worked and how awesome the car looked, that amount seemed well worth it! He literally spent 3 and a half hours on my car. It was a superb job, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Professional service! Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend! Martinis took on the enormous task of turning my husband's "filthy inside and out, hadn't been cleaned in yearS" crossover and making it look like a brand new ride so we could give it to our daughter for her first car. I ran over a can of spray paint that was on the highway and got silver paint all along one side of my car and onto the back, including 2 of my tires and my windows on one side. I called Martinis and he came out that same day to give me an estimate, and then came back later that day and meticulously worked to get the paint off. He managed to gently get rid of all of the paint and my car looks like new again! Great job Martinis - you rock and I highly recommend your service!

After today, I'll never trust anyone but Professional Touch to detail my car. I've neglected cleaning my car for quite a while and knew I needed to get someone to detail it. I took a shot on Professional Touch because of all the good reviews. Professional Touch is a little more expensive than everyone else, but every penny is absolutely worth it! Martinis worked on detailing my car for about 3 and a half ours. His attention to detail is incredible. He even took the seats out of my car to make sure he could clean in every little crack. If that doesn't show his commitment to doing his best I don't know what does. My car looked brand new when he was done with it! You need to give him a call because you won't find anyone better around.

My neighbor left my window down after using my car and it was warm so the inside molded and mildewed because the car was not being used because my husband was deployed. The scent of the mold and mildew was very volatile. Everything inside was molded. The steering wheel, dashboard, etc. Along with stains on the seats. The trunk was molded and dirty as well. He (Martinis) did an EXCELLENT job on the car!! There are the before and after shots below. I am amazed that it turned out so good afterwards, however, I'm not surprised because he spent 5 hours on the car took the seats out and everything. It. Was. AWESOME!! A very good deep detail. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be using his services again! Best detail service I have used thus far.
