Car wash popped my tire and they refused to replace it. Drove in fine and when I drove out my rim was on the ground. When I tried to get an owners number to call and try to sort it out, one of the employees started cussing me out and trying to fight me.. Not sure how this guy even got hired. Go anywhere else.

The customer service at this location is beyond superb. I had one minor issue and the owner himself called to correct the issue just minutes after I left a message. He was absolutely respectful and helpful and you just don’t get that kind of service everywhere. The car wash itself is amazing. My car is always sparkling and shiny when I leave and it’s free vacuuming. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you again for your kindness!!

The machines still miss a few sections to clean. Blow dryers could be better. Free vacuums are great but a few are faulty. Just hit a few points to 5 star.

I was in town and decided to stop by and get a wash. My truck was very muddy and a manager by the name of Q pulled me to the side to help me out and to guarantee to get all of the mud off of my truck so when I went through the wash I would be guaranteed clean. Really loved the way he handled his customer service and even took care of me will be visiting more when I come back in town.

My new favorite car wash. I used a certain one in Brandon for over 10 years and they refused to put the pre wash wells back in because you would drive through wash more often if they didn't. Wrong. 5 Minute Car Wash has the wells, pleasant employees and a drive through that got my car and truck clean. I still wash my car just as often as I always have.

Use to be great, but unlike others, they still have the bug wash. I paid for the highest wash just now. I did not get a wall of soap, no tire shine, no pressure washing on wheel wells and running boards, and the guys didn't really seem to want to be there and were not doing the best job. I also had problems with scratches in these car washes, but they always blamed me. When I left because of moving, one of their workers finally admitted that stuff does get trapped in those brushes, and they have taken out fishing lines with hooks and ratchet straps, often!

Best car wash in Rankin County and most like Mississippi. This is a great car wash! Very clean, does a great job along with great employees and facility. I am very picky so I will continue to do business here.

First trip back since the remodel. The $13.00 wash is horrible. No one scrubbed the rear of my SUV. It came out looking half clean. Tire shine is non existent. Won't return. Hopefully the one that is about to open will be better.

I have been a customer here for over 8 years. A few months ago this car wash made over $3,000 worth of damage to my truck and they refused to pay for it. It nearly ripped my entire front bumper off. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP.

Raised rates about 20% on the subscription members with no notice. Then when I questioned why there was no notice I was told that everything is going up. I asked for a number to speak to supervisor or owner because I felt as though this company was being dishonest and was told no. Someone was supposed to call me but Noone ever has. Pay attention to your charges. I missed it for 3 months so it's my fault for not continually checking on the price.

I have the premium membership so my daughter and I go very often. I have to say that Clay is the nicest guy I have met in a long time. He is so professional and courteous to us and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. Makes us have a better day when we leave.

I have been a loyal customer for almost two years. My wife went through the wash in Flowood recently and the machine ripped her back left bumper cover off of her Suburban. It did have a small crack at the top of the corner of the bumper cover that had been there for one year. We have been through the car wash many times in the last year. A worker saw what happened and commented that the blower must have gotten behind the side of the bumper cover. it was dragging the ground and the worker taped it up with blue painter's tape. She filled out an incident report and was told that someone would be in contact within the next few days. A week and a half passed and so I went by to ask about the follow up call that we never received. After 15 minutes of digging through paperwork they finally found the report and told me that someone would be in touch. A week and a half later I get a call from Andrew telling me that they reviewed the video and checked their equipment and that the equipment was working correctly. I told him that I knew we had a small crack in the bumper cover but that we had been through many times with no problem. Andrew told me that because the Suburban was a 2017 model and due to the fact that the bumper was not in new condition, they would not cover it. I am very disappointed that they bear no responsibility for any of the damage. We will not be back and will never refer anyone to 5 Minute Express Car Wash. I wasn't looking for them to pay for the entire repair but the fact that they would not accept any responsibility. The age of the vehicle should not be an excuse as we have always taken car of our vehicles. They are all about the money and not customer service!! Response to 5 Minute Express I read your response to my review and I did contact your company and received a call from Andrew. Andrew and I talked at length and I was told that you would accept no responsibility for the damage caused by your equipment. You can read my initial review as I stated that I had talked with one of your representatives. Your response seems to be a coached response to take you off the hook for the damage done to my vehicle by your equipment.

This Car Wash service does a great job and I’m constantly pleased with its service. I prefer the cloth spinners over the bristle ones to prevent scratches in the paint. Great job guys!

Disappointed with my visit today. First time thru the wash, area on car was missed. Attendant declined to look at missed area but offered a re-wash. After re-wash missed area only partly cleaned. Time to consider a other car wash.

I've had two instances of scratches on my car. One was an older car that I let slide. The more recent was on my newer vehicle. I took it back the next day to fill out a "report", and was told to get an estimate to repair. I got the estimate and delivered the same day, which shocked the Brandon Manager (I think this was a stall tactic). The mood with the on site manager immediately changed. After a few emails back and forth, I was told the damage was pre existing. No phone call, nothing. I asked to see footage only to be shown grainy footage on a Cell Phone (impossible to tell). Lack of technology investment from a camera perspective. Onsite manager then told me it was because of a laundry basket. Seriously? This was caused by rocks/debris embedded into the front rollers. Was forced to take the owner to small claims court, where I lost. I lost because I was not able to prove it. First time I have ever done that, but it was because I was led on to believe it would be resolved, then once I got the quote for repair (their instructions) the defensive walls went up. No apology, no offer to make it right (free car washes don't count), just a dismissive attitude. I assume because this was the price. I understand that there a lot of people that try and pull one over to get free repairs. Why in the world would a business man like myself waste that much time? The fact that the business did nothing to try and resolve my issue, not even a phone call, told me what they were all about. Like a lot of the more recent reviews, there's tons of damage and little accountability. Will never go back and have told my story to at least ten people that also said they would never come back. I know it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things to them, but I feel better doing my part. Co worker said their wiper blade was broke off, and they got the same treatment. This location has workers who aren't trained well, and don't tape your rear wiper, etc. (that was also scratched too) So for anyone else, go anywhere but here. Mister and GoShine is my new go to. They have far superior technology (better cameras when you go in) and give out hand towels to dry after. Never an issue.

The guys at the beginning of the wash have just become a joke. Im not even sure why they are there anymore. Half way spray under spray and tailgate brush while all 3 are just playing around. They also did not tape my door key pad. This will be my last month as a member.
