The car wash is fast and washes the car pretty good. But as of today I have not received a towel as advertised. There is always a reason why they can't give me one. This is part of the deal. Very disappointing.

Prices are cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. My car came out looking worse than it did before it went in to get washed. Worst car wash I have ever had. Spend $2 more and get something better somewhere else.

We have called every body shop in Charlotte after we had a little accident the night before. Every place we called said they didn't have any tech person working or was closing up early due to being slow. Auto spa really help us out a lot they went out of their way helping us to make sure that we would leave there safe. I would highly recommend going there for their service they are patients kind and very hard working men. If I'm ever back in Charlotte I would be going to them.

These guys are friendly and provide good service helping with payment, guiding you on the ramp, and prewashing/prepping. Sometimes a few of the vacuums don't work or don't work well. They need to go back to the pricing they had before they changed owners. Seems like price changed, but nothing else.

I had a bad experience at this place. They charged me $41 for an oil change instead of $24.99 as advertised. I even asked the guy before the oil was done how much it was going to cost me, and he said $31 max in case they put 1 extra quart . However, when I got to the cash register, I got charged $41. This is a rip off. on top of that, no free car wash . This is my second time here but will be my last time here for sure. Low quality oil and overcharging people is not the way to do business. I will go to better business bureau if you don't give me a refund. Dont come here, their oil is low quality and so is their car wash.

As odd as this might sound, that was the most fun oil change I've ever had. They got me in and out quickly, were very polite/respectful, and did everything I asked for correctly! The price is reasonable, but comes with a free car wash and if you go online and schedule an appointment you get $5 off (making it a very good deal). They do state inspections too, so in 45 minutes you can get new oil, a clean car, an inspection, and probably laugh at least a few times! I would like to state that they started to do an inspection, but noticed an issue right away and DID NOT CHARGE ME because they knew it was going to be a failure.

I have been washing both of my family’s vehicles here for awhile. The staff is friendly and helpful every time. For the prices you get a great quality wash. They are open everyday. The only knock on them is sometimes the vacuum suction isn’t always consistent. Some days it’s very strong, other days it seems weaker. Overall it’s a great car wash. You will like it.

Charlotte location is HORRIBLE! In my honest opinion, it should be CLOSED! Vacs don't work, scanner doesn't work, gate doesn't work! 1 star as the lone worker (Trukk) did the best he could under the horrid conditions...

I love the university carwash and they now have towels, glass cleaner and air fresher on both sides of the car wash for the customers. Oh yeah free vacuums as well. But the part I love the most is that it is free just pull up and they will send you through the carwash.

I love coming here for the 50% student discount because it’s conveniently located down the road from UNC Charlotte. Came for a $7 ride-thru wash, the employee offered a free wash but I insisted on at least giving him a tip. Service was great, highly recommend.

went there and got the package that includes everything .. nobody did a damn thing ?? i waited at the end for a minute or two then proceeded to pull into a spot i saw the guy walk out then walk back through the car wash nobody dried my car gave my tire rims a shine or anything that came with the package . SUPER disappointed i could’ve hand washed my car better because my mirrors were still dirty to ?!

They took the time to actually make sure my rim were clean as well as the tire. These guys spent 1their time hand drying the car with a towel. Car literally looks like a mirror after the wash. Definitely sending my friends over.
