Missed appointment with no contact to let me know. I waited an hour and reached out via phone. Was told the crew was delayed because they were on an RV that needed additional work and he would let me know an estimated time that the crew would arrive. 1 hour later I reached out via text and got no reply. 3 hr late I reached out with another text requesting update, No Reply. Had to book with another company but lost an entire afternoon for my Wife and I as both vehicles were to be washed. Complete disregard for our time. Super disappointed & hope he works on communication skills. To just leave people hanging like this is a really poor way to run a business. If your so busy you don't want new business simply don't provide a quote. This website really misrepresents the way the company is run. Not professional, more like run out of a guys garage and its not his number one priority.

Nick has helped me get my car cleaned from the old owner who had left a few stains. He cleaned the interior of my car made it look brand new. He’s detailed the exterior of my car when I first got my truck it had sap spots all over it. I gave him an hour he got them all off and my paint had never looked better! He does good honest work for a great price I will continue to use this business for all my detailing needs.

Nick has detailed my Jaguar xkr numerous times and done a fabulous job! He has always been punctual and professional. After seeing how well nick did I also had him detail both of my parents SUV’s which really needed a good wash and they came out amazing! There’s not a lot to expect out of a mobile detailing business other than a clean car, but Nick goes above and beyond. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, thoughtful, and genuine. I would highly reccomend Pristine as one of the best detailers in Arizona. They are always on time and great at working with your daily life to get you scheduled. They will have your car spotless and shining. I swear it looked like I just got my car from the dealership. Nick and his employees are very respectful and professional. Everything is up front and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Prices are very fair and I was very happy with the finished product.

Nick did a great job on my car. I have black interior and it was covered in dog hair PLUS food was in the perforated air conditioned seats, so cool air was no longer able to come through. He was able to get it clean and it looked like a new car interior. I like that Nick communicates in a timely manner. I would recommend Nick and I will use him again.

My first experience dealing with Pristine Mobile Auto Detailing, I was extremely happy with the results! Nick was very courteous and respectful, I have a Black Chevy Tahoe, after I got it back, I could not believe the difference a great wax and detail would make. I used to go to a local chain car wash, they used to be good but noticed that their details are slipping and I really needed my SUV detailed, saw Pristine on Yelp, saw the reviews snd I figured I would try them. Very happy with the results, scheduled my time and got a text the day of the detail, before he started on exactly which package I chose , I liked that so there would be no conflict later if wanted something different. I also got the engine cleaned, looks amazing! Carpets were very clean and the whole SUV was done perfectly. Now I don't want to bring it out of the garage!!! Great job Nick, will definitely be back again. I also saw one bad review from someone, I would not take that one into any consideration, Nick the owner was perfect with timing and letting me know when to pick it up. Sometimes things in life happen and to post a negative review is unfair to the business.

My experience with Pristine Window Tinting was wonderful. Nick was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The fitment of the tint and how he applied the tint to the windows making sure there is no streaking or bubbles for the final product. Very respectful and couldn't asked for a better job! Definitely will be having other vehicles tint be done by Pristine Window Tinting and will be recommending friends and family. Couldn't praise the professionalism and final work enough!!

Nick and his team demonstrated highly unprofessional behavior during a recent detailing service on my brother’s vehicle. After noticing some questionable conduct, we reviewed our Ring camera footage and were deeply disturbed by what we saw. The individuals were shouting profanities and repeatedly using racial slurs, including the hard “R.” Upon further investigation, we discovered that Nick has a concerning background, including a troubling police record. Given this behavior and history, we strongly believe he should not be operating a business or working on anyone’s vehicle.
