I shouldn’t have to get home and spend 45 minutes wiping down the inside and outside of my vehicle after paying $27 for someone else to do it. Get it just goes to show, if you want something done right you’d better do it yourself. This was my first and LAST visit to this place.

We stopped at the car wash and asked for a hand wash no detailing, at that moment 6 people were just standing around doing nothing. Than they said to me that they only do 1 detail a day and they are a week out of an opening. I followed by saying that I only wanted a hand wash and no detailing and again he said no. I try to support local businesses as much as I can because I am a Cave Creek full time resident 😞😞😞

Always great car wash service here...for my truck...so really, a great truck wash. Standard drive through wash, with the $25 Express Wash they pre-spray off the surface of your vehicle, grille, undercarriage/rocker panels, and in our case, camper shell. With our FJ Cruiser the team here even helped remove the radio antenna first...nice touch. Upon exiting the foamy light show as I'll call it, and surviving the high speed blow dry, just turn left as your truck drip dries. This is where the real service kicks off, as the red shirt team (they would never survive a Star Trek episode) takes to your vehicle with towels and compressed air. The guys here even open up our camper shell and blow out the dusty truck bed, nice touch number two. Vacuuming out the kick panels and footwells is included as well, tire dressing, and we are on our way clean and shiny again...all in under 30 minutes. Nice experience all around here, tough to beat for $25 plus tip.

Wanted to support a local business, so I thought I'd try here.. guy we "greeted" me wasn't very upbeat or seemed to care I was there. I told him I'd never been there, so I asked what packages were. I got the middle package, and I left with soap on the front half of my car, and the back side was still covered in dirt. Leaving was confusing as the sign said to go right and do idk what, but it was so small I wasn't sure, so I left. A lot of employees are just sitting around and not really enthusiastic, I guess. I might try again and hopefully will get a better experience.

Always busy, but I got in behind 4 cars this past Saturday! Fast & efficient! Typical friendly cashier. Just be aware of a guy who solicits business on windshield replacement while he works on cleaning cars there. He walks around checking out car windshields for any impairments ( breaks, cracks) while you are in line to get the car washed. Then he offers to replace your windshield. Not sure if this is part of the car wash service or a 1 guy side option. I am thinking it is the latter because there is no sign indicating this windshield replacement service is offered by the car wash business. I'd give the car wash 5 stars, but I don't need this guy bothering me everytime I come thru. It is uncomfortable.

Went there yesterday around 4pm for a carwash and interior clean. Outside looked good, but noticed an hour later when driving against the sun how smudged up my windshield was. You could literally see where the person wiped the windshield. Had my friends in the car and they commented on how dirty the windshield was as well. the dashboard LCD screen also still showed all kinds of fingerprints. My friend's wife who was sitting on the light colored rear seat mentioned that there was all kinds of dirt on the seat and brushed it off before sitting down. This is the second time I had a sub-par experience. For $25 plus tip this is not going to be a repeat.

Paid for a full interior clean - drive away and there are still crumbs in my cup holders, coffee drip stains on the center console, dirt on the back seats, and mud stains on the interior doors. It’s as if they did only the most cursory vacuum or wipe down of the interior of my car. Disappointed and won’t be returning for that price.

We had our car washed yesterday and today we noticed wax spots all over the windshield and the hood. We needed to get out the towels and Windex to remove them and will go elsewhere going forward. What a shame of time and money.

Automated wash does a good job but I am very disappointed with the inside cleaning my attendant did. Vacuumed just OK, not great, but WIPING was a disaster!!! I asked for OBVIOUS areas to be redone but still had to wipe other areas like top of dashboard myself when I returned home!!! And I have a small, tini weenie car!!!! This isn’t the first time this has occurred, so I think now, it will be my LAST! 👎🏻

It was awful. When I can run my hands over the car and get dirty, something is wrong. I expected more. I have been here for a “normal” car wash and never been real happy. Thought a detail would be better. So disappointed. Car wash never real good. $120 detail is more like a good car wash. Never again.

Place is great. I usually wash my truck but when it’s too hot in the summer this is a great option. Best part is they at least spray your car down before going through to remove most of the dirt and debris unlike the “other” places. Covered area to wipe your car down and it’s never too busy.

I've been going here for 9 years. Over those 9 years the service has deteriorated and the prices went up, up ,up. I just had a vehicle "detailed" $120. The price sounds okay for detail on an F150, but not the case. I wound up with what I would consider pretty good wash job. That's it! Nobody seems to be paying attention to what going on around there and there certainly is no quality control. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a one anomaly. I have four vehicles that I routinely take there. Last week I was there and it was clear the staff was smoking pot in the back room. Stay your money and take your business elsewhere. For me, this was the last straw!

The quality of service is extremely poor. I paid for a full service X-treme Shine and when they finished my car it was if they had done nothing. The carpets were still dirty, dust inside on the seats and console, interior windows still dirty. They didn't even lift up the mats to vacuum and barely wiped anything down. I kept asking them to fix the issues and they grew increasingly frustrated. Do not frequent thus car wash.

Cave Creek Carwash is our go to for both of our cars. The management and employees are always extremely polite and the express and full service are top notch! The cars come out looking good! And the dog snacks are always a treat!
