Quick, professional, affordable and did not try to convince me to spend more money on things I may not need! Also, I used a Groupon and they were fully cooperative and scheduled my appointment right away That's a win in my book! I will continue to get my oil changed here 😊

My oil change only took 30 minutes. They were super careful. They cleaned my windows and left a bottle of water for me too! Highly recommend.

They were quick and efficient, I didn’t have an appointment but they had a cancellation and got me right in. The customer service at the counter could have been better. But overall they did a great job. I did ask to look at my tire because a sensor light was in and they said they don’t have a sensor machine. I’m not sure that was true. I will go back and give them another shot, it could have been just an off day. Or maybe it was bc I had a Groupon. I feel like companies don’t like that. I also asked them to put my new wipers on, and they didn’t. I did ask for my air filter to be changed and they said it was clean and didn’t need it. I really appreciate the honesty. It makes me trust them for future services.

Waking up Christmas morning to a puddle of oil under our van was not the gift I was hoping for. With having to leave to return to work in Canada in the 27th I was feeling more stressed than expected with the situation. However, when I called Priors first thing on the 26th I was put at ease almost instantly. Without any hesitation I was able to get my van in for 9:30am and by 11am I had a call with the three possible issues and the price points. By 2:30pm the same day my engine was all out back together the busted oil filter housing had been replaced, the engine compartment cleaned out and we were ready to roll. I can not thank the guys at Priors enough for their top notch service, professional and exceptional workmanship and fair and competitive pricing. While I do not reside in Spokane I do highly recommend choosing Priors to everyone for your auto service needs. You will not regret it.

I moved out here last year and have been having a hard time finding good quality service for almost anything including certain healthcares and salons. I’m not picky either I just want a place to go for certain things. I went to this shop for an oil change I purchased at a discount on Groupon. They did the oil change and their inspection that comes with that. I expressed that I had gone to Firestone for a tune up and brought my own lugs and everything for them to swap out. They said they’d take care of it. And they didn’t do the full inspection. I had to go back because my lugs were still in my car and the manager explained that they didn’t even do the break inspection they were supposed to check for. They did do the work the second time I went in but my time is money so I was nice about it but not happy. It felt like I spent $200 for nothing. My car seemed to feel the same and only felt worse the longer I drove it after that. One appointment at priors and for an oil change nonetheless… they diagnosed a light I had coming on and quoted me a price for that as well as front breaks which turned out I needed. Very friendly and didn’t gatekeep info when I asked about what to do next. He threw out different shop ideas and even informed me that my car takes premium. Since I left yesterday my car has been running way better. I was almost on e so I went over and filled up with premium from a suggested gas station. My gas mileage is at 40.3 average mpg after a day of deliveries yesterday(I deliver from my vehicle) which is all stop and go. On the highway I was pulling in well above 50 average mpg. Up from 30ampg. Overall would totally recommend. I read a previous review that said it’s like a shop of dads. I only really talked with one man who I believe is named Kevin and got complete dad vibes. Will be going back for service and will definitely spread the word! Thanks guys! Oh lastly they put a cold bottle of water with a 10percent off for a future service card in my cup holder which was a really nice touch considering how expensive everything is now adays.

I am new to Spokane and a friend suggested I try them. I had my rear brake pads replaced and had great service. I was able to book an appointment right away and was in and out quickly. I received great customer service and price was less than going to the dealership and more convenient. I will continue to use Priors for my future car servicing needs.

I have taken 3 of my vehicles to Priors for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem. The work is completed accurately and quickly. They are HONEST and don’t recommend things you don’t need. Their prices are fair and I trust them explicitly with my vehicles!!

I had a brake job done on my 2017 Colorado. The service was fast and convenient. Other places quoted me a king’s ransom for the job, Prior’s was very reasonable on their pricing and were very transparent and honest about what I actually needed. This is a great place to get your vehicle serviced.

This was my 1st visit @ your auto care company. I purchased a full synthetic Groupon for my Honda Accord. My appointment was at 3. Corey waited on me. He did not make eye contact with me at all. He acted like he was in a hurry. I felt like he wanted to get me in & out. And that's exactly what happened. I was there for maybe 15 mins. He didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns. According to the Groupon package. I was supposed to receive a brake inspection, battery test & scanner diagnosis. I did not receive those services. Only the oil change. I was also charged an additional fee of $5.98 for waste & a Groupon Syn. charge. I was not informed that there would be any additional charges. There were a couple of things under the hood that I wanted him to look at & consult with me about for future repairs. Unfortunately, I was made to feel rushed. Maybe if my gender was male, I would have been treated differently. Or maybe it was because I was a Groupon customer? Regardless, I wasn't impressed! I will not go back to Prior's or recommend your business.

Bought a used car from a dealership and went here to get an inspection. They were very friendly and helpful but they said I would need new brakes as soon as I had time to get them done. I went to do them myself only to find out the brakes were only a few months old and had lots of life left. Very disappointing because if I didn’t know any better I would’ve had them do it and wouldn’t have known that they were not needing to be replaced at all.

My kiddos and I went in this morning for a Groupon deal for an oil change. They were polite and fast and even put a nice cold water inside my car for me! My kids even got to take a magazine they thought was cool! Great service! Will be back!

Exceptional and honest service. I've been coming to this shop since 2018 and had nothing but great experience. Brought my vehicle in for oil change today not only did they do the service but cleaned my vehicle as well. Frankly my vehicle was filthy and did not see a carwash for over a month. If you need honest service. Prior is the place to go.

Prior's does good quality work, at a fair price, and they don't try to upsell on anything. Very trustworthy.

I've used Prior's for about 15 years. They are not the cheapest, but I feel like they do what they say they will do. The work is of good quality and they are communicative and fair.

I brought my car in because my A/C was not working in June 2023. They “fixed” it but my car continued to slowly leak coolant. Come May 2024 (11 months later and the first time I had to use A/C in 9-months), it again was not working. I brought my car back in and had them pull up my last service and told them it wasn’t working again and that they had told me if the first fix didn’t work, then it had to be another issue but I didn’t ask many questions because my knowledge of mechanics is non-existent. They again “fixed” my A/C and I paid them another $220-ish dollars. April 2025 rolls around and I go to turn on my A/C for the first time since September 2024 and it was not working. I called Priors and had them pull my two service records and they had changed out the exact same valves twice in 11-months, led me to believe it was fixed both times, and charged me for the same service twice. I expressed my frustration in being charged to do the same thing twice in 11months with my car still not being fixed, and they basically told me not their problem and did not agree that I should receive at least a partial refund from them for doing the same service twice in less than a year without fixing the issue . I took my service records to another shop in town and they found the coolant leak very quickly, replaced some “O” rings and charged me less than the service I paid for twice at Priors. If you are a trusting individual with no knowledge of cars like myself, I do not recommend bringing your car here.

Great service. The people who work here are very professional and friendly. They were completely honest with me, and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car, and even cut me a deal, which I Later cross referenced and found it really was a deal. Very nice. They will continue to get my service

I had a great experience with priors. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and now I know why! They were clear and communicative and did a lot of extra work to work with my warranty company so my repairs were covered.

They will not only overcharge every time or charge you for stuff that they have no business charging for, but are total jerks to you before, during and after they're done ripping you off. Even the replies to the bad reviews on here are either obvious lies in order to try and justify why it's not THEIR fault, or their sarcasm drips with rudeness, contempt, and trashiness while telling the "complainee" why they're wrong. They are particularly bad at the most basic of repairs and will try to charge you for small 2-5 minute tests and quick inspections that no other place I know of would dream of charging for.

IThey WILL rip you off. Also, I don't know if he still works there, but there is at least one employee from a few years back who likes to try to steal things from cars being worked on. My dad had his air conditioning serviced here because it hadn't been working for a while and summer was close. They worked on it, said it was fixed, and he paid them over $800. Then, it immediately stopped working. When he called them to inform them of this, the guy on the phone said "Oh yeah, it's still under warranty bring it in and we'll get it fixed for you." Essentially, Corey kept giving him like service pretending he was working on ordering the part he needed, etc. and making progress when in reality he was never going to fix it. He does everything he can to run out the warranty so he can steal your money and not have to give a refund. Amongst old-school crooks they call it "the runaround." I think it's utterly disgusting and total weasel behavior. He and my mom had gone to them for quite a few repairs and things over YEARS in the past, yet they STILL ripped him off like that. They not only lost a customer but I have made it my mission to tell every single person I know to never go there. And I've told a lot of people that you can't believe a word that comes out of Corey's mouth. Interesting how when I read negative reviews on here I keep seeing complaints about Corey specifically. They also had an employee a few years ago who stole a bag of weed out of one of our cars. We went back to the shop after we got home and noticed that it was missing, and as soon as it was mentioned, the guy got all flustered cause he knew he was caught and possibly in trouble and stuttered his way through a feeble excuse "I just was holding onto it because it fell out and I didn't want it to be just sitting in there......" There is absolutely no possible way it "fell out" due to where it was stored. Since he gave it back, we let it go since it wasn't a huge deal. But do you think if we hadn't gone back and asked about it specifically that they would have called us and said "Wait come back you forgot your marijuana"? Of course not. However, what they did to Dad was unconscionable. I wish I had pestered them about it for days to weeks after this happened so I could get a reasonable excuse out of them. Don't let them get away with ripping you off. They like to give the runaround to waste time and avoid paying you back or replacing bad work.
