If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Prestige to get my car hand cleaned and they broke off my antenna in the process. There was no sign that said I needed to remove it beforehand. The owner was nasty and made me wrong but agreed to replace it. Today they replaced my antenna and it doesn't work. At all. Just static. When I spoke to the mechanic to tell him it was still broken he was unwilling to fix it as was the owner. Forget it. I'm going to take my car to my own mechanic and pay for the repair out of pocket. The offensive sign that offers $2 off to ladies on Sunday's should have tipped me off. Don't waste your money here.

Very disappointed, came here to finally get decent car wash for my car. Unfortunately they did not do what I expected. I paid $22 for a ultimate wash. When I got into my car, cramps still on the floor, dust on the seats and the back of the car wasn’t even vacuumed. They guys did not even wipes the outside of the car properly . For that much of money it’s definitely not worth it.

I've been going to these guys for over 2 years now. I had an oil leak and my brother who is a mechanic in PA told me to get the undercarriage washed so I can see where any leaks are coming from. So I came to this place. I told the owner and he said he would take a look. I always preferred my brother to fix my my car because from experience minor leaks can be an easy fix but a lot of mechanic places will over charge for unnecessary repairs, or I will take it somewhere, they say I need an expensive repair, and my brother, "says no let me just look at it first," and it ends up needing a $10 part which takes less than an hour to replace. Anyway, these guys looked at it that day and it was exactly what my brother said, and I had already taken it to mechanic shop who told me a different repair needed to be made which would cost over $1000. So I have been going to these guys ever since. I tell them that they are wonderful. They are affordable, fast, friendly. They don't do everything but they can certainly be counted on to be honest and affordable. I am glad they are in this area.

We took our minivan here after my son threw up in th car. They did an AMAZING job cleaning the interior of car. It is absolutely spotless and smells great! You can't even tell. It was also affordable -other places quoted us double. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

I brought 3 of my cars (2 for a wash & 1 for detail) & left extremely happy with the job done on all of them!!!!! The owner is very hard working. He was vacuuming etc & making sure the job was done right. You don't see that in many businesses. I will definitely be back.

July 2022 update, with all the cones and less signage, they still have their $5 exterior wash. Still, my go-to. My go to for a quick wash in the beginning of the season or when my car is dirty. They have a cash only $5 exterior wash that's pretty clutch. I usually splurge a little more in the beginning of the season to vacuum and wipe down the interiors. At the price point, do not expect it to be spotless, you'll have to go to a detailer for that at hundreds of dollars more.

I hadn't been to this car wash in a long time, but recently went there again recently. After a quick oil change, I got in line for the wash. The place isn't the cheapest, but I definitely got my money's worth. Once my car exited the mechanical wash, I witnessed the best car wash I have ever seen. At this point two workers spent 15 minutes cleaning every inch of my car. Mats were removed and individually washed and every inch of the car - inside and out - was wiped down. I'm definitely going back.

I had an oil leak yesterday and the mechanic who takes care of oil changes was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to locate the issue and get it repaired. While car problems can be very worrisome, Prestige was able to take away some of the stress. I would recommend to anyone and will be going back.

It was fast and good price. The workers were nice, but not very informative, I had to ask him if he did the 10 check point, that's when he told me he did, and everything was okay, only needed one other liquid for windshields. Other than that it was good. As a girl, I felt a little nervous doing this on my own, but their service was nice enough to not make my nerves worst.

Just went. Pretty bad. Got the ultimate wash. Wipe down was sloppy. Missed a lot while vacuuming. To give a sense, 2 guys spent about 4 minutes on interior and windows and bumpers. Less than half of what most good hand washes would devote. I won’t go back

Great $8.00 car wash deal. Especially good for this terrible weather to clean off the salt. You can get the car washed 2 x a week for less than most other car washes to go once. I also like the 12.00 Manager's special. It adds wax and amoral for the tires. Good deal for a shinny car

One guy operation service. An old man is trying hard to clean the whole car but not being good enough. The owner of this place must be a cheap man. The old man is doing all he can but you leave this business with your car not cleaned enough. It is not low price as well. I paid $25 and didnt get the expected cleaning. Never coming again!

If I can give zero stars, I would the machine peeled off my paint and destroyed my front bumper. Once I spoke to the manager, he said that the car came like that and let’s agree to disagree The car was in perfect condition prior to the wash. I have photos and video evidence. The car was in perfect condition before I went into the car wash. When I was in there, I heard some sort of scraping so I honked my horn. No one came by or stopped the wash.Once I came out my front bumper Paint was peeled off, and my bumper was destroyed. All they can say is let’s agree to disagree. They do not want to make a report they do not wanna make an incident report they do not want to help for anything bad service bad customer service horrible experience.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon. There were no other cars in line. There's an 1.5hr wait on the weekends. The oil change was quick and I was able to watch the work get done the entire time. The mechanic was informative and looked at different fluids in the engine. Car wash was included in the oil change and it was great! I'll definitely be back again.

This is car wash doesn’t pay attention to the details and still leaves you car as a mess I pay 25$ to have the VIP services…. Check the pictures you will see what I’m talking about

We love this place for an oil change! We've been coming here for years and the two guys who always do our oil changes are so personable & kind! They are quick and check all the other fluids too. Probably wont go anywhere else anytime soon unless they leave. We always make sure to tip them well too since they are the best!

The guy that does the oil changes is very rude and nasty, he came out looked at me and went back inside ... said nothing, I had already been sitting waiting for about 10 minutes... after sitting for another 15 minutes I get out my car and go inside..... all this time i am thinking he is working on other cars in the hub..... nope I go inside and he is just standing there, so I ask are you going to service me or should I go somewhere else... he gets on his phone then says I think we are on luch let me call and find out..... WHATTTTTTTTT so you mean to tell me you could not tell me that when you came out..... smh every time I go to this place for the past 2 years its been nothing but rudeness from this guy.... I have been coming here for over 20 years and it is so sad how rude people can be when they get caught doing things crooked.... and that is why this guy is rude to me because he got in trouble from his boss 2 years ago for being dishonest..... NO WORRIES I FIND A NEW PLACE TO GET MY OIL CHANGED ALONG WITH MY OTHER 3 CARS THAT ARE BROUGHT HERE.... VERY SAD 😔
