I messaged Alex and got a response in less than an hour. He was very responsive to all of my questions regarding the process of it all. We quickly arranged a date and time for the cleaning appointment and he showed up prompt and ready with all of his equipment. I was very pleased with the punctuality, awesome communication, and spotless detailing job. I will definitely be scheduling with them again. Highly recommend their services. ★★★★★ There needs to be a higher number of STARS! I had recently purchased my 2023 Tesla Model 3 almost 1 month prior to inquiring about car detailing. Thanks to Yelp, I received several responses right away, but I have a hybrid work schedule, so it started to become nearly impossible to match my schedule to availability of several companies. That is, until I received a response from Daniel of Prestige Auto Group Detailing. After asking him several questions about his service and availability, he suggested coming to my home. I didn't even realize they had mobile service, so I was very excited, especially since I wanted the service done the next day! Not only was Daniel very nice and accommodating, but he and his colleague were very professional and gave me a mirror-like detailing!!! He also suggested other services for the future, and I ended up scheduling a clear protective coating with him 3 days later. The work was outstanding and I am definitely going to be using Prestige for my monthly detail service from now on.

They were out to my place within the hour. They spend a lot of time and paid a lot of attention to the mold removal, and my car looks spotless now. Highly recommend. They definitely made my first experience memorable.
