This is the one of the better carwashes. I have had a thorough cleaning better than the place that I usually take my car. The only difference is they have attendance they clean in and out for the same price so am I switching a better cleaning outside for Cleaning inside or what at this point I don't know yet but I'll think about it and get back to you

Fantastic customer service. I went through the carwash and was proceeding to vacuum out my car when the attendant walked by an asked me if he could spray out my front placemats for me cuz he noticed that they were dirty. I mean seriously... That is going above and beyond. Car was was great and I appreciate that the deluxe wash is only $22.

Need a car wash in the metro? If you didn’t go to Pop! you’re an idiot! Awesome wash and phenomenal ownership. Want a better wash than Pop!? Not likely. I need to add this after having interacted with the owner: Since Walmart closed this business is not getting the attention it deserves. This is a local business. We need to support local businesses. Local business means the owner cares about their reputation and this owner definitely does.

One of the least effective car washes that left me wondering if all washes delivered the same results, regardless of what tier you pay for. I upgraded for the underbody wash which included tire shine, an as you can see there seemingly was no under body wash and the tire shine touched a part of my tire? The back of my car remained filthy. I’ve seen a lot of hype over this new wash and I can confidently say that I will not be returning.

Paint chips and scoffs all over the car! Mainly the front bumper. Don't waste your time and money here. They're not gonna do anything about it. 0 stars if it was possible.

Car wash did not fully get the soapy water off the back of the car rendering it useless when the soap will leech into the paint. Unfortunate for a $22 car wash.

Very efficient. Outside employee was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Update 2/9/24 Not sure if there's new management but this place seems to be dirty and unsafe now. Trash littered everywhere in the parking lot. Also, they now charge like $5 for vacuums if you don't wash your car.

It used to do a great job, but lately I noticed that not all the rollers work and it does a poor job on the hood of my Jeep. I asked to the attendant if they were having issues with the rollers, he mentioned that they turn them off, that I could go around to have my car washed twice. I am not really looking for to wash the car twice every time I need the car completely cleaned.

I have 2 months in a row requested cancellation of my program and they won't cancel it. There website stinks no easy way to cancel or suspend account so beware if signing up it's not easy to cancel. Spoke with the owner apologizing for the app/website issue and he is working on it. Hopefully he gets it fixed because I would go back using it again did a great job washing my vehicle.

I got a coupon for a free wash here, will not go back. Did not clean the hood of my van, just left scratches in the dirt and orange specks all over. Scuffed my wheels. Free vacuums were nice, but not worth it to damage your vehicle.

This is a great car wash! I’ve looked for one like the kind we have in Louisville. It’s great to have free vacuums after you clean your car. I’ve tried other car washing facilities in Minnesota and they just didn’t work. The price was high and service not so good! I went through POP’s the first time and the back of my car still had a little dirt on it. The young ladies working were understanding and let me go back around and tried to clean it before I went back in. I appreciate all their help and friendly customer service! Once the weather breaks I will get a monthly pass for the Summer! 😊

Left a voicemail this morning at 8:28 am asking if they were open during cold weather and never heard back so needed to call again at 3 pm and they answered. He never explained why they never returned my call from this morning when asked, but find it disappointing.

The gentleman that started the wash told me to turn my wheel to the right so I did and put it in neutral. Halfway through the wash my steering wheel shifted and my car came to a stop. I ended up putting my car in drive as my tires got off track. I called and spoke with the manager and he said I either put my hands on the wheel or foot on the break or my alignment is way off. I did not put my hands on the wheel, foot on the break and do not think my car has an alignment issue. I also had soap suds all over my car. Even though this place is close to home, I will never go back and do not recommend to others.

This car wash is a family owned carwash that cares very much about their customers. I highly recommend this car wash. I voiced a concern and within 24 hours it was addressed in a way that was much greater than what I expected. Not only a great car wash for your car, but great owners and employees that back it up. I was a first time user. John could not have been more helpful. He walked up to my car and walked me through the options. He was both professional and very pleasant. Maybe the back of my SUV will look better next time.
