The exterior wash is good. The interior clean is always extremely disappointing. Most surfaces don't even look like they were wiped. The full service should just be called wash plus windows and vacuum/mat cleaning.

Just get the monthly wash package. Have for years. Occasionally have the inside done. Works for me except was disappointed when facility had an overhaul done and my monthly plan wasn’t recognized as needing to be rewarded in some way while it was unavailable to me. Free inside cleaning or something would have been appropriate.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs since we moved to this part of town .. n I have been a supporter of shoreview location all along (positive reviews and very generous tips) because of good customer service but lately it's been so disappointing 😞 😕 the service has gone very bad and customer service is zero , when It was just too obvious to ignore how dirty their "cleaning" was I decided to bring it to their attention right away, this guy I dunno his name was soo rude and loud .. I was very uncomfortable talking to him. I showed him the crumbs and stains on seat which could be literally cleaned with a swipe of vacuum.. instead he argued about that and told me to get it detailed and that's not their job 🙄 . If it was first time I would have ignored it but this has been happening for couple months now.!!! The guy complained that he had to move couple toys in the car !!! I have three kids and thats the reason I get it cleaned once a week!! Giving you guys business. !!! Now if you can not take any action to fix this I will have to terminate this membership and bring my business somewhere else.

I took my minivan in for exterior and interior wash. Glad I didn't sign up for membership! They did a crappy job! My windshield was dirtier after. Lots of spots weren't vacuumed or dusted. Will not go back and don't recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for years due to convenience and price but this location has been doing an increasingly terrible job on the interior. They don’t even touch the console or steering wheel, and the dash looks like a child wiped it down with a wet paper towel - see the accompanying photos (which I’m embarrassed to post but if it helps someone avoid wasting their money, then why not). Do not bother coming here. It might be less expensive than other places, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Seriously disappointed. I asked if they clean the center console, cupholders, and dash and the check-in gal said "the only thing we don't clean is the touchscreen." Well as you can see, that is not the case. For $38.66, I expected at least a damp cloth wipe down, but nope. I could've done a better job with 2 wet-naps! Also, there were water spots all over the paint, and the wheels still had brake dust residue all over them. Save yourself the wasted time and money and go elsewhere. If someone contacts me and makes it right, I will happily update this review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hands-down the worst location I have been to. The equipment scratched my vehicle. I went back to review with the situation with manager, who refused to give me her name and refused to give me anyone else’s contact information to discuss the situation. The manager proceeded to speak in Spanish in front of me. The manager just said their equipment didn’t do it and that was the end of it. I was met with rude comments and eye rolling. Their investigation of this loss has been nonexistent, and only met with confrontation from management. Management tried to show me a vehicle that wasn’t mine to prove there was no damage. She showed me a truck when I own a SUV. I want to cancel my service and never go back to this place. It’s disappointing that I was met with such disrespect. It’s upsetting I have continue to work with this location to address the damages, their car wash equipment created to my vehicle. Photos done do justice to the amount of damage across my entire vehicle. I hope this isn’t the same customer service. I should expect at any other location.

Paid for the platinum package with interior cleaning, bugs were still covering the front of my car, windshield streaked and dirty and cloudy around the edges, cup holders still have dirt, outside of console cover untouched and dirty, gauges cloudy and still dirty, door panels left dirty, leather seats untouched. I basically had to come home and redo what I paid to have done. Extremely disappointed and definitely will not waste my hard earned dollars again nor will I recommend to anyone else.

Zero attention to detail. They didnt wipe down half of the stuff that was listed by the salesman when you pull up. For 50+ dollars i am not expecting perfection, but atleast make it look like you tried. Consider taking your buisness elsewhere.
