Very disappointed that they did away with the vortex blowers on the $10 express car wash. It looks like you now need to pay $13 to get the car dried.

I did the $10 express wash and didn't get a blow dry off at like John C. You'd think they put a sign up no longer included. I'll be looking to go elsewhere too.

Used right bay on 1/22/22 STUCK inside bay because door would not open to let me out. I’m so glad I had my phone with me because I had to call the police. The officer tried lifting the door but that didn’t work. He called me on my cell phone and stated the owner/number on file did NOT answer the phone. I asked him if he could pay for a car wash so the enter bay door will open and I can back out. So he did. My husband paid him back. I was smart enough to turn my engine off so I didn’t die from carbon monoxide poisoning. I think the owner should have something posted inside the bays if this were to happen again.

Better than other local Touch Free branded car wash locations, but definitely not the best touchless wash in the area. Wash was nice with the sprayers moving in different directions as they sprayed. Drying could be longer. Something isn't proportioned correctly with the water - remaining water drops left behind a soapy, white residue and lots of streaks. I only went to blast the bugs off the front and windshield and didn't need on otherwise to put it into perspective.

I went yesterday and purchased the $14 car wash.I’m not sure what happened but one side and my trunk lid didn’t get washed! I hate to complain but something went wrong here!!

I just spent $14.00 for the VIP wash and my windshield came out looking as though it hadn’t even been washed. I didn’t turn on the wipers either. This is right out of the bay?! Note the outline of where my wipers had previously cleaned the windshield.

Waste of money don’t even bother it doesn’t clean any nooks cracks of your car fills with soap and they don’t rinse long enough to actually get the soap off left car dirty

UPDATE THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL,REVIEWS OR THE TEXT OPTION. THE PASS IS A JOKE AND MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY Usually, it's a great car wash, but today, the VIP wasn't so vip. It skipped some steps, and the car came out almost as dirty as when it went in. No one answered the phone to ask if it was working properly. What waste of 15 bucks. Not really sure why it won't post the 1 star review.

My experience at this car wash was terrible!! I bought the $13 wash and when I got in the wash it started washing the undercarriage and as I moved forward the wash stopped working. Both garages were shut so I couldn’t get out, which was scary. I tried calling the number listed on the website and it wasn’t even the correct number. I kept moving forward and backward to see if I could trigger it to work. It didn’t work and I was stuck in there for at least 5 minutes. Then the back garage opened and I was going to try to leave but a car was behind me. The undercarriage water finally it started working again and the wash turned on. However, I paid for the car to get dried and the dryers didn’t even turn on. Once I got out I found the phone number on the outside of the building and when I called no answer and voicemail box was full. This is unacceptable!!! I want my money back!!

This place destroyed my car. I had to pay to get it detailed and whatever they sprayed all over my car still isn’t off all the way. I was told they would refund me and send free car washes because it was all they could do and they didn’t follow through. They completely ghosted me and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. They know they are at fault cause they closed the washes for a few days right after. Do not go here. Their machines are defective.
