Pro-tip: don’t get anything higher than a #3 or any additional add-ons. They may or may not even do it. If they actually do it, it may or may not be low effort. Go here because it’s convenient and you do don’t want to go through a drive thru car wash. If the line is too long, go around the corner to detail kings. Or just go there first, it’s cheaper.

Plaza consistently does decent a wash, and on occasion, does an exceptional one - especially considering the prices being just slightly above what you'd pay for a 'touchless' car wash. Their hours are limited to a late morning opening and an early afternoon closing, so they're busy more often than not - and that impacts the end result rather durastically. It seems as though the workers are pressed to rush cars though the bay when the lines start forming, and it becomes more about qantity of customers than quality of service. If you can hit it when they're slow, you can expect a pretty thorough detail job; if you're with the crowd, they'll cut corners (water spots aren't acceptable for a time consuming hand wash.)

Plaza Hand Car Wash did a nice job. It’s not the cheapest wash, but the car looked great. It takes a little bit of time, so if you are in a rush, this may not be the best option. There were still small spots and areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly on the exterior. I’ll go back for my free birthday wash, but other than that I probably won’t go back.

I'm Dissapointed in the quality of work, poor attention to details. I have taken my MB convertible here a couple of times and they did a great job. This last visit I took my daughter's small SUV, Ford Escape. The manager up charged me $2 for the SUV, and $5 to clean the door jams, no problem. However they didn't clean doors, left dirt on them, dirt on the tail end bumper and didn't bother to clean the inside of the 3 rear windows. I called, no answer, no returned message ... no repeat business.

Fantastic car wash with great customer service! I found this place on google maps and they did a phenomenal job for a very reasonable price! They did not try and upsell me for services I didn't need but were helpful in guiding me to the best package/price for what I did need. My car has not looked so good since I purchased it. I highly recommend getting a car wash here if you need a great job done at a fair price.

Worst experience I ever had. They seem to do a great job at washing a car but when they could not figure out how to start my car. Instead of asking me, they proceed to push the start button so hard until they pushed it completely inside the dash board. Had to take it to the dealership for repair. My advise is not to go there and if you do, never let anyone drive you car or start it for any reason. Totally incompetent personnel.

So I was very excited about getting my car hand washed and then waxed. However when the car pulled up to the front of the garage I saw them drying it and then I took a call and wasn’t paying much attention, they started to wax the car and I saw the guy have a towel on my hood and pushing down really hard with the electric waxer, he did this a couple of times and then stopped and moved on to another spot. When he moved more out of the way I noticed a black spot on the edge of my hood, I couldn’t see it exactly but after they finished it completely and handed my keys back I walked to the front of my car and asked what happened here, the paint was removed and the guy said -wasn’t that there already and I said no it definitely wasn’t there, I told him I had warranty on the chip protector and hopefully it would be covered and the guy said well I thought it was there and then told him again it wasn’t. He then said well sorry and I guess I won’t ask for a tip . I would of been happy with their work if it weren’t for the hood and he lied about doing that to my car. I paid $40 for the hand wax and $26 for a hand wash. Also waited 3 hours . Update: so I have emailed and called as expected haven’t heard from anyone and nothing was done to fix the situation.

This is the best car wash in Baltimore - Hands down! The service is excellent! Dominic and Sammy are excellent owners with great repore with their customers. I have been bringing all of my vehicles, including my Ravens truck, F-150 , which is custom wrapped and my wife's vehicles to their shop and every time they do a thorough job. Reasonably priced and no hassle! If I am not hand-washing my automobiles, I would not take them any where else in the city!!! Thanks guys for keeping our cars clean !!!

I’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.

I’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. THIS IS THAT PLACE. yes it’s not a $20 wash but the services they provide are exceptionally executed. The pictures don’t do them justice

They way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD...but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT...LOOK NO FURTHER!!

The prices at this carwash are high, basic package doesn't include inside cleaning. English speaking workers are lacking availability. Workers we re playing cards in the wash area. They have a nice sitting area inside where you could see through the window into the carwash area. My overall opinion is that for the limited services I paid for the price wasn't justified so I fealt I overpaid for my carwash. The two workers who cleaned my SAV were nice. There are many other carwashes in the Baltimore area that provide basic services at a lower price and add more services in that basic price.
